스마트폰과 같은 모바일 기기의 발달과 함께 사용자의 위치에 기반한 다양한 서비스가 출현하고 있다. 그중 사용자의 위치를 기준으로하는 길안내 서비스가 가장 대표적이다. GPS에 기반한 실외 중심의 길안내는 다양한 비콘과 WiFi 등의 기술과 함께 실내에서도 길안내 서비스가 가능하도록 해주고 있다. 하지만, 상기의 사용자 위치에 대한 길안내 서비스는 거리에 대한 인식 단계가 세밀하지 못하기에 해당거리별 상세 서비스가 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 BLE 비콘의 Immediate, Near, Far의 3단계 거리인식을 6단계까지 확장하여 보다 상세한 안내가 가능한 실내 길안내 서비스를 제안한다. 또한 편의적 기능을 위해 목적지 입력 및 길안내가 음성에 기반하여 구동될 수 있도록 구현하였다.

Recently the mobile terminals using GPS offer find-way service. But for obtaining the simple small-map, this system is very additional expensive. Accordingly it is impossible to provide this service using the general mobile terminals which almost all of the people have. Therefore, in this paper we design and develop the mobile outline map and guide map to solve the problems of the existed find-way service in the mobile environments. This system supports the mobile guide service of the destination without the additional cost on mobile terminal based on WIPI at any time and any where. And mobile service providers are able to advertise for neighborhood stores of the searching destination using this system.

Due to the improvement of surveying, mapping and communication techniques, various apps for road direction guides and vehicle navigations have been developed. Although such a development has impacted on walking and driving, there is a limit to improving the daily convenience of the socially impaired people. This is mainly due to the fact that the software have been developed for normal pedestrians and drivers. Therefore, visually impaired people still have problems with the confusion of direction and/or non-provision of risk factors in walking. This study aimed to propose a scheme which constructs data for mobility-impaired or traffic-impaired people based on various geospatial information. The factors and components related to walking for the visually impaired are selected by geospatial data and a walking route guidance network that can be applied to a commercial software. As a result, it was confirmed that road direction guidance would be possible if additional contents, such as braille blocks (dotted/linear), sound signals, bus stops, and bollards are secured. In addition, an initial version of the application software was implemented based on the suggested data model and its usefulness was evaluated to a visually impaired person. To advance the stability of the service in walking for the visually impaired people, various geospatial data obtained by multiple institutes are necessary to be combined, and various sensors and voice technologies are required to be connected and utilized through ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) technology in near future.

In this paper, we propose a mobile navigation application that allows a user to send location data to another user using the iPhone's GPS function and Mapkit framework. The GPS function of the iPhone detects the location of the first user and the Mapkit framework shows the first user location on Google Maps. If the second user requires guidance to a destination, the first user touches the record button on the proposed application to record his or her position. The first user can check his or her recorded location from the pin position on Google Maps, and he or she can then send the relevant information to the second user who wants to visit that location. The second user receives the location data and is guided to the destination easily by following the next position icon on the iPhone camera overlay or by following the pin position on Google Maps. Therefore, even if a user is traveling somewhere for the first time, the proposed application guides that user to his or her destination by receiving recorded location data from another user.

정보통신기술과 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 이동통신기기의 발전 및 보급이 확산됨에 따라 기존 유선상의 인터넷 서비스를 무선 환경으로 확대하는 무선 인터넷 서비스가 대두 되고 있다. 또한 이러한 이동통신기기는 통신 기능뿐만 아니라 다양한 정보기기 역할을 수행하며, 무선 인터넷 서비스 접속이 가능하여 일반인들의 필수품이 되어 있는 상황이다. 이동통신기기에서 위치정보를 이용한 서비스로는 길안내 서비스가 대표적이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 영화 예매 서비스의 문제점인 사용자의 위치 정보를 사용하지 않는 것과, 개인화 되지 않은 것을 해결하고자 한다. 제안하는 서비스는 사용자의 위치 정보로 현재 사용자의 위치와 가까운 극장 목록을 제시해 주며, 사용자 프로파일 정보를 협업 필터링과 규칙기반 필터링을 통해 개인화된 영화 목록 서비스와 극장 목록 서비스 방법을 제안한다. 이러한 개인화된 서비스는 무선 인터넷 환경의 제한된 네트워크 대역폭 사용 한계를 효과적으로 개선해 줄 수 있다.

