The evaluation of the financial viability of a privatized infrastructure project is complex because of the uncertainties involved due to the project's scale, long concession period and complexity. Use the BOT option valuation(BOT-OV) model, for evaluating the financial analysis of a privatized infrastructure project. This sophisticated for financial evaluation compared with a traditional NPV analysis.

The purpose of educational assessments such as the Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) is to compare groups such as countries. When the unit of measurement is above the student level, group-level diagnostic assessment based on multilevel item response theory (ML-IRT) can be considered just as cognitive diagnosis models are developed from item response theory. This study suggests an ML-IRT-based group-level diagnostic assessment model by modifying an item feature model by Park and bolt (2008). The model is illustrated on the recently released TIMSS 2015 Grade 8 mathematics assessment. The results provide skill profiles for the studied countries and the nine cognitive attributes; that is, the attribute effects can be compared across the countries and also across the attributes. By controlling unexplained variance, the suggested model may provide more reliable and more informative group-level comparisons. The results are interpreted using an example. Limitations and directions for future research are also discussed.

2000년 7월부터 채권시가평가의 실행으로 채권운용자들도 채권포트폴리오의 위험을 채권선물을 이용하여 통제하거나 감소시키기 위해 헤지를 하여야 한다. 이때 헤지비율을 추정하는 방법으로는 전통적 회귀분석모형, 백터오차수정모형(Vector Error Correction Model : VECM)과 VAR모형(Vector AutoRegressive Model)이 있다. 전통적인 회귀분석모형에 의하여 추정된 헤지비율은 시계열자료의 불안정성(nonstationary) 등으로 인하여 잘못 추정될 가능성이 있어 면밀한 검토와 분석 후 사용하여야 한다. 시계열자료의 불안정성으로 말미암아 야기되는 문제점들을 개선할 수 있는 모형으로서 VECM과 VAR모형이 널리 이용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 VECM과 VAR모형을 사용하여 추정된 헤지비율과 전통적 회귀분석모형을 사용하여 추정한 헤지비율을 비교하여 어떤 모형으로 추정한 헤지비율이 더 정확한지를 평가하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 즉, 본 연구는 KTB 현 선물의 헤징에 대한 연구로 2000년 1월 4일부터 2001년 7월 27일까지 385일간의 KTB 현 선물 자료와 불룸버그 국채지수를 대상으로 VECM 및 VAR모형과 전통적 회귀분석모형에 의한 헤지비율을 추정하고 각 모형의 설명력과 예측력을 비교하고자 한다. 이 연구의 실증분석 결과, KTB 현물가격과 KTB 선물가격간, 블룸버그 국채지수와 KTB 선물가격간에는 공적분 관계가 존재하며, VECM 및 VAR와 전통적 회귀분석모형을 이용하여 추정한 최적헤지비율의 크기는 대동소이(大同小異)하며, 전통적 회귀분석방법을 이용하는 것이 VECM과 VAR모형을 이용할 때 보다 설명력과 예측력이 우월한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 다품종 수주생산형 장치산업에서 대 Lot의 분할생산, Lot간 setup을 포함하는 Loss time의 감축, 납기현실화, 선별적 수주정책 등 다양한 수주 및 생산정책을 평가하는 확정적 시뮬레이션 모형을 개발하였다. 평가기준으로는 수주일부터 생산일까지의 대기일과 납기준수율을 사용하였다. 사례연구로 A화학공장의 1999년도 수주데이타를 입력자료로 사용하여 모형의 타당성을 보이고 납기단축 및 납기준수율 제고를 위한 효과적인 대안을 도출하였다.

새로운 정보환경과 매체의 발전으로 인하여 오늘날 대학도서관은 인쇄자료와 전자자료, 웹 자원이 공존하여 수집, 가공, 유통되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도서관 내·외적인 정보환경과 운영환경의 변화 요인을 수용하여 새로운 평가모형을 개발하고자 전통적인 도서관의 기능을 기반으로 하여 디지털 형태 정보의 수집, 가공, 유통을 통합한 하이브리드(Hybrid)형태의 디지털도서관 평가모형을 제안하고자 한다.

G7 프로젝트로 개발중인 첨단생산시스템(FMS로부터 CIM까지)의 핵심구성요소인 고성능.고정밀공작기계의 성능을 평가할 수 있는 요소를 개발하고 사례로서 이를 Machining Centers에 적용하여 각 요소별 세부항목과 기준을 개발하여 제안하였다. 또한 이 평가내용을 국제경쟁제품과 비교하거나 국제경쟁력 달성정도를 평가할 때 용이하게 사용할 수 있는 적절한 평가모형도 제안하였다.

