모바일 컨텐츠 공급파트너와 서비스 제공업체의 관계에 대한 연구 -전략적 성과에 영향을 미치는 관계특성을 중심으로-

  • 소비자의 욕구변화와 정보기술의 발전으로 정보경제시대, 신경제시대가 도래함에 따라 가치사슬이 변화하고, 새로운 가치를 창출하는 신산업이 등장하고 있다. 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 선으로부터의 자유, 개인성, 즉시성이 가능한 모바일 비즈니스가 우리나라에서도 태동하고 있다. 모바일 비즈니스는 금융업체, 정보제공업체, 통신망 운용업체, 최종이용자간의 새로운 가치의 결합이 특징이며, 막 흐름이 만들어지고 발전되고 있는 상황이다. 이와 같이 다양한 이해관계자가개입하고 있어 협력이 특히 강조되고 또 요구되고 있다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 이들간의 관계에 대한 연구가 미흡한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 비즈니스를 주도하고 있는 통신망 제공업체와 모바일 컨텐츠 공급 파트너간의 조직간 협력관계에 대한 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 관계마케팅, 거래비용, 자원기반관점, 네트워크 이론 등 기업간 관계를 기술, 설명, 예측하는 주요이론에서 논의되고 있는 개념을 바탕으로 본 연구는 컨텐츠 공급파트너의 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 연구 모형을 제시한다. 최근 중요성이 더 강조되고 있는 항목은 신뢰와 결속임을 감안하여, 매개변수로써 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 주요한 요소로 신뢰와 결속을 제시하고 있다. 컨텐츠 제공업체의 전략적 성과는 서비스제공업체에 대한 신뢰와 결속에 큰 영향을 받고있다는 점을 반영하고 있다. 한편 신뢰에 영향을 주는 독립변수로는 서비스 제공업체에 대한 평판, 서비스제공업체와 컨텐츠 제공 파트너간의 상호의사소통, 그리고 업무처리의 절차에 대한 공정성을 제시하고 있다 결속에 영향을 미치는 독립변수로는 동의된 목표, 업무정보교류, 거래특유자산의 3개의 변수를 선정하였다. 독립, 매개, 종속변수간의 9개의 연구 가설을 수립하였다. 국내의 주도적인 이동통신망소유업체에 모바일 컨텐츠를 공급하고 있는 170여개의 파트너를 대상으로 실증연구를 수행했다. 공변량 구조분석을 위주로 분석한 연구의 결과에 의하면 본 연구의 모델은 충분한 적합성을 보여주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가설의 상당수가 채택이 되었다. 그러나 모바일 비즈니스의 기업간관계의 실제측면을 나타내는 업무정보교류와 결속자의 관계의 유의하지 않게 나와 기각되었다. 기각에 대한 여러 가지의 해석이 가능하지만 측정의 신뢰성을 확보해야 하고 개념의 타당성을 더 엄격하게 준수할 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구는 조직이론에 근거한 변수를 채택하고 있으나 모바일 비즈니스의 생명주기특성상 태동기이기 때문에 기업간 관계를 연구하는 측면에서는 탐험적 연구성격이 강하다. 더 나아가 본 산업의 주된 연구가 질적이고 기업내부만을 연구했던 것에 비교하면 시초적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 관계마케팅, CRM 등의 이론적 배경이 되고 있는 신뢰와 결속의 중요성이 재확인하는 결과도 의의라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 신뢰는 양사 간의 상호관계에서 조성될 수 있는 특성을 가진 반면, 결속은 계약관계 초기단계에서 성문화하고 규정화 할 수 있는 변수의 성격이 강하다고 할 수가 있다. 본 연구는 복잡한 기업간 관계를 지나치게 협력적 측면에서만 규명했기 때문에 많은 측면을 간과할 가능성이 있다. 또한 방법론적으로 일방향의 시각만을 고려했고, 횡단적 조사를 통하고 국내의 한 서비스제공업체와 관련이 있는 컨텐츠 공급파트너만의 시각을 검증했기 때문에 해석에서 유의할 필요가 있다. 또한 타당성확보 노력을 기하였지만 측정도구 면에서 엄격한 개발과정을 준수하지는 못했다. 향후에는 모바일 컨텐츠 파트너의 기업의 특성을 조사하여 관계성 변수와의 상호관련연구를 진행할 필요가 있다. 관계기간, 의존성, 거래처의 단/복수여부, 서비스 범주 등의 제반 변수를 고려하여 이러한 변수가 양사와의 관계성 변수에 어떤 영향이 있는가를 검증할 필요가 있다. 또한 신뢰, 결속 등 다차원의 개념에 대한 심도 깊은 연구와 최근 제기되고 있는 이론의 확대도 필요하다. 마지막으로 신뢰와 결속에 영향을 미치는 요소간의 개념적 분류, 차이의 검증, 영향력 등을 광범위하게 진행시킬 필요가 있다.

