This study diagnoses the industrial varieties and innovation capacity of the Korean regional economy and discusses how the priority for autonomous regional development can be set. Since the late 1990s, regional development policies in Korea have been attempted from various angles to reduce the economic gap between the metropolitan area and non-metropolitan areas, but the establishment of a development strategy in consideration of regional industrial characteristics and innovation capabilities has been insufficient. With the advancement and diversification of technologies and industries, regions must seek strategic diversification to prepare for economic shocks, away from strategies that specialize in specific industries. In this study, industrial varieties in regional basis is characterized using unrelated and related varieties. Variety indices show different patterns between the metropolitan area and non-metropolitan areas and between manufacturing and service sectors, which raises the need to consider industrial characteristics in regional development. Lastly, using the variety index and the innovation capacity index as two dimensions, the regional economic status at the municipal level is categorized into four types, and proper regional development policy priorities are suggested for each type.

One-way degassing valves usually designed for coffee packaging are recently applied to the various food packaging such as fermented health functional food or home meal replacement (HMR) packaging. The optimized degassing pressure by food product is important factor for keeping effective freshness and improving preservation of the food, therefore the development of degassing valves specified with various open pressure is needed. In this study, the mechanical characteristics of the degassing valve with ring type rubber disk were analyzed and a mathematical model was developed to predict the open pressure of the valve. The model was verified with test results derived from several available valves, and it may be useful in designing and developing a new valve.

최근 생체 인식에 대한 관심이 고조됨에 따라. 다양한 환경 변화에 강인한 얼굴 인식 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 특히, 조명 변화를 처리하기 위한 연구들이 세계적으로 발표되고 있다. 그러나 기존 방법들은 다수의 등록영상이나 조명에 대한 사전 지식이 필요하다는 제약조건을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 방법의 한계점을 해결하기 위해 조명 대표영상의 선형 분석을 이용한 새로운 방법론을 제안하였다. 또한 제안 방법의 효율성을 입증하기 위하여 공인된 얼굴 데이터베이스를 이용하여 다양한 실험을 시도하였으며, 이를 통해 제안된 방법 이 기존의 다른 방법에 비하여 안정적인 인식 성능을 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 현재 활발하게 진행 중인 '벽화마을'의 문제점과 발전방향을 몇 개의 도시 사례를 중심으로 고찰한 것이다. 대표적인 벽화마을의 문제점은 그 지역의 정체성과 무관한 이미지들이 많이 그려지고 있고, 이에 비례하여 비슷한 벽화마을이 조성되고 있다는 사실이다. 벽화마을은 그 지역의 정체성을 기반으로 다양하게 이루어져야 한다. 또한 관광객들이 스마트폰을 이용하여 다양한 벽화마을을 검색할 수 있는 통합된 벽화마을 애플리케이션이 만들어져야 한다. 본 논문은 벽화마을의 디지털 콘텐츠의 필요성을 제기한 시안의 성격임을 밝혀둔다.

생물정보원은 이질성이 높고 사용자의 요구사항이 다양하다. 본 논문은 이러한 이질성을 해결하고 사용자의 다양한 요구사항에 쉽게 대처할 수 있는 XML 기반의 생물정보원 통합시스템의 설계개념과 구조 및 구현결과를 제시한다. 제시하는 통합시스템은 관계형테이블, 객체, XML, 플랫파일 등 다양한 자료형을 지원하면서, 관계형, 객체관계형, 웹자원, 응용프로그램 등 데이터 관리모델에 무관한 뷰 정의 및 질의처리모델이다. 그리고 사용자정의 XML 뷰 기반의 뷰 관리 및 질의처리를 통하여 사용자의 다양한 요구사항에 쉽게 적응할 수 있는 미디에이터 질의처리 기반의 생물정보원 통합시스템을 제시한다.

인공신경회로망 기술은 선형 또는 비선형성 계산 문제를 복잡도에 무관하게 학습에 의해 자동으로 근사한다. 또한 알고리즘이 단순하며 잡음에 강하여 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 반면 대상시스템의 특성이나 조건이 변경되면 계산성능을 보장할 수 없고, 계산의 신뢰성 보장 한계가 모호하기 때문에 제어문제에는 실용화가 어려운 것으로 알려져 있다. 제안 모델은 인공신경회로망의 장점을 유지하면서, 위와 같은 문제점을 해결한다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안 모델은 기존 제어기에 비해 우수한 추종제어성능을 보이는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

