  • QR Code is available in many areas(business cards, coupons, advertising, billing, etc) due to the increase in the smart phones. In particular, the company's image and marketing are also available and using the Internet address, personal and corporate PR and publicity are also available. I was implemented the mobile web platform by the case wine information that easily seen but difficult to understand the information. Using QR Code, consumers can get information easily and quickly. In addition, based on the idea of using mobile web platform, variety of services and benefits will be able to expected.

  • This study is about developing an app that offers tourist information and it was made to search festivals, camping, and glamping regions near the area. Also, by providing cooking recipe, it was made to provide convenience at the tour site. While searching recommended regions, it offers help in searching accommodations and checking in and checking out process. If the service is expanded nation-wide from the Gyeonggido area that this study was applied to, it will be more convenient for users and if the service is expanded and coupled with local coupons, quality services will be provided.

  • Tourism or travel business consists of a set of services for people who visit exotic places. Payment is usually marking the end of the series of activities relating to tourism, and it becomes the linkage for the next activity. With the recent advancement of mobile Fintech technologies, we have learned that more convenient and more secure financial transactions are improving the quality of tourism. It should be noted that tourism counts on information technology heavily in terms of mobile Internet and smart devices use, which yields to a wide business opportunities for Fintech startups. However, payment information has not been highlighted for additional marketing promotion activities. The lack of research into information technology-based business models that extend Fintech services related to payment in venture start-up studies hinders the understanding of the possibility of creating new business through the value creation process after payment. This study attempts to investigate this issue based on the theory of smart tourism and service-dominant logic with developing a new information system. More specifically, marketing promotion activities after payment for Chinese tourists visiting Korea are examined. Specifically, WeChat Pay and instant tax refund service were considered while the system was developed by following desing science research methodology. This study is meaningful in that it finds a new possibility of Fintech business model by applying scientific and academic methods, and it reminds the necessity of service automation system centered on instant tax refund.

A Study on the Selection Factors of Mobile Fashion Shopping Apps

  • In this study, we proposed a hierarchical model of a mobile fashion shopping apps to find out factors that consumers consider when choosing a mobile fashion shopping apps, and also derived priorities by calculating the weights of the selection factors. To estimate the priorities of selection factors, we analyzed survey data collected from consumers who are currently using a mobile fashion shopping apps. As a result of this study, the first-step selection factors of the mobile fashion shopping apps consisted of economics, informativity, convenience, reliability, and additional service, and economics factor revealed to be the most important. Additionally, in the result of synthesizing the weights of the first-step and second-step selection factors, the coupons and discount event factor was found to be the most important. In the fierce competition of various mobile fashion shopping apps, the findings of this study not only proposed the evaluation model of mobile fashion shopping apps using the AHP technique but provided the priority of consumers' selection factors for mobile fashion shopping apps.

  • Recently, smart devices for various services have been developed using converged telecommunications, and the markets for near field communication (NFC) mobile services is expected to grow rapidly. In particular, the realization of mobile NFC payment services is expected to go commercial, and it is widely attracting attention both on a domestic and global level. However, this realization would increase privacy infringement, as personal information is extensively used in the NFC technology. One example of such privacy infringement would be the case of the Google wallet service. In this paper, we propose an mutual authentication scheme based on NTRU for secure channel in OTA and an zero-knowledge proof scheme NTRU based on for protecting user information in NFC mobile payment systems without directly using private financial information of the user.

The Effects of Role and Intimacy on Satisfaction in Gifticon-giving Situations (기프티콘 증여상황에서의 역할과 상호간 친밀도에 따른 선물 만족도)

  • Gift-giving is a special behavior where both givers and receivers are interactively involved. Thus, emotion and satisfaction for both sides are core factors in gift-giving research. Recently, gift-giving expands to a mobile venue by the growth of the industries in Korea. In accordance with this trend, some studies have been conducted regarding mobile gifts called 'Gifticon'. However, most of them focused on the phenomenon based on the usage patterns and motives from the perspectives of givers. This study aimed (1) to figure out the emotional differences according to the action of giving Gifticons, and (2) to understand the effects of role and intimacy on the level of gift satisfaction. The results showed that, recipients felt higher levels of positive emotions such as excitement and thrill than givers whereas givers had different levels of gift-satisfaction depending on the intimacies to the receivers. This study is expected to suggest marketing strategies by providing psychological contemplations to a new form of gift-giving behavior, which is expanding toward a new mobile market. Further, it also suggests managerial implications by understanding the level of consumers' satisfaction from the role in Gifticon-giving situations and the intimacies between givers and recipients.

