본 논문에서는 홈 헬스케어에서 건강측정을 위하여 가장 많이 사용되는 개인 건강 기기(personal health device)인 혈당계, 혈압계, 심박측정계(heart rate monitor), 산소포화도 측정계(pulse-oximeter), 심전도 측정계(ECG monitor)의 5가지 홈 헬스케어 의료기기를 구성하고 표준 핵심 기술 요소인 ISO/IEEE 11073, HL7을 준용하는 게이트웨이 플랫폼을 스마트폰에 적용하여 기존의 홈 헬스케어 시스템을 구성하는 단말기 형태의 게이트웨이나 홈 서버 하드웨어 구성을 필요로 하지 않으면서 집안의 고정된 게이트웨이로 인해서 생기는 위치종속성 문제를 해결할 수 있는 PMG(personal mobile gateway) 기반의 홈&모바일 헬스케어 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

Busan Metropolitan City runs Community Health Center which aims to health care service based on the community, besides the established health medical service towards people with low-income. 71 centers are run in 2021, therefore, this papear explores the way of digital transition of these centers. Digital Technologies possibly adopted inside the centers are: First, smart devices to advance the management system of chronical diseases based on health index; Second, IoT with mobile tech to manage health index; Third, AI Robot to care lone elderly people and to warn the emergency.

The study aimed at identifying the causes of the high level of health application but the low level of use. In other words, the effects of user's innovation resistance (use barrier, value barrier, risk barrier, traditional barrier, image barrier, etc.) were examined. For this study, 378 valid responses were collected by conducting surveys with college students. Findings indicated the higher the level of image barrier of the user, the higher the degree of innovation resistance for the health application, and the higher the degree of innovation resistance, the lower intention of continuous use and recommendation. In addition, the level of use barriers, value barriers and traditional barriers did not have a significant effect on the degree of innovation resistance, suggesting that users familiar with smartphones have low resistance to health applications. The study deepens the theoretical discussion about the adoption and continuous use of new technologies by explaining the use of health applications in the theory of innovation resistance. The findings of the study provide the practical implications that lowering the image barriers rather than the usage barriers, value barriers and traditional barriers will be effective for the adoption and continuous use of health applications.

Recent changes in health care environment including aging population and prevalence of chronic disease encourage the adoption of new innovative technological solutions including wearable vital sensors, wireless networks, and smart phone. In this paper, we present an effective at-home lifestyle monitoring system that can be used for self-management and health intervention of patient himself in the Management-by-Exception perspectives. We implemented the filtering and queuing algorithms as a preprocessor of monitoring system to enhance efficiency of proposed system, and the effective UX design for self-management of patients themselves. The 94,467 actual clinic data was used to test the efficiency of the proposed system. As as a result, 64.8% of the incoming vital data was identified to be filtered out.

In this research a food information contents available as well as for PC web and for mobile web users was designed. The web site providing service for PC web and mobile web clients focuses on offering data on individually matching food based on the member's information. The information obtained from the contents can be practically applied by mobile users helping them to take care of their health. This system focuses on wireless internet mobile users and offers various food menus with cooking videos and also information regarding food supplies for individually matching bibimpab recipes. It gives a good information about one of the most traditional Korean food bibimpab which is made of various kinds of vegetables and greens. It also contains nutrition balance information. Designing the web site as a web site available for wired wireless internet accesses makes it available at any place for mobile wireless internet users so that they can obtain all information regarding products and menu which are good for their health.

The worldwide population is aging rapidly. In this circumstance, Korean society is in need of the urgent comprehensive countermeasures that will help the elderly with their health problems and infection control in their daily life. Universal design has supportive, adaptable, accessible and safety-oriental design standards for the elderly. Is this study, we propose the guidelines of the mobile application development based on the application of the universal design for infection control in the elderly. From the perspective of the universal design, there are several important guidelines including 'generalized access', 'simple and intuitive usage', 'low physical effort', and 'visualized language' based on the KCDC(Korea centers for disease control and prevention) principles for the elderly. These findings show that the guidelines for improving the health literacy of the mobile application via universal design are necessary to enhance the health behavior of infection control for the elderly.

This study has designed the system that can manage the amount of exercise required for health management, viewing the health management courses which are currently being operated, register the desire courses and verifying the registered schedules and monthly health performances at a glance by using a mobile application. The advantage of health club management system is automatically transmits the daily exercise information to the server without a separate sensor through a simple QR scanning using a smart phone. Since the overall operating requirements of services and various facilities of health club is transmitted as the data to the remote server through a smart phone, users of various levels including workers, students, housewives, etc can easily access and use the health club management system using the WiFi, LTE, 3G, etc.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of the mobile app 'Allive' to improve accessibility to resources and mental health services among sexual violence survivors. Participants include survivors of sexual violence as well as service providers at sexual violence crisis intervention centers. The usability test was conducted as a quantitative and qualitative evaluation after study participants used the app in a real-life environment. The results of usability testing highlighted the positive and beneficial impact on mental health function as well as accessibility to essential resources for those who have experienced sexual violence.

본 연구에서는 모바일기반의 효율적인 건강정보 모니터링 수행하기 위하여 소프트웨어 디자인 패턴 중 생체신호 모니터링 프레임워크에 적합한 패턴을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 Java언어 기반의 구글 안드로이드사의 Android를 이용한 모바일 환경에서 프레임워크를 설계 하였다. 또한 모니터링 프레임워크의 설계 및 구현을 하고 실험을 통해 프레임워크 기반의 모바일 생체신호 모니터링 애플리케이션의 유용성을 확인하였다.

In the proposed u-health service platform mobile u-health served an a series of process of bio data collection and storage and bio data analyses and results notice, and I interpreted it to a process. I became a design so as the service platform which supported health management system construction easily loaded service applied mobile u-health, and to be able to operate it in mobile environments, and took utility of a service platform and usability into consideration, and I got the crux of u-health use service.
