이상기후로 인하여 최근 급증하는 자연재해에 대한 대비가 요구되며, 2010년 광화문 침수 및 2011년 서울 강남지역의 침수 등과 같이 이에 대한 대비가 시급한 현안으로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 이는 기존의 치수대비 개념으로 접근하여 인명 및 재산 등에 초점이 맞춰져 있어, 건축문화재에 대한 대비는 충분하게 고려되고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 건축문화재의 홍수 위험도 평가를 위한 기초 연구로서 서울의 대표적인 건축문화재인 창경궁의 홍수 위험도 평가 모형을 구축하였으며, 모형 구축을 위해 현장 실측 유량 자료와 서울 기상청(종로구 송월동)의 강우자료(2011년 6월-8월의 8개 사상) 활용을 통해 홍수 위험도 평가 모형(HEC-HMS)의 매개변수 최적화를 수행하였다. 그리고 구축된 창경궁 지역의 평가 모형 검증을 위해 2011년 7월 26-28일까지 모의한 홍수량을 지형정보시스템(GIS)에 적용하여 침수 지도를 작성하였으며, 작성된 침수 지도를 현장에서 조사한 침수 흔적과 비교 검토하였다. 그 결과, 침수 면적이 약 10%의 오차를 보였으며, 수행한 모의가 우수한 결과를 나타내었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 본 연구에서 구축한 홍수 위험도 평가 모형이 대상유역에 적합하며, 향후 홍수 위험도 평가를 위해 활용이 가능할 것이라 사료된다.

Graphical regression is a paradigm for obtaining regression information using plots without model assumptions. The general goal of this approach is to find lowdimensional sufficient summary plots without loss of important information. Model assessments using residual plots are less likely to be successful in models that are not linear. As an alternative approach, marginal model plots provide a general graphical method for assessing the model. We apply the methods of graphical regression and model assessment using marginal model plots to the logistic regression model.

일반적인 소프트웨어 품질평가 모형은 범용 MMDBMS의 특성과 사용자 관점을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC 9126 모형을 바탕으로 MMDBMS의 품질특성을 결합하여 품질평가 모형을 개발하고 구체적인 적용 방안을 연구한다. 품질평가 모형과 적용 방안은 전문가 집단의 검토와 합의를 거쳐서 제3의 기관의 측정을 통해 그 유효성을 확인한다. 본 논문은 품질평가 모형과 함께 구체적인 적용 방안을 제시하고 있어 실제적인 소프트웨어 품질평가의 기준으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

This study is concerned with theoretical aspects of urban logistics with the aim of revealing limitations of the literature, suggesting directions for further studies and developing a conceptual model for evaluating policy alternatives. Several limitations have been revealed and, based on these, the directions for further studies were suggested as more effort needs to be put on microscopic aspects of urban logistics ; and integrated conceptual evaluation models need to be developed. For the models it defined microscopic evaluation factors by the subject of urban logistics activities, and with these factors it established a conceptual model. Especially it introduced the simulation models developed recently to predict the route of freight vehicles and suggested how both microscopic and macroscopic aspects of urban logistics could be evaluated.

This case study introduces the process of developing the technology rating evaluation model for investment. The technology evaluation rating model for investment is a project that the Financial Services Commission and the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy collaborated to expand the scope of technology finance from loan to investment. The technology evaluation model for investment was developed with the aim of predicting high growth companies. The model consists of a statistical model and an expert model. Here, statistical models were modeled by using logistic regression analysis. Expert models gathered opinions of experts and identified the weight of each evaluation item and set the model. The rating system of the model is composed of 10 grades. The distribution of the model was consistent with KTRS grade distribution. Interestingly, the emphasis is on technology and marketability. In the technology valuation grade model for the goddess, there is a considerable difference from the emphasis on managerial competence or business performance.

기업의 신용평가는 기업의 위험도를 측정하여 어음, 사채 및 대출금 등의 회수 가능성을 평가하는 것이다. 이러한 기업의 신용평가 결과는 해당 기업의 채권 수익률이나 주가 등에 영향을 미치고, 또한 금융기관, 투자자 및 거래처 등이 대출 결정, 투자 결정, 신용판매 등의 의사결정을 내리는데 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 보다 정확한 기업 신용 평가를 위해 다집단 분류 문제를 이집단 분류 문제화하는 신경망 분리 모형을 제안한다. 또한, 본 논문에서 제안한 신경망 분리 모형의 우수성을 검증하기 위해 기존의 일반적인 신경회로망, 판별분석 모형과 비교한다. 실험 결과 신경회로망을 분리시켜 학습을 단순화시키는 방법이 기존의 방법에 비해 우수한 결과를 보였다.

기존 전문가 델파이 평가를 대체하는 특허기반 기술수준 평가모형들의 독립변수로 활용되는 특허활동도, 특허집중도, 특허시장력, 특허경쟁력 및 특허영향력의 다중공선성이 존재하여 이를 제거함으로써 보다 신뢰성이 높은 기술수준 평가모형을 실증하여 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 기업내의 지식활동 주체들이 지식경영을 실천하는데 필수적인, 지식에 대한 가치평가 기준을 제시한다. 이 평가기준은 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조에서 도출하였다. 지식경영의 궁극적 목적을 기업의 경영전략의 실현으로 파악하여, 지식의 가치를 기업의 사명, 비전, 경영목표 및 경영전략 등이 형성해내는 기업의 경영전략적 모형안에서 찾았다. 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조안에서, 업무처리 지식에 대한 가치측정은, 이 구조가 제한하는 단일지식에 대한 완성도와 복잡도로 평가하였다. 그리고 기업의 경영방향에 관련된 지식의 가치는, 그 구조요소들 사이의 중요도와 연관성으로 평가하였다.

This study presents an integrated data mining model for the credit evaluation of the customers of a capital company. Based on customer information and financing processes in capital market, we derived individual models from multi-layered perceptrons(MLP), multivariate discrimination analysis(MDA), and decision tree. Further, the results from the existing models were compared with the results from the integrated model using genetic algorithm. The integrated model presented by this study turned out to be superior to the existing models. This study contributes not only to verifying the existing individual models but also to overcoming the limitations of the existing approaches.

정보보호시스템 평가수요의 예측은 예측된 평가수요를 근거로 적극적인 평가서비스를 제공하기 위하여 필요하다. 평가수요예측을 하기위하여 일반적으로 설문조사를 이용하지만 무응답 및 불성실한 응답으로 인하여 설문응답 자료만으로 평가수요를 예측하기에는 부족하다. 따라서 설문조사의 평가수요를 보정할 수 있는 모형이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 설문조사를 통하여 예측 할 수 있는 직접적인 평가수요와 통계적 모형을 이용한 간접적 평가수요를 비교하고 설문조사의 대체 방법을 제시하였다.