본 연구에서는 고정된 카메라로부터 입력되는 영상열에서 이동 물체를 신뢰성있게 분리하기 위해 형태 정보를 이용한 확장 방법을 제안한다. 영역 분리의 핵심은 배경으로부터 주위 잡음 영역과 무관하게 이동 물체 영역을 분리하는 기술이라고 볼 수 있다. 제안된 방법은 초기 이동 물체가 존재하지 않는 영상을 참고 영상(reference image)으로 하여 입력 영상(input image)과의 차영상(subtraction image)을 구하고, 차영상의 히스토그램(histogram)에서 배경잡음 모델링(modeling)을 통해 배경잡음을 제거한다. 그리고 배경잡음이 제거된 차영상에서 국부 최대값들(local maxima)을 이용해 후보 초기 영역을 선정한 후, 이 영역을 기반으로 영역의 형태정보를 이용하여 영역을 선별적으로 확장하면서 결합하는 방법을 사용하였다. 제안된 방법을 실제 상황에서 얻은 다양한 영상열에 적용한 결과, 기존의 영역 분리 방법보다 주위 잡음과 무관하게 이동 물체를 분리할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

The various colors and transparency of DSC and operability unrelated with directions greatly expand the use of BIPV, as a multi-functional composite of module. Therefore the possibility of DSC BIPV is examined by the case study and the analysis and then its applicability is examined. Most of the DSC BIPVs, which are found through a total of six case studies and analyzes in Korea and abroad, are mainly implemented with window glass and shading devices. This is related to the DSC transparency property. Improvements are due to the irritation of the eye due to the color of the red module. Therefore, it is important to take into account the color of the BIPV window depending on the use of the building and the room. Meanwhile, some colors of application model may stimulate eyes and such colors should be considered by use of buildings and rooms in the application of BIPV window. DSC BIPV has prospective diffusibility with the development of flexible module for the application of building surface.

본 연구는 다양한 변수에 따라 달라지는 환경산업의 경제성을 비교평가히는 모델을 개발한 것이다. 최근 환경산업으로 부각되고 있는 지역난방과 개별가스난방사업을 사례로 모델을 실증적으로 적용하여 시뮬레이션하였다. 열병합발전과 보조보일러 및 쓰레기 소각로로 구성된 지역난방시스템과 소각로와 개별 가스보일러로 구성된 개별난방시스템을 각각 최적화하고 최저비용을 구하여 비교한 것이다. 분석대상에 쓰레기소각로을 첨가함으로써 매립에서 소각으로 바뀌는 쓰레기정책을 반영하였으나 소각로 규모는 사전에 열공급과는 무관하게 결정되므로 다른 시스템과 연계하여 최적화 하지 않고 600톤/일의 규모로 정하여 분석하였다. 최적화하는 경우는 훨씬 규모가 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다. 국가경제적인 측면에서 다양한 난방방식에 따른 규모별, 열원별, 지역별(기후별), 사용연료별로 경제성과 환경성을 비교평가함으로써 변수의 변화에 따른 합리적인 난방방식 및 사용연료를 선택하도록 하였다. 환경배출량도 동시에 비교하였으나 시나리오 간에 크게 차이가 나지않아 비교에는 포함시키지 않았다. 이 모델은 난방사업 뿐만 아니라 갈등이 예상되는 다른 환경산업들을 평가하는데도 용이하게 활용될 수 있도록 GAUSS프로그램으로 개발되어 있다.

요즈음은 인터넷이나 대중매체를 통해 일반인들도 다양한 질병에 대한 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 이에 속하는 것으로 당뇨병은 대표적 만성질환이며 누구나 한번쯤은 들어 본 적이 있는 질환일 것이다. 현대와 같이 고도로 의학이 발달한 상황에서도 만성질환은 완치되는 것이 아니고 평생 관리를 해야하는 질병이기 때문에 많은 환자들이 살아가는 동안 서서히 지치게 되고 관리를 소홀히 하게 됨으로써 당뇨병성 신경병증, 망막증, 신증, 대혈관병증(뇌졸중, 심혈관질환, 말초혈관질환) 등과 같은 합병증의 발생으로 일상생활에 지장을 받게 된다. 따라서 당뇨병환자는 일생 주기적으로 검사와 함께 자신에게 맞는 약을 복용하고 경우에 따라서는 인슐린 주사까지 맞음으로써 지속적인 혈당관리를 하여 합병증의 발생을 최소화 하는 것이 필요하다. 이상에 언급한 다양한 합병증 중 가장 중요한 사망원인은 심혈관질환으로 40세 이후에 발생한 당뇨병환자에서 전체 사망 원인의 50% 이상을 차지한다. 또한 대부분의 당뇨병성 만성합병증이 적극적인 혈당관리로 효과적인 예방이 가능한 반면 심혈관질환과 같은 대혈관합병증은 혈당조절이 잘 되고 있는 환자에서도 당뇨병 발생 기간과 무관하게 발생하고 또 여러 혈관에 걸쳐 다발적이고 광범위하게 발생하므로 원인이 되는 다른 위험요소들에 대한 관리가 함께 이루어져야 한다.
