Some Volunteer Fire-Fighting Teams (VFFTs) play an important role in Civilian Volunteer Disaster Prevention by being managed effectively, but the others do not. There can be many cause-analyses about this difference. VFFTs aren't a profit-making organization and are a group which has no compulsion. So it is important that who the leader is, and what type of leadership he has. Furthermore VFFTs have hierarchy like fire-fighting teams and so the leader's command and judgement bring about the actual distinction in the organizational operation. Under this background, the survey has been carried out on the trust of leader and leadership type which may maximize the organization commitment. Consequently, to make efficiency of District Disaster & Volunteer Aid Network increase by augmenting organization commitment. The leader of VFFTs should get the transformational leadership rather than transactional leadership and have paternal or democratic leadership in the decision-making process. Especially we have to create a traditional and unique korean Volunteer fire-fighting organization culture through paternal leadership. Additionally, the trust on leaders should be recognized as a fundamental factor to obtain more performances beyond expectation by increasing the success and output of the team, mutual understanding and cooperation.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that could overcome the crisis and adversity of the nursing care provider through understanding the effect of job adaptation on the turnover intention of the nursing care provider and to contribute to the various problems of the nursing care provider in the long term. In order to confirm this as an empirical research task, risk factors and protection factors, general characteristics of the survey subjects, job adaptation and turnover intention were selected, and the risk factors and protective factors of caregivers' As a mediator. So Seoul. The results of the questionnaire survey were as follows: 291 caregivers in the elderly medical welfare facilities in Gyeonggi area. First, as the relationship between the risk factors and protective factors of occupational caregivers and occupational adaptation were more severe, the higher the maladjustment of the workplace culture, the more the job satisfaction and organizational commitment were adversely affected. The emotional support, The higher the information support, the more satisfied and satisfied the job. Second, the relationship between the risk factors of the caregiver and the protective factors and the turnover intention, the higher the conflict of caregivers, the more unstable the workplace, the more difficult it is to adapt to work culture, Respectively. Finally, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of occupational adaptation on the relationship between risk factors and protective factors and turnover intention of caregivers, job satisfaction, which is a sub-factor of job adaptation, It is shown that they play mediating roles only in the relationship between stress and turnover intention, and do not play a mediating role in the relationship between protective factor self - efficacy and social support and turnover intention. In other words, if caregivers feel satisfaction about their job, they can be less stressed on their jobs, improve their self-efficacy, and have a positive attitude toward social support. Also, it was found that the more the caregiver 's immersion into the organization, the less job stress and turnover intention decreased, but the self - efficacy and social support perception were not influenced. Based on this, the director of the facility should strive to stabilize the operation of the facility and provide high-quality services by seeking ways to improve conflict resolution and adaptation to the workplace culture so that nursing care workers can adapt to their work. And it is required to develop active management strategies and institutional support for improving job satisfaction and organizational commitment of caregivers.

PC 및 게임 소프트웨어의 급격한 발달로 가상현실 구현에 필요한 그래픽 환경은 성숙단계에 진입하였다. 현재 국내에서 개발되는 게임 소프트웨어는 PC사용자를 겨냥한 제품이 대부분이다. 토요일 휴무제의 도입에 따른 문화 콘텐츠 시장의 확대, 가족이 즐길 수 있는 테마 공원의 성장성 등을 고려할 때 기존의 PC 게임과 차별화 되는 운동감을 포함한 가상현실 게임 제품의 개발이 요망된다. 잘 알려진 6자유도 운동 시뮬레이션 방식인 Stewart 방식은 구현 가격이 고가이고 운동범위가 작아 게임용으로 상용화하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 2대의 AC 서보모터를 이용하여 roll과 pitch의 2자유도만 구현하나, 각 축으로 자유로운 회전이 가능하여 탑승자의 스릴감을 향상시킬 수 있는 저가형 운동의자를 개발하였다. 2 자유도로 회전하는 외부와 차단된 캐빈 내부에는 40인치 스크린과 프로젝터가 설치되어 롤러코스터 게임의 몰입감을 향상시켰다. 롤러코스터 가상현실을 대상으로 운동감을 극대화하기 위한 워시아웃 (washout) 필터의 설계 알고리즘이 제시된다. 탑승자들의 감성 평가를 객관화하기 위한 데이터 베이스 구축방안이 서술된다

4차 산업으로 효율적인 진입을 위해 학교현장에서는 코딩교육을 하고 있다. PC앞에서 모니터에 의존하여 변화 없는 코딩 교육은 주입식 교육을 벗어나지 않을 뿐만 아니라 몰입도가 떨어지게 된다. 이를 해소 하고자 로봇을 만들고 프로그램 하여 성능평가를 하여 스스로 이해하고 집단 경기를 통해 재미와 학습을 효율적으로 코드를 익히기 위한 로봇 교구를 개발하고 실험을 통해 검증하고자 한다.