  • 시대가 발전함에 따라 무선통신 기술인 사물인터넷이 점차 성장하고 있으며 모바일 중심으로 IT환경이 재편됨에 따라 전자상거래의 결제방식 또한 변화하고 있다. IT시대에 맞춰 개인의 실시간 위치정보를 기반으로 홍보할 수 있는 지능적 마케팅 수단으로 하이브리드 비콘을 활용하여 고객이 매장근처를 지나치거나 방문할 때, 프로모션 및 쿠폰 정보를 전송하여 실시간 마케팅이 가능하게 한다. 하이브리드 비콘은 고주파의 특성상 매장 안팎의 고객 위치를 정교하게 구분 및 제공할 수 있으며, 블루투스의 연결이 끊기더라도 일정시간 동안 마케팅 서비스를 제공하는 강점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 하이브리드 비콘의 고주파와 저전력에 대한 강점을 활용하여 오프라인 매장에서의 고객에게 프로모션 정보나 모바일 적립 서비스를 제공함으로서 오프라인 시장의 마케팅 및 O2O시장 성장을 목표로 한다.

NFC Mobile Coupon Protocol Based on Hash (해시 기반 NFC 모바일 쿠폰 프로토콜)

  • As most of the recent smart devices have NFC function the NFC mobile coupon will become one of the pervasive NFC applications. We need the secure NFC coupon protocols to issue and use NFC mobile coupon. In this paper, we analyze the security of the previous protocols and point out the problems of security. As the result of analysis, Premium M-coupon Protocol proposed by A. Alshehri and S. Schneider is the most secure but has unnecessary operations. We propose the Modified Premium M-coupon Protocol-1 with the unnecessary operations removed and show this protocol is secure by security analysis. Most of NFC mobile coupon protocols use the cryptography with the shared secret keys. We propose the Modified Premium M-coupon Protocol-2 without the shared secret keys and show this protocol is secure by security analysis.

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 NFC 기술을 이용하여 모바일 쿠폰 및 포인트 적립 등을 하며, 고객의 관심사를 프로파일화 하고 사용자가 찾아가 가게의 상품 데이터베이스와 온톨로지 데이터를 사용하여 유사 매칭을 시도하여 상품을 추천하는 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 고객용 어플리케이션과 가게용 어플리케이션을 각각 따로 개발하여 데이터를 따로 보관하게 구현 하였으며, 고객의 데이터는 우리가 규정한 데이터로 확인하여 가게에서는 고객의 성함과 관심 품목만 나타나게 구현하였다.

Factors Affecting Continuous Intention to Use Mobile Wallet : Based on Value-based Adoption Model (모바일 지갑의 가치와 지속사용의도의 영향요인 : VAM 모형을 기반으로)

  • Mobile wallet that can keep coupons and membership cards for mobile is one of rapidly growing services due to its usability and financial benefit. However, in spite of its rapid growth, the increase of users who do not use continuously it is an important consideration to service providers for making a profit. This study aims to test the effects of factors affecting the continuous use intention of mobile wallet based on VAM (Value-based Adoption Model) which can analyse them in both benefit and sacrifice aspects, so as to suggest considerations to increase the use period of mobile wallet for service providers. The research findings supported the hypotheses regarding to the effects of usefulness, value-expression, perceived security and enjoyment in the benefit aspect and technicality in the sacrifice aspect on perceived value. In addition, the causal path from perceived value to continuous use intention was significant. The study results are expected to be used in marketing or service improvement for short-term users by taking account of emotional factors as well as functional factors.