소프트웨어 인터페이스의 개발은 반복적인 평가와 수정을 통해서 보다 사용자들에게 편리하도록 향상되어간다. 이러한 인터페이스에 대한 평가는 사용성 요소(Usability factor)들을 기준으로 이루어지는데, 개발되는 시스템과 사용자의 특성에 따라 중요한 사용성 요소는 달라질 수 있으며 새로운 평가 기준이 개발될 수도 있다. 지금까지의 인터페이스 평가 방식은 주관적인 사용자의 만족도를 바탕으로 인터페이스의 적합성을 테스트해왔다. 그러나, 기존의 방법들은 평가결과의 분석과 분석결과를 수정에 반영하는 과정에서 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 사용자가 시스템에 대해 가지는 정신 모형에 기반을 둔 인터페이스 평가 방식을 제안한다.

Dental scanner-based dental digital models have been developed that have the potential to replace conventional stone model. The aim of this study was examine the accuracy and reliability of measurements made on digital models. A master model with the prepared upper full arch tooth was used. Stone model(N=10) were produced from master model, and on the other hands, digital models were made with the white light scanner(Identica, korea). One examiner individually measured 6 parameters on the conventional model and the digital models on two occasions. The student's t-test for paired samples and intra-class correlation coefficient(ICC) were used for statistical analysis. At the intra-examiner reliability of measurement, ICC at the stone and digital models were 0.75 and 0.87. The mean difference between measurements made directly on the stone models and those made on the digital models was 0.11-0.23mm, and was statistically significant(P<0.05). These in vitro studies show that accuracy of the digital model is similar to that of the stone model. These results will have to be confirmed in further clinical studies.

정부주도의 연구개발 프로그램에 있어서 체계적인 평가가 필요하다는 점에 대해서는 그간 정부 및 민간에서 지속적으로 제기되어왔다. 이는 기술에 대한 중요성을 인식하면서 연구개발에 대한 민관의 절대적 자원투입은 급격하게 증가하여 온 반면, 질적인 효율성 측면에서 새로운 단계로의 도약이 필요하다는 광범위한 문제인식에 근거한 것이다. 하지만, 그간의 국내 기술평가는 크게 연구비 배정 등 경영-행정적인 목적을 가지고 행하여 온 평가와 연구개발진을 중심으로 연구대상 기술의 특성을 반영한 연구로 양분되어왔다. 즉, 평가의 항목이나 가중치 등의 선정에 있어서 기술개발 당사자와 경영자 및 평가전문가 간의 기술가치평가에 대한 격차가 크게 존재하여왔다. 1990년 이후 우리나라에서도 체계적인 기술가치평가의 필요성이 증대되면서 이에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되었지만, 기존의 두 측면간의 격차는 크게 좁혀지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이는 기술가치 평가가 주로 투자용으로 치우침에 따라 경영적 측면이 강조되는 반면 기술개발자들이 중시하는 R&D 측면에서의 가치가 충분히 반영되지 못한 결과라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 많은 연구들이 본연의 가치를 충분히 입증받지 못하고, 단지 경영적인 측면에서 바라본 단편적인 이유로 사장되는 일이 발생하고 있다. 이를 막기 위해 기술적 측면과 경영적 측면이 함께 하는 학제간(interdisciplinary), 또는 기술-경제(Engineering-Economy) 가치평가 연구가 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 과학기술부의 21C 프론티어 사업 중 하나인 수자원의 지속적 확보기술개발사업단에서 개발 중인 수자원의 지속적 확보기술을 대상으로 기술가치평가 모형을 구축하였다. 수자원의 지속적 확보기술의 가치를 평가하기 위해서는 위에서 언급한 기존 기술가치 평가방법의 문제점을 해결해야 할 뿐만 아니라 추가로 공공재 및 필수재의 성격을 갖는 수자원의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 기술가치평가 모형의 구축이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 효율적인 R&D 투자 정책 수립과 정부정책수립에 기여하고자 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process, 계층 분석 과정)기법을 이용, 수자원의 지속적 확보기술의 특성에 따른 4개의 평가기준과 26개의 평가속성으로 이루어진 2단계 기술가치평가 모형을 구축하였으며 2개의 개별기술에 대한 시범적용을 실행하였다.

In this paper, we research on an evaluation model and method for the teaching and loaming using ICT. There are 8 types information search, information analysis, information guidance, collaboration research, discussion with expert, discussion by the web, pen pal by the web, information production in the teaching and teaming using ICT. we propose an evaluation model and method for information search and information analysis which teachers frequently use. Because an evaluation model and mend for the teaching and learning using ICT doesn’t exist, I expect that the evaluation model and method proposed in this paper is effective in the teaching and loaming using ICT.