운동 부족과 잘못된 생활습관 등으로 인하여 청소년들의 운동량 부족과 생활체육 참여율이 저조해지고 있다. 청소년의 체력저하 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 학생/교사가 다양한 종목을 실감체험, 몰입, 학습 및 평가할 수 있는 스포츠 체험 시스템 기술 보급을 통해서 학교체육을 활성화할 수 있다. 그뿐만 아니라 우수한 인적 자원 확보를 위하여 소질을 가진 청소년에 대한 맞춤식 교육지원이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위하여 태권도를 포함한 다양한 스포츠를 즐기면서 운동 효과를 증진할 수 있는 청소년용 스포츠 체험 통합시스템 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 청소년체육의 도전/경쟁/표현/여가 능력을 함양하기 위한 인체/객체 모션인식기반의 청소년용 실감 체험형 스포츠 통합플랫폼 개발을 위한 핵심 기술들의 동향을 분석하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine, in a service context, construct validity and generalizability of widely used and accepted measures of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and service duality, and to test each measures' predictive utility in this context with path analysis. Of 350 subjects, 309 subjects participated in the analysis. Descriptive statistics (frequencies), exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, zero-order partial correlation analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were used for this study. The findings from this study are as follows. First, perceived organizational support significantly influenced job satisfaction, organizational commitment. and service quality. Second, Job satisfaction had a directional impact upon organizational commitment and service quality. Third, organizational commitment showed to have a predictive impart on service quality. Finally, the results of the study provide some insight into the types of internal marketing strategies that can be applied successfully by operators of hotel F & B departments.

다수 사용자의 스마트폰 사용패턴을 협업적인 방법으로 분석할 경우 모바일 기기에 대한 선호도 분석, 과몰입 정도 판단 등 다양한 관련 연구에 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구는 스마트폰의 사용패턴 분석을 통한 사용자 맞춤형 서비스 개발을 위하여 로그데이터를 추출하여 서버에 저장하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하는 것을 목표로 한다. 사용자의 스마트 폰 로그데이터를 수집하기 위하여 모바일앱을 개발하고 모바일앱을 통해서 추출된 로그데이터를 저장할 서버 DB 를 구축하고 유사성 분석을 위한 협업필터링 엔진을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템의 성능 평가를 위하여 일부 사용자에 대한 사용패턴 데이터셋 구축 실험을 수행하였으며 후속 연구를 위한 실험 환경을 설계하였다.

최근 사용자에게 더욱 몰입감 있는 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위한 기술에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며 그 중 가장 대표적인 것이 360 VR 영상이라고 할 수 있다. 미디어 표준화 단체인 MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group)에서는 MPEG-I(Immersive) 차세대 프로젝트 그룹을 이용하여 이러한 움직임에 대응하고 있다. MPEG-I는 2021년 말 6DoF VR 영상을 목표로 8개의 파트가 표준화를 진행중이다. 360 VR 영상의 경우 획득시 영상의 픽셀들이 3D 공간 상에 존재하게 되는데, 이를 처리 및 출력 하귀 위해서는 2D 영상으로 전환이 필요하며 이 때 사용되는 것이 Projection format이다. 현재 JVET(Joint Video Exploration Team)에서는 3D에서 2D로 전환이 이루어 질 때 손실을 최소화 하기 위한 Projection format들에 대한 연구가 이루어 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재까지 제안된 다양한 Projection format들에 대하여 소개하고 이에 대한 성능 측정 방식에 대하여 소개한다.

최근 대학교 내 창업친화적 학사제도의 활성화 등의 정책적 노력과 지원에 따라 다양한 형태의 창업교과목 신설 및 운영이 이뤄지고 있다. 일반적인 정보전달 위주의 창업교육보다 실제 창업가에게 요구되는 다양한 역량과 문제해결 능력 등을 체득할 수 있는 체험형 창업강좌가 교육의 효과에 더 긍정적인 역할을 하고 있음은 여러 연구에서 밝혀진 바 있다. 창업교육의 대표적 학자인 Michael H. Morris(2014)에 의하면 창업교육은 학생들의 역량 개발을 기준으로 설계되고 평가되어야 하며, 기업가에게 필요한 역량 강화를 위해서는 모의 창업 시뮬레이션을 포함한 다양한 과제, 협업활동, 체험학습 요소 등을 접목시킨 몰입적 참여형 체험학습으로 커리큘럼을 구성해야만 기업가적 역량을 향상시킬 수 있다고 제시하였다. 본 연구는 대학교 내 창업교육 유형을 실전형, 혼합형, 특강형으로 구분하여 창업교육 수업유형에 따른 창업의지 영향요인인 교육 만족도, 자기효능감, 기회인식, 창의성의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 아울러 창업교육의 수업유형이 교육 수강 후 창업의지 영향요인과 창업의지에 미치는 조절효과에 대해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 창업교육이 지향해야 체험중심의 창업교육 표준모델의 제안하고, 창업교육 효과에 대한 연구 확산에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The core technology of augmented reality is object recognition technology. Recently, due to the development of various artificial intelligence algorithms such as CNN, it has become possible to effectively distinguish specific objects from images. It is possible to realize more realistic and immersive augmented reality contents only when technology for recognizing objects quickly and accurately is secured. In this study, an object recognition model using SSD (single shot multibox detector) and an object recognition model using YOLO were compared and evaluated.
