Information technology (IT) managers play a very important role in implementing information systems as well as in organizing IT resources. In order to adequately prepare candidates for such positions, it is important that one determine exactly what skills are required for success in this position. This study is intended to reveal the most up-to-date skill requirements for IT managers through analyzing job ads posted on online job boards in South Korea.

Korea's information dependency on the foreign information is high and the domestic information production volume absolutely insufficient. So, research and academic library will select information resources through the limited budget and back up the research and development. This paper propose methods using union cataloging for effective journal collection development through a case study on the OCLC Collection Analysis system and Ulrich Serials Analysis System(USAS).

최근 사이버 쇼핑몰에서 기업과 고객간의 제품 구매 활동을 도와주는 검색 에이전트 시스템에 대한 연구가 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 많은 비교 검색 에이전트 시스템들은 고객이 입력한 키워드 기반의 검색 목록만을 체공하고 있으며, 검색된 유사상품 목록 중에서 어떤 상품이 적합한지 선정해 주는 의사결정지원 기능은 충분히 제공하지 못하고 있다 본 논문에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 환경을 기반으로 키워드 입력에 의한 제품 검색뿐만 아니라 고객 선호도가 높은 제품 선정을 지원해 주는 의사결정지원 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 의사결정지원 시스템은 고객이 입력한 각 속성들의 표준계수와 가중치를 점수화 하여 선호도가 높은 상품을 우선적으로 제시함으로써 고객의 상품 선정을 위한 의사결정을 지원하도록 하였으며, 또한 각 속성별 다양한 반영 비율에 따라 어느 제품이 전체적으로 적합한지를 분석하는 민감도 분석 기능을 추가하였다.

이 연구는 형태 분석 정보가 부착된 말뭉치를 구축할 때 합성어를 처리하기 위한 방법론을 제시하고, 그 타당성을 검증해 보는 데 있다. 그동안 합성어 처리를 위해서 합성어 선정 기준을 이용하거나 목록을 이용하는 방법이 이용되었는데, 본고에서는 ${\ulcorner}$표준국어대사전${\lrcorner}$의 합성어 목록을 참조하는 것이 적절한 방법이 될 수 있음을 보이고자 한다. 또한 이 방법을 실제 말뭉치 구축에 활용할 경우, 원문의 띄어쓰기 정보가 합성어 처리에서 중요한 요인이 될 수 있다는 점을 지적하고, 이러한 처리가 가지는 한계와 의의에 대해서도 논의하고자 한다.

This study aims to analyze and to demonstrate the research trends and intellectual structure in the field of catalog in the 2000s and 2010s through co-word analysis. The field of catalog had firmly established its own research area and Many differences were found in research trends and intellectual structures in the 2000s and 2010s. First, the average number of articles decreased by 4.2 in the 2010s compared to the 2000s, but the number of author keywords was not significantly different. Only 22.2% of keywords appeared more than three times in both periods, and 77.8% of keywords appeared more than three times in one period. Second, in terms of intellectual structure, the 2000s, represented by three-level clusters, formed a more complex network than the 2010s, represented by two-level clusters. Third, as a result of examining the changes in the characteristics of each cluster, there were some research topics with few changes, but many research topics were more actively progressed or subdivided, and decreased. The results of this study are meaningful in that they can visually grasp the intellectual structure along with the trend of the age of catalogue, and can prepare for related education and research by predicting the future.

본고에서는 UPT정의, 관련조직, 표준화 동향 등을 분석한다. UPT 정의 측면에서는 개인 이동성을 설명하고, UPT 관련 ITU-T 조직으로는 ICG FPLMTS, JCG UPT, PMG2 UPT, ITU-T SG11 등을 기술분석하였다. UPT 표준화 동향으로 권고안 목록, 표준화 작업중인 기본 문서, 표준화의 현 상태, 표준화 계획등을 기술하였다.

This study analyzed Korean university libraries' holdings of Western language books published in 2003 and 2013 using the KERIS union catalog with a view to investigating the changes in collection development of Western language books in the libraries. To do that, new collection indexes - holding h-index, CUI (Collection Uniqueness Index), and CCHR (Common Collection Holding Ratio) - were suggested, and they were used with basic indexes such as the number of titles, the number of books, and the number of books per title. The analysis reveals that compared to those published in 2003, the number of titles was decreased by 16.1% with those published in 2013, and the number of books dropped more sharply, by 42.2%. Also, in 2013, CCHR was decreased while CUI was increased. In terms of subject, among DDC main classes, 0XX (Generalities) showed the greatest decrease rate in both the number of titles and books because of the radical reduction of computer-related books. In terms of each library's holdings, the number of Western language books held by top libraries has been increased with those published in 2013.

In this study, we propose an approach of building a portal site that can offer integrated services for textbook through special libraries For this purpose, we analyzed previous related studies and investigated textbook portal construction sites domestically and abroad. Based on this research, we developed survey questions and conducted a survey targeting users of textbook libraries. As a result, the following projects are required for creating a textbook library: a comprehensive list of textbooks and other content construction, digitization projects of library holdings, collection and delivery of various textbook-related reference books, building a textbook database by topic, collecting and providing textbook-related research publications, a cooperation network with textbook-related organizations, and active promotion of portal sites.

Minimum magnitudes $(M_c)$ for estimation of seismicity parameters were analyzed for the earthquake catalog of Korea Meteorological Agency (KMA). The temporal variation of earthquake frequency suggests that a proper $M_c$ be 3.0 for the whole southern part of the Korean Peninsula. The b-value with $M_c$ of 3.0 is estimated to be 1.11, which is larger than those of the previous studies. To see the spatial variation of $M_c$, the southern part of the peninsula were divided into grids of $0.1{\times}0.1$ degree. At the greater portion of grid points, the local earthquake catalogs do not satisfy given statistical criteria. The grid points whose local earthquake catalogs meet the criteria mostly distribute in the eastern part. $M_c$ at these points range 2.4 to 3.5 and b values range 0.75 to 1.73 with the average of 1.08 which is comparable to that for the whole southern part of the peninsula.
