Technology trade balance of Korea takes only 19th place among the OECD members. As the size of the technology trade of Korea's market increases, the importance of the Intellectual Property Right, which is one of the way of dealing increases, too. 100 million dollar of technology export has a same effect as 16,000 million dollar of merchandise export, and technology export is a value-added business which does not cost at all. For the improvement of trade balance, we have to elevate the merchandise export and also we have to get rid of the trade conflict and china's pursuit of trade. Furthermore, we need to make improvements through import of Royalty and through technology export. In this study, We would like to suggest the improvement of technology trade balance of Korea by analyze the present conditions of technology trade balance of Korea.

In the past, an policy measures for the promotion of the export has actively used trade finance, but also in its effect there is no doubt. However, in 2008 the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers triggered the global financial crisis. As a result, the need to effectively manage liquidity risk posed, and was a debut for Basel III. Focusing on trade finance banks are being made. Domestic commercial banks have not been able not utilize various trade finance techniques. In these situations, the introduction of Basel III can discourage trade finance. Therefore, responses should be prepared for it. Therefore, this study analyzes the status of trade finance system. And international regulation of the financial market are investigated for changes. Based on this, the development direction of Korea's trade finance is proposed.

The purpose of this study is on the expansion of trade between South Korea and Middle East Countries. This paper examines the existing state of the Middle East area. The Trade Intensity index and Trade Specialization index analysis enables to evaluate the trade between South korea and Middle east Countries. Hence, this study explains how to proceed the trade and shows some items for advancement in the market. And it gives also some products for vitalizing the export in South Korea. Furthermore, this presents the next-generation growth engines industry and develops new market frontier. In order to promote trade between South korea and Middle East area, korean government must be keep trying to make the FTA with middle east. and korean company must be improving to understand the local culture and to hire special for Middle East.

This article begins that previous literatures of South Korea's paperless trade differ from those of other developed countries' paperless trade. Some scholars in South Korea have studied on the relevance of documentary credit in the paperless trade and operability of electronic documentary credit. But Some other scholars in other developed countries have studied about e-customs and e-air logistics. As a result, The current situation of South Korea's paperless trade differs from that of other developed countries' paperless trade. The South Korea's paperless trade has tried to achieve the operation of electronic documentary credit as well as e-customs through the establishment of Korea Trade Network(KTNET) and Customs service's Single Window known as Uni-pass. and other developed countries's paperless trade has made an effort to develop an e-customs and e-air logistics through customs service's Single Window. So, this article describes the current status and characteristics of South Korea's paperless trade and next, this article aims to find out the obstacles and countermeasures in the operation of South Korea's paperless trade. Therefore this paper provides a clear understanding of the problems and solutions associated with South Korea's paperless trade.

This research is concerned with the current state and uniqueness of Vietnam's Fair Trade through the case study of Fair Trade Organizations (hereafter FTOs) in Vietnam. Vietnam has emerged a successful developing country with rapid economic growth under the socialist regime, while the income gap between the rich and the poor is still growing. Especially the poverty is becoming a serious issue for ethnic minorities and smallholder farmers in the mountainous areas. Fair Trade in the early stage has been initiated, and still is led by the charities and international development agencies of the Global North. But Vietnam's Fair Trade has been introduced by local Vietnamese who have been motivated to solve their own problems voluntarily. This is different from other Fair Trade producing countries in the Global South. It's noticeable that Vietnam's FTOs are playing a significant role of adopting and applying Fair Trade practices. Concerning Fair Trade producing countries the researchers are mostly focusing on Africa and Latin America and the themes are mainly to do with the impact of Fair Trade producers. There are very few research outcomes on the analysis of producing countries' FTOs and their motives and developing processes. The research findings can contribute to understand not only Vietnam's challenges and issues, but also Fair Trade producing countries in general.

