  • 공간 데이터는 복합적인 속성들의 조합으로 이루어지며 연산 또한 복합적이라는 점에서 일반 데이터와 다른 특성을 갖는다. 따라서 공간 데이터는 일반 속성 데이터와 구별되는 파일이나 별도의 저장 구조를 사용하여 관리되어야 한다. 이것은 비공간 데이터와 공간 데이터간의 상호 동기화 문제와 트랜잭션의 처리 등에서 많은 문제점을 발생시키며 이를 해결하기 위해서는 공간 데이터와 비공간 데이터를 단일 데이터베이스화하여야 한다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 단일화된 데이터베이스 시스템을 지원하기 이한 공간 객체-관계 데이터 모델을 정의하고 이 모델을 구현하기 위한 타입 저장 방법들에 대해 기술한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 객체지향 데이터베이스 스키마 전환 규칙 통합을 위한 속성, is-a 관계 및 예외처리를 정의하였다. 개념적모델(ER모델)에서 객체지향 스키마로 전환하는 규칙을 확장하여 개발하였으며 다중상속 문제나 예외처리와 같은 스키마의 변경에 대한 규칙도 제시한다. 객체지향 데이터베이스의 개념적모델을 전환하는 규칙을 정립함으로서 이미 생성된 정보를 활용할 수 있으며, 데이터베이스와 지식베이스를 결합하려는 시도에도 활용할 수 있다.

  • Fossil fuel is used all over the world and it produces greenhouse gases due to fossil fuel use. Therefore, it cause global warming and is serious environmental pollution. In order to decrease the environmental pollution, we should use renewable energy which is clean energy. Among several renewable energy, wind energy is the most promising one. Wind power generation is does not produce environmental pollution and could not be exhausted. However, due to wind power generation has irregular power output, it is important to predict generated electrical energy accurately for smoothing wind energy supply. There, we consider use ramp characteristic to forecast accurate wind power output. The ramp increase and decrease rapidly wind power generation during in a short time. Therefore, it can cause problem of unbalanced power supply and demand and get damaged wind turbine. In this paper, we make prediction models using power ramp rate as well as wind speed and wind direction to increase prediction accuracy. Prediction model construction algorithm used multilayer neural network. We built four prediction models with PRR, wind speed, and wind direction and then evaluated performance of prediction models. The predicted values, which is prediction model with all of attribute, is nearly to the observed values. Therefore, if we use PRR attribute, we can increase prediction accuracy of wind power generation.

An Extended Negotiation Agent Using Multi-Issues under Time-Constraint Environment (시간제약 환경에서 다중 속성을 이용한 확장된 협상 에이전트)

  • The Internet has become a part of our life and has changed our living environments dramatically. However, Electronic Commerce (EC) stays currently at a level that a buyer deals only with an one-sided condition (price) proposed by a seller or compares the proposed condition to find a better one. As the agent technology makes progress, EC requires negotiation that is not one-sided but is a way to maximize profits of both seller and buyer. Moreover, negotiation in EC should consider multiple issues rather than a single issue to replace the traditional commerce. In this paper we propose a negotiation model, which guarantees balanced profits between two agents through negotiation using multi-issues, and makes a deal successfully under time-constraint environment. The proposed negotiation model suggests strategies(alternative and simultaneous strategy) that change the value of issues with each agent has time for negotiation. In this paper, we also suggest a strategy that proposes an offer to each other. We compare the proposed negotiation model with another negotiation model. The experimental results show that dynamic conceder tactic and linear tactic showed balanced profits and a high percentage of deals for negotiation between two agents, and the sum of utilities of two agents is high, when the alternative strategy is used.

A Research on the Paradigm of Interaction Based on Attributes (인터렉션 속성에 기초한 인터렉션 범식화 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to demonstrate interaction as a describable field and tries to understand interaction from the perspective of attributes, thus building a theoretical to help interactive designer understand this field by common rule, rather than waste huge time and labor cost on iteration. Since the concept of interaction language has been brought out in 2000, there are varies of related academical studies, but all with defect such as proposed theoretical models are built on a non-uniform scale, or the analyzing perspective are mainly based on researcher's personal experience and being too unobjective. The value of this study is the clustered resource of research which mainly based on academical review. It collected 21 papers researched on interaction paradigm or interaction attributes published since 2000, extracting 19 interaction attribute models which contains 174 interaction attributes. Furthermore, these 174 attributes were re-clustered based on a more unified standard scale, and the two theoretical models summarized from it are respectively focuses on interaction control and interaction experience, both of which covered 6 independent attributes. The propose of this theoretical models and the analyzation of the cluster static will contribute on further revealing of the importance of interaction attribute, or the attention interaction attribute has been paid on. Also, in this regard, the interactive designer could reasonably allocate their energy during design process, and the future potential on various direction of interaction design could be discussed.

