매질 내부로 전파하는 초음파는 점성손실(viscous loss), 열전도 손실(heat conduction loss) 둥 다양한 상호작용을 통해 흡수되어 열에너지로 변환되기 때문에 매질 내의 온도 변화를 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 RTV 고무 내부에 47 개의 열전대를 장착하여 초음파 영상 진단기로부터 발생되는 초음파 음장에 따른 각 열전대의 채널별 온도변화의 측정결과를 제시하였다.

최근 컴퓨터 및 통신, 정보화산업 발전 및 수요에 따라 전원장치의 고집적화, 고효율화 및 고 기능화를 통한 소형화 기술 수요가 증가하고 있다. 스위칭모드 전원장치는 반도체 소자의 스위칭을 이용하여 전력변환을 하며 이를 보다 소형화하고 고밀도화시키며 시스템에 직접 장착할 수 있는 구조로 설계한 전원장치가 온보드 전원장치이다. 본 논문에서는 온보드 전원의 고밀도, 고집적화와 더불어 정전압 온보드 전원에 기능을 추가하여 정전류원으로 동작하는 온보드 전원을 제안한다. 제안한 회로는 능동 클램프 포워드 컨버터를 사용하였으며 2 차측 동기스위치를 이용하였다. 또한 정전압원과 정전류원으로 동작시 입력의 변화와 부하의 변화에 따른 빠른 응답속도를 가지는 제어기를 설계하였다. 제안회로는 이론적인 해석과 100W 실험장치를 통해 시험하며 그 타당성을 검증한다.

In this paper, the input split type series-parallel hybrid electric vehicle (SPHEV) is established and the interpretation of the dynamic characteristics in four kinds of HEV modes, such as electric vehicle mode, engine mode, hybrid mode, and regeneration mode, is described. For this research, the forward-facing approach simulation method is chosen, which is useful for vehicle dynamic analysis. The rating of each powertrain component is designed based on energy-based concept and electrical peaking hybrid (ELPH) method. Finally, the designed powertrain is evaluated with the developed PSiM simulator and simulation results are shown.

본 논문에서는 소형 전기자동차에 적용되는 새로운 배터리 전압 밸런싱 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 양방향 전력변환장치와 보조배터리를 연결하여 에너지의 회생이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 시스템의 회로에 대해 설명하고 배터리 상태에 따른 조건을 분류하여 제어 방법을 설명하였다. 배터리 상태에 따른 제어모드를 설명하고 제안된 시스템의 타당성을 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 정전류 LED조명 구동을 위한 일차측 전류 제어의 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 일정한 온-타임으로 동작하는 경계 모드(Critical Mode) 플라이백 타입으로 우수한 역률을 달성하였고, 의사 공진(Quasi-resonant) 동작으로 스위칭 손실을 최소화 하였다. 본문에서 LED전류가 5% 이하로 정전류 제어되는 9W급 플라이백 타입의 일차 측 전류 제어 기법을 실험으로 검증한다.

본 논문에서는 휘도성분과 색차성분의 유사성을 이용하여 부호화 성능을 향상시키기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 하나의 영상을 구성하는 휘도성분과 색차성분은 유사성이 높아 그 유사성을 이용하여 부호화 효율을 높이는 것이 가능하다. 현재 CU(Coding Unit)를 압축할 때 화면 내 예측방법을 사용한다면, 색차성분의 화면 내 예측모드가 휘도성분의 정보를 이용하는 경우에 본 논문의 알고르듬을 적용한다. 색차성분이 휘도성분의 정보를 이용하는 경우에는 휘도성분과 색차성분 간 유사도가 높다는 것을 의미하기 때문에 휘도성분의 스캔방법을 기본으로 중요한 변환계수의 위치정보를 이용하여 색차성분의 스캔 방법을 적응적으로 결정한다. 현재 배포된 HEVC의 레퍼런스 소프트웨어인 HM 3.1을 이용하여 실험한 결과 색차성분에 대해 0.39%의 부호화 효율을 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 횡파를 이용한 STAM 시스템을 이용하여 다층구조물에 대한 토모그라픽 영상을 복원함으로써 토모그라픽 영상의 분해능을 개선시키는 방법에 관하여 연구하였다. 먼저, STAM 시스템의 수조에서 초음파가 시료로 입사될 때 입사각도에 따라 발생되는 종파와 횡파에 대한 모드변환에 관하여 고찰하였다. 실험을 위하여 시료로 각 층이 서로 다른 패턴을 갖는 2층의 알루미늄을 가공하여 다층구조물을 제작하였으며, 시료에 횡파를 여기시키기 위하여 초음파변환기의 입사각을 18$^{\circ}$로 사각 입사시킬 수 있는 웨지를 가공하여 수조를 제작하였다. 본 실험에서는 동작주파수가 10MHz인 STAM 시스템을 이용하여 4중 프로젝션에 대한 토모그라픽 데이터를 영상처리하여 토모그라픽 영상을 복원하였으며 이를 기존의 종파를 이용한 토모그라픽 영상과 비교분석한 결과, 콘트라스트와 축방향 분해능이 향상되고 토모그라픽 영상을 복원할 수 있었다.

This paper presents the single-stage high power factor AC to DC converter operated in active-clamp mode. The proposed converter is added active-clamping circuit to boost-flyback single-stage power factor corrected power supply. The active-clamping circuit limits voltage spikes, recycles the energy trapped in the leakage inductance, and provides a mechanism for achieving soft switching of the electronic switches to reduce the switching loss. The auxiliary switch of active-clamping circuit uses the same control and driver circuit as the main switch to reduce the additional cost and size. To verify the performance of the proposed converter, a 100W converter has been designed. The proposed converter gives good power factor correction, low line current harmonic distortions, and tight output voltage regulation, as used unity power factor.

Characteristics of precipitation in Seoul have been examined by using long-term observational data. Precipitation records from modern rain gauges were used for 1908-1996, together with the traditional Korean rain gauge (called Chukwookee) observations for 1777-1907. A linear trend analysis of seasonal total rainfall shows no significant trends over the last 200 years A wavelet transform analysis was performed to figure out the transient variations of precipitation.

A guided-wave TE to TM mode converter was demonstrated by using of the off-diagonal electrooptic coefficients in LiTaO$_{3}$. The input mode is coupled to the other orthogonal mode by the electrooptically induced off-diagonal polarizability. Compared with LiNbO$_{3}$, LiTaO$_{3}$ provides a smaller birefringence and thus a larger phase match period and larger optical bnadwidth. A novel electrode structure allowed a first-order Bragg-coupling phase matching. TE/TM mode conversion efficiency of 90% at 25 [V] was demonstrated with ${\lambda}$=0.63$\mu$m He-Ne laser.
