It is important to select the personnel with ideal pilot aptitude considering dramatically advancing aircraft performance and complexity of military operations as a consequence to the highly developed science and technology. The opportunity cost lost from dropouts and human error being the first cause of aviation accidents are the realistic reasons for the significance of personnel selection based on their aptitude. This study analyses the ROKAF pilot aptitude test that was improved in 2004, using various classification models. This study discusses the significance of the selected variables along with the direction of ROKAF pilot aptitude test for its development in the future. The accuracy of the classification models was improved by taking into account differing personnel characteristics of individuals on the test.

Paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia (PKD), previously referred to as movement-provoked seizures, is a rare neurological condition that is characterized by short duration dystonic or choreoathetotic movements precipitated by sudden movement, a change in position or hyperventilation. It can be difficult to distinguish this syndrome from seizures. We reported on three brothers in one family all of whom developed abnormal involuntary dystonic or choreoathetotic movement with a tingling or stiffness sensory aura. Evaluations of the patients included general physical examinations, endoclinologic, metabolic studies, chromosomal analysis, video electroencephalograms and brain MRI imaging. All of these studies were normal except for an arachnoid cyst found in one patient. All symptoms showed excellent response to oxcarbamazepine ($Trileptal^{(R)}$) or carbamazepine. Use of the video electroencephalogram can help differentiate familial PKD from seizures.

This study suggests the water curtain nozzles as the way to protect important wooden cultural properties from an adjacent building fire or a forest fire. They are designed to block off the pyrolysis of timbers which occurs at $200{\sim}250^{\circ}C$ by forming a water curtain with the flow of water that spouts over a certain pressure from the bottom. The existing water curtain nozzles installed at the following sites were examined: NakSan-sa (Temple) in Gangwon-do (Province) and in Muwisa (Temple) in Jeollanam-do (South Province). As a way to improve and complement the system, this study designed nozzles with covers in order not to disrupt the landscape. Connected pipes are elevated and jet water when they are in use. Possible ways to install the connected elevating pipes to jet water effectively were investigated.

The purpose of this paper is to provide basic data for construction methods of leakage pretaction for estuary barrien which is constructed to in take restoration water from irigative use and a river flow in its ultimate dsicharge to ward to sea, The water, accordingly, has reviewed the discrepancis between theories and experiments based on the hydraulic analysis of ground water through a series of sourveys on equi-patential line of seepage flow and a series of some experiments. apparently, however, the research results herein might reflect in some part not more than inference since those experiments are not conducted in a real foundation but from an indoor experiment or calculation, conclusion in brief are itemized here-under. 1. small-scale barrier require cut-off wall, which should reach the complete impereable layer, 2. Duplication barrier is provided effective in protection saline water seepage. 3. a barrier with broad crest might enable protection of massive seepage by fresh water lens formed from precipitation.

This paper presents a sequentially combined method of determining location conditions, the number of unmanned parcel service box and their optimal locations. First of all, block, accessibility and main public facilities are considered as location conditions and then set-covering model and p-median model are adopted for deciding the number of unmanned parcel service box and optimal locations, respectively. A case study for a region composed of small housings and multiplex housings in Ansan is conducted to prove the validation and application of the proposed method. The result indicates that 2 unmanned parcel service boxes are necessary in specific public places. The research contributes to resonable choice of unmanned parcel service boxes, crime reduction relevant to delivery man impersonation and economic benefit due to parcel service industry growth.

In this paper, we propose a method to extract meaningful motion among various kinds of hand gestures on giving commands to robots using hand gestures. On giving a command to the robot, the hand gestures of people can be divided into a preparation one, a main one, and a finishing one. The main motion is a meaningful one for transmitting a command to the robot in this process, and the other operation is a meaningless auxiliary operation to do the main motion. Therefore, it is necessary to extract only the main motion from the continuous hand gestures. In addition, people can move their hands unconsciously. These actions must also be judged by the robot with meaningless ones. In this study, we extract human skeleton data from a depth image obtained by using a Kinect v2 sensor and extract location data of hands data from them. By using the Kalman filter, we track the location of the hand and distinguish whether hand motion is meaningful or meaningless to recognize the hand gesture by using the hidden markov model.

Wang-ch'ung(왕충) negated the theory of efficacy between the Heaven and a Man(천인감응) based on Yin Yang(음양) and Five Elements(오행) that was popular at that time. The Heaven is just solid one without a mouth and ears. The order of nature is circling in its own way regardless of the will of human being. Jung classified psychological types of the human being into the introversion and extroversion. From this point of view, Wang-ch'ung(왕충) is belong to extroversion philosophy. He criticized modern society by using effect and evidence, and expressed it as critical moral philosophy and political ideal.

The Conception of the Dao(道) have a large number of implication. The Dao is Taoism's representative concept, also the Confucianists considered the Dao important. But relatively the Confucianists emphasize the way of Human(人道), Taoists stress the way of Heaven(天道) The Justice is the western philosophical conception. The Justice is necessary for the peace and prosperity in interindividual, inter-social, and international. If closely consider, We can explain the real nature of Justice from the Dao, and know practicing the Dao is namely practicing the Justice. In this paper, I studied the conception of Dao and it's meaning in the philosophy of Lao-tzu (B.C. 604?~531?) and Confucius(B.C. 552~479), and researched the method of practicing the Justice. Through this study, I ascertain that Confucian's the way of Human is the Benevolence(仁), practicing the Benevolence is namely practicing the Justice. And Lao-tzu's he way of Heaven is the real nature of Justice, Nature itself remained intact(無爲自然) is namely practicing the Justice.

The Wenzi is the material criticized about the relation bamboo-slip literature and current literatures in the academic world. If is true or not, because we don't know the author and the records accurately. In this study, to sublate the researching method of HuangLao philosophy that vogues the boundary between Zajia, on the basis of volumes with bamboo-slip literature and the present literatures shared, I discuss the peculiarity of Wenzi HuangLao philosophy, comparing Dao-theory of Daoist. The Wenzi is HuangLao philosophy of Rujia pattern that doesn't understand as the Dao-Fa school. And its origin is Laozi philosophy. It accepts Zujia philosophy, putting first in importance about Rujia philosophy. In this study, the origin of the Wenzi is Laozi philosophy theoretically, but I discuss that the Wenzi is the early literature forming Rujia pattern HuangLao philosophy. And the Wenzi tries to combine the theory of Rujia in the social political category.

The purpose of this study is to compare the speed, confidence, and ease of endotracheal intubation in a transfer posture by using the SALT(Supraglottic Airway Laryngopharyngeal Tube), and a direct laryngoscope to improve the ability to implement professional airway management. The subject of the study was an experimental study by a randomized crossover design, targeting 28 first-class emergency medical technicians working in J-do fire station, and the SPSS 20.0 version was used for data analysis. The endotracheal intubation by using SALT showed a significant difference in speed compared to endotracheal intubation by using a direct laryngoscope(p<.001), and also showed a significant difference in confidence and ease(p<.001). If it is transfer to endotracheal intubation by direct laryngoscope, or in the case of transfer patients, if SALT is used, safe and rapid intubation will be possible.