Today, the location based service(LBS) is globally developing with the advance of smart phones and IOT devices. The main purpose of this research is to provide users with the most efficient route information, analyzing big data of people with a variety of routes. This system will enable users to have a similar feeling of getting a direct guidance from a person who has often used the route. It is possible because the system server analyzes the route information of people in real time, after composing the distributed processing system on the basis of map information. In the future, the system will be able to amazingly develop with the association of various LBS services, providing users with more precise and safer route information.

최근 범죄 예방에 대한 관심도가 높아져 가고 있고, 이러한 요구사항을 수용한 다양한 모바일 앱이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문은 택시 범죄를 예방하고 승객의 안전 관리를 위한 모바일 앱의 설계를 제안한다. 제안하는 모바일 앱은 비전기반 증강현실을 이용하여 택시 번호판 조회 기능을 제공하고 GPS 위치 정보를 활용하여 길 안내 및 예상 경로 안내 서비스를 제공한다. 이를 통해 승객의 안정성과 편의성을 증대하도록 한다.

최근 들어 위치 기반 서비스(Location Based Service)는 치안, 인명 구조, 물류 추적, 길안내 등 다양한 분야로 적용 가능성 때문에 많은 관심을 받고 있는 기술이다. 스마트 폰과 같은 모바일 단말기의 보급이 가속화되면서 사용자는 위치 정보를 이용한 각종 서비스에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 관련 산업의 사업성이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있는 추세다. 실외 위치 추적 기법은 인공위성을 이용한 GPS(Global Positioning System) 기법이 시장을 거의 평정하여 이에 수렴해 가고 있는 상황이고 실제로 많은 상용 제품이 존재하고 있다. 하지만 실내에는 인공위성 신호가 직접 전해 지지 못하는 상황이기 때문에 이와 다른 기법이 존재하나 아직 상용화하기에 그 정확도와 기술력이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 건물 밖에 존재하는 GPS 기능이 탑재된 모바일 단말기를 이용하여 실내에 존재하는 모바일 단말기와 협력 통신(Cooperative Communication)하여 위치를 추적하는 기법을 제안한다. 최근 들어 GPS 장비의 단가 하락으로 이 기능을 가지고 있는 모바일 단말기가 증가하고 있는 추세이기 때문에 실내 위치 추적 시스템을 구축하기 위해 별도의 장비를 설치하지 않아도 된다는 것이 이 기법의 가장 큰 장점이다. 시뮬레이션의 결과를 통해 본 기법의 효용성을 확인해보았다.

In recent years, with increasing utilization of mobile devices such as smartphones, the need for PNS(Pedestrian Navigation Systems) that provide guidance for moving pedestrians is increasing. For the navigation services, road network is the most important component when it comes to creating route and guidance information. In particular, pedestrian network requires modeling methods for more detailed and vast space compared to road network. Therefore, more efficient method is needed to establish pedestrian network that was constructed by existing field survey and manual editing process. This research proposed a pedestrian network creation method appropriate for pedestrians, based on CNS(Car Navigation Systems) data that already has been broadly constructed. Pedestrian network was classified into pedestrian link(sidewalk, side street, walking facility) and openspace link depending on characteristics of walking space, and constructed by applying different methodologies in order to create path that similar to the movements of actual pedestrians. The proposed algorithm is expected to become an alternative for reducing the time and cost of pedestrian network creation.

후끈 달아올랐던 2006년 독일 월드컵 시즌이 이제 이달 10일이면 결승전을 끝으로 대단원의 막을 내린다. 비록 16강 진출에는 실패했지만 승리에 대한 염원이 가득했던 6월이었다. 이제 그토록 뜨겁게 타올랐던 월드컵의 열기는고스란히 여름의 몫이 된다. 7월, 작열하는 태양의 계절이 돌아왔다. 녹아내릴듯 뜨거운 날씨는 자꾸 에어컨이 있는 실내와 그늘로 내몰지만, 그렇다고 더위에 지레 겁먹고 물러설 필요는 없다. 여름은 상반기 내내 지치게 했던 일상을 접고 훌훌 떠나기 좋은 계절 아닌가. 태양과 더위에 맞서서 이계절을 즐겨보는 것은 어떨까.