  • One important question that arises when dealing with temporal databases in context of object-oriented systems is the method that associates time with attributes relationship semantics. Results of previous work about attribute versioning, particularity extending flat(First Normal Form: FNF) or nested(Non-First Normal Form: NFNF) relational models. are not applicable to temporal object-oriented databases. This is because object-oriented models provide more powerful constructs than traditional models for structuring complex objects. Therefore, this paper presents an formal approach for incorporating temporal extension to object-oriented databases. Our goal in this paper is to study temporal object-oriented database representation according to generalization, aggregation and association among objects. We define tile concepts of attribute versioning in temporal object-oriented model, and we concentrate on the representation of temporal relationship among objects. Another contribution of this paper is to specify time constraints on relationship semantics and analyze our model based on representation criteria. By means of formalizing tile temporal object oriented model, this paper can not only provide tile robust operating functions that design algebraic operators, but also entrance the reuse of modules.

Efficient Counterexample Generation for Game Solving in NuSMV (게임 풀이를 위한 NuSMV의 효율적인 반례 생성)

  • This paper solves Push-Push game with the model checker NuSMY which exhaustively explores all search space to determine whether a model satisfies a property. In case a model doesn't satisfy properties to be checked, NuSMV generates a counterexample which tells where this unsatisfaction occurs. However, the algorithm for generating counterexample in NuSMV traverses a search space twice so that it is inefficient for solving the game we consider here. To save the time to be required to complete the game, we revise the part of counterexample generation so that it traverses a search space once. As a result, we obtain 62% time improvement and 11% space improvement in solving the game with modified NuSMV.

  • Various quality models using quality factor, quality criteria and metrics have been proposed in order to evaluate quality of software products. However, a customized quality model which is specific to the characteristics of software component is required. In this paper, we propose external quality prediction techniques enable us to predict what external quality the final software product will have by using metrics as with internal attributes of software in development. We also propose a model not only for measuring quality by using metrics but also for applying internal attributes of ISO 9126 into artifacts of software component development.

  • As the embedded systems closely related with our living become complex by interoperating each other via internet, the safety issue of embedded systems begins to appear For checking safety properties of the system interactions, it is necessary to describe the system behaviors in formal methods and provide a systematic safety analysis technique. In this research, the behaviors of an embedded system are described by Labeled Transition Systems(LTS) and its safety properties are checked on the system model. For enhancing the existing compositional safety analysis technique, we perform the safety analysis techniques by checking the behavioral equivalence of the reduced model and a property model after reducing the system model in the viewpoint of the property.

Designing of Attributes for Development of Korean Reach File (한국형 Reach File 개발을 위한 속성 설계)

  • 본 연구는 한국형 Reach File을 개발하기 위한 선행 연구로써 한국형 Reach File의 필수 구성요소 중 하나인 속성을 설계하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 미국 Reach File 구축 사례를 검토하였고, 특히 최종 버전인 RF3(Reach File version 3)의 속성 내역을 정리하여 설계에 참조하였다. 국내 TMDL 업무 분석을 수행하여 업무 활용 측면에서 요구되는 속성도 모델링을 통해 속성 설계에 반영하였으며, 아울러 아크-노드 모델(Arc-node model) 기반의 네트워크 형식의 공간자료를 구축하는 것을 가정하여 네트워크 분석에도 활용이 가능하도록 선형 및 점형 도형자료 간 위상관계도 속성 설계에 반영하였다. 연구 결과에서 한국형 Reach File의 속성은 '위상(topology)', '위치(location)', '주제(theme)'의 세 가지 대분류에 따라 모델링되었으며, 각 분류에 따라 세부 속성이 정의되었다. 고유 식별자를 포함하여 선형 도형자료의 경우 총 53개, 점형 도형자료의 경우 총 13개의 세부 속성이 정의되었고, 각 속성에 대한 속성명, 필드명, 데이터 타입 및 길이 등에 관한 상세 설계서가 작성되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 속성 설계서는 향후 한국형 Reach File 구축에 직접 활용이 가능하며, 따라서 한국형 Reach File의 구체적인 개발 방향의 설정에도 기여할 것으로 예상된다. 향후 연구에서는 속성 설계서 결과를 바탕으로 한국형 Reach File 구축 및 활용에 관한 연구가 뒤따라야 한다.