소고기 등급제는 UR무역협상 속에서 국내 축산업의 대외 경쟁력을 만들어 온 원동력이었으나 최근 다자간 자유무역협정이 논의되고 체결되는 현실에서 새로운 기능의 변화와 도약을 요구하고 있다. 우리나라와 축산현실이 비슷한 이웃나라 일본을 통하여 축산관련 기관의 역할, 시장현황, 등급판정, 식육소비홍보기능, 축산물 유통정보 수집 및 공유 체계에 대한 사례를 배우고 우리기관의 지속가능한 역할과 발전 방향이 무엇인지 조사하였다.

2012년은 인쇄산업에 있어서 어려운 한해였다. 국내뿐 아니라 지난해 하반기부터 점차 회복되리라는 기대를 꺾고, 회복세로 돌아서지 못하고 장기부진의 늪에 빠져 있기 때문이다. 이러한 경기침체는 인쇄물 무역규모 축소로 이어졌다. 2010년 7억 달러에 육박했던 인쇄물 무역규모는 지난해부터 점차 감소해 2012년에는 5억5천만 달러를 간신히 넘었다. 수출입 모두 감소했지만 수출 감소 폭이 더 컸다. 반면 매엽인쇄기 수입현황은 7500만 달러를 웃돌아 인쇄기에 대한 투자는 소폭 늘어난 것으로 조사됐다. 이는 경기침체 악순환의 고리를 끊기 위해서는 '신기술 도입'이라는 정공법이 필요함을 다시 한 번 되새기게 한다.

세계 주요자동차 메이커들의 생산현황과 주요국별 자동차산업 및 무역동향을 보면 놀라울 정도로 자동차시장이 격변하고 있다. 일본의 거대한 자동차산업의 반정도가 외국시장으로 수출되어 상대국시장을 점유하는가하면 자동차 선진국에서는 자구책에 안간 힘을 쓰는 한편, 일본차 봉쇄에 전력을 기울이고 있어 자동차무역전쟁을 방불케 하고 있다. 80년대에 와서 일본의 자동차생산이 드디어 미국을 능가하는 동시에 유럽에서도 서독의 기반이 흔들리게 되었다고 한다. 따라서 미국과 EC는 일본차 봉쇄에 공동전선을 펴는 등, 80년대는 자동차산업의 일대격전이 예상되고 있다.

우리나라 기계기술은 완제품의 가공조립에 의한 수출확대로 산업의 급속한 외적 성장을 가져왔 으나 수출을 증대시키기 위해서는 기계류의 수입이 증대되는 수입 유발적 특징을 가지고 있으며 기계기술의 질적수준을 가늠하는 기반기술을 축적할 수 있는 기회를 살리지 못하여 원천핵심 기술 및 설계기술과 부품기술수준의 낙후, 첨단기계기술의 개발 부진으로 주요부품 및 설비의 국산화가 지연되어 우리나라 경제발전에 커다란 제약요인으로 작용하고 있다. 특히 최근에는 엔고로 기계의 수입이 급증하여 '94년에 기계류의 대일무역적자가 125억불에 달했으며, '95년에는 기계류 대일무역적자가 더욱 커질 것이라는 우려가 중폭되면서 기계기술이 국가경제의 핵이라는 국민적 인식이 확산되어 기계기술을 육성해야 한다는 필요성이 제기되고 있다.

지난 5월 16일부터 17일까지 양일간 롯데호텔 신관 비즈니스센타 '프레스룸' 에서는 한.일 시멘트 업계의 사장단 등 총 19명이 참석한 가운데 "한.일 시멘트 업계 친선 교류회"가 열렸다. 이번 친선 교류회에서 양국은 자국의 시멘트 산업에 대한 현황을 발표하고 질의응답의 시간을 가졌으며 이외에도 시멘트 수급현황과 전망, 에너지 비용 급등에 대한 대책마련, 중국 시멘트 산업과 세계 시멘트 무역시장에 대한 논의, 환경문제와 지구온난화 대응방안 등 다양한 주제를 가지고 깊이있는 대화를 나눴으며 또한 양국간 시멘트 수출입 현황에 대해서도 의견을 개진하였다. 이번 "한일 시멘트 업계 친선 교류회" 에서 심도있게 논의된 양구 현안의 주요 내용을 요약, 정리하였다.
