To improve the productivity of cargo containment construction for a membrane LNG carrier, it is important to shorten the installation period and process of the scaffolding system, which is a construction workbench of a cargo containment for a membrane LNG carrier. As an effective method, opinions are being gathered to enlarge the lifting unit from the existing two stages to eight stages. On the other hand, the stresses around the pin and hole will increase significantly because of the increase in lifting load according to the large size of the module. The purpose of this study was to establish a new large module-lifting plan by introducing TRIZ to solve these problems. This study adopted a method to utilize 40 inventive principles, which is one of the various problem-solving tools of TRIZ. First, technical contradictions were derived, the engineering parameters were selected. Second, efficient inventive principles were selected to overcome the technical contradictions using a contradiction matrix. Finally, the general and specific solutions were derived through the selected inventive principle, and structural analysis confirmed that the stress generated in the structure was low. The utility of TRIZ was confirmed by the successful lifting of large modules using the established lifting method.

This study set out to investigate the forms, attributes, and escape methods of post-subjects projected on the investigator's works in connection with rhizomatic thinking proposed as a way of social transformation by Deleuze and Guattari and examine their social connotations. Post-subjects projected on the investigator's works are not completed wholes of some sort, but like materials whose constant premise is change and creation. In the investigator's works, post-subjects have conscious and unconscious desire. It is the desire of creation with positive attributes including Deleuze's and Guattari's pursuit of changes in a contradicting society. When desire is deployed in post-subjects, they will carry out an escape. This way of escape is rhizomatic proposed by Deleuze and Guattari. It deconstructs contradicting things and repeats connection, contact, and severance with the outside world, building a new order. Rhizomatic post-subjects appearing in the investigator's works depict the escape process and method in abstract ways through the variable installation of objets combined with a color field of repeating brushes. In this work, the goal of post-subjects is to make a safe landing in a space where beings are recognized for their values and free and creative lives. These post-subjects are nomads creating a new landscape continuously, wandering around vast plains, and also artists and literary figures resisting a contradicting society. That is, they are connected to the concept of a war machine proposed by Deleuze and Guattari as a concept of social transformation and to the concept of Nietzsche's Agon to devise and create new values and politics based on street passion. They seek after a space where they can co-exist with otherness recognized rather than the complete deconstruction of the old order.

In the external inspection and packaging stages of products used in the semiconductor manufacturing process, there is a problem in which particles are adsorbed to the product itself or a carrying tool due to electrostatic discharge. This study presents a methodology that can improve the problem of adsorption of particles to a product by using a practical TRIZ technique. By applying the proposed practical TRIZ-based methodology, the problem was defined, and contradictions caused by product waiting time were derived. Among the derived contradictions, physical contradictions were set and the concept of 'space separation' was applied to derive solutions such as 'installation of Ionizer' and 'improvement of the layout of the workroom'. As a result of the experiment by applying 'Ionizer Installation' and 'Workroom Layout Improvement' derived through the application of practical TRIZ, it was confirmed that the particle adsorption problem that occurs during the waiting time of the product can be solved.Through this study, it is expected that workers, facility engineers, and technical engineers working at manufacturing processes will be able to effectively solve the problems they face through creative thinking and change of ideas by using practical TRIZ techniques, and contribute to innovative technology development and productivity improvement.

지적재산권법은 발명, 저작물, 상표, 의장 등에 대한 독점을 허용하는 점에서 독점을 금지하는 독접규제법과 대립되는 것처럼 보인다. 그러나 지적재산권법이 인정하는 독점은 무조건적인 것이 아니라 내용과 기간에 있어서 제한적인 것이다. 또한 경쟁자에 의한 부당한 모방행위를 금지시켜 궁극적으로는 경쟁질서를 유지하게 된다는 점에서 지적재산권법과 독접규제법이 양립불가의 것이라고 할 수는 없다. 오히려 양 법영역은 모두 국민경제와 국가산업발전을 목적으로 한다는 점에서 공통되므로 양자를 모순 없이 공존케 하는 것이 중요하다. 이 둘은 법 형식적으로 충돌하는 것처럼 보이지만 실제로 거시적인 목적에서는 상호 보완관계에 있으므로 조화롭게 운용하는 것이 앞으로의 경쟁정책수립에 꼭 필요한 요소이다.

본 논문에서는 한국어의 대표적 일치 현상으로 일컬어지는 존대법을 살펴보고, 영어의 일치 현상과 한국어 존대법 '일치' 현상을 동일한 차원에서 다루는데 대한 문제점을 지적한다. 적어도 최근 생성문법에서 영어나 인구어를 중심으로 도입, 활용되는 Agr과 한국어 존대법은 간과 할 수 없는 중요한 차이점이 있음을 밝힌다. 또한 존대법과 공손법 사이의 연관성을 바탕으로 하여 그 둘을 연결하는 공통의 존대요소를 설정하여 일치현상으로 설명하려 할 경우 모순이 생겨난다는 점과, 이러한 문제는 존대법 자체에도 마찬가지로 적용된다는 점을 지적한다.

본 논문은 그 동안 원자력발전소 비상디젤발전기(Emergency Diesel Generator : EDG)의 신뢰도 계산에 사용되어 온 Wyckoff 방법의 문제점을 지적하고, 새롭게 Parametric Empirical Bayes(PEB) 방법의 적용을 제안하고자 한다. Wyckoff 방법은 단순히 성공률을 계산하여 그 값을 EDG의 신뢰도로 간주하고 있어 많은 모순점을 내포하고 있다고 지적되어 오고 있다. Martz에 의해 제안된 PEB 방법은 과거의 경험적 자료를 신뢰도 분석에 이용함으로서 계산된 신뢰도의 정도를 높히는 새로운 계산법이라 할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국내에서 취득한 EDG 운전자료들을 이용하여 Wyckoff 방법과 PEB 방법에 의한 신뢰도를 계산하고 그 결과를 비교하여 PEB 방법의 효용성을 검토하였다.

불확실성하에서 행동결정을 하지 않으면 안되는 상황에서 정보란 무엇이며 정보량과 정보가치는 의사결정에 어떤 역할을 하는가 정보와 주관적인 확률에 기초한 Bayes결정기준이 전통적인 의사결정기준에 비하여 우위성 등을 논하고자 함이 본논문의 주된 목적이다. 제1.2절에서는 결정문제의 구조, 불확실성과 그 측도에 관하여 언급하고 제3절에서는 전통적인 결정기준과 그 모순점을 예시하고 Bayes결정기준이란 무엇인가를 소개하여 제4절에서는 Bayes통계학에 기초한 정보량, 정보가치의 의사결정과의 관계등을 살펴보고자 한다.

사서직 공무원에 대한 법적 근거는 시간의 변화에 따라 계속되어 왔다. 본 논문은 1996년 교육법전에 근거하여 사서직 공무원의 전문성 및 자격에 대한 제도적 문제점을 분석하고, 사서직 공무원의 직급 및 임용시험에 따른 인사체계의 법적인 모순을 지적한뒤, 사서직 공무원의 전문성과 공무원 신분에 대한 개선방안을 제시함으로써 사서직 공무원의 인사체계에 대한 합리적 운영을 도모하고자 한다.