  • 환경모델링 기법은 비선형 오염유출현상을 구조화하여 배출특성 규명 및 정책대안의 영향예측 도구로서 활용도가 증가하고 있다. 반면 복잡한 입력 파라미터의 구성은 모형운영에 있어 비정량적 수치를 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 이러한 한계성을 극복하기 위해 최근 들어 GIS와 정보기술의 연계를 통한 자료관리 및 모형 매개변수 산출을 위한 연구들이 활발히 진행 중에 있다. GIS-모델링 분야의 기술적 성장에도 불구하고 정보구축의 시점, 주기, 구축 형태 등의 통일화가 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 BASINS과 같은 기 구축된 정보 분석체계를 사용하고자 할 때 단위사업별로 구축된 공간정보의 구조해석을 다시 수행해야 하는 문제를 지니고 있다. 이는 구축된 정보를 사용하여 해석하고자 하는 주체가 분명하지 않고, 분석모델에서 요구하는 입력 자료의 구조를 명확하게 해석할 수 있는 정보기술과 분석기술의 연계부족으로 발생한 문제이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 NGIS사업을 통해 축척된 지형공간 데이터베이스와 GIS의 공간분석기능을 연계하여 유역 오염원 기상 공간정보의 관리, 유역 오염유출모형인 HSPF(Hydrologic Simulation Program-Fortran)의 운영정보 생성을 지원하는 지능형 정보관리시스템을 개발하는데 있다. 주 연구내용은 시스템 분석 및 설계, 기초 데이터 수집과 DB 구축, 지형 매개변수 산정을 위한 GIS-HSPF의 통합 인터페이스 구축이다. 개발된 KBASIN-HSPF는 EPA에 의해 개발된 BASIN의 유역분할, 하천망생성, 지형특성계수 산정 기능과 함께 우리나라의 지형.오염원.기상정보의 저장구조를 고려한 데이터 모델링, Tissen망에 준한 강우자료 생성 그리고 HSPF 모형운영정보 산정 및 전환기능을 포함하고 있다. KBASIN-HSPF는 유역기반 점.비점오염원 정보를 통합 관리하고자 하는 오염총량관리제의 기술적 정보관리 환경으로 활용가능하며, 기존의 오염유출모델링을 위해 자료준비부터 정보연계, 모형운영까지 분산된 환경에서 수행되었던 것을 통합환경하에서 진행함으로써 정보의 질적보장과 정보전환의 표준화방안을 제시하는 정보분석시스템이다.

The Effects of Fear of Failure Factors Affecting Entrepreneurial Intentions of Startup Business Candidate (예비창업자의 실패에 대한 두려움이 창업의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the relationship between fear of failure of potential entrepreneur's psychological characteristics and entrepreneurial intentions using the mediation variables of planned behavior model. There are many existing prior research related to the entrepreneurial intentions, but they were mostly focused only entrepreneurial success factors. So in this study we focused on fear of failure of potential entrepreneur. To know the influence of the fear of failure related to entrepreneurial intention, we using the scale of PFAI (Performances Failure Appraisal Inventory). The purpose of this study is to examine an impact of fear of failure on entrepreneurial intention and add to mediating factors - attitude toward the acts, subjective norm, perceived behavior control - on the relationship between fear of failure and entrepreneurial intention. Also we examined entrepreneurial education as moderating effect in order to offset the fear of failure. In order to test research model, we collected data from 321 undergraduate students. To test the research questions and hypotheses, we employed SPSS 21.0 anf AMOS 18.0 for validity, reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural model analysis. The results were as follows. First, the fear of failure negatively related to attitude toward the behavior and subjective norm. Second, attitude toward the behavior and subjective norm positively related to entrepreneurial intention in consistent with previous studies. Third, attitude toward the acts and subjective norm in TPB variables have full-mediation effects between fear of failure and intrepreneurial intention. Fourth, The moderating effects of entrepreneurial effect was not significant. The negative relationship between fear of failure and attitude toward the acts and subjective norm was even slightly stronger who have taken the entrepreneurial class group. We discuss the theoretical and managerial implications, and provide suggestions for future research.

  • Landslides are major natural geological hazards that cause enormous property damage and human casualties annually. The vulnerability of mountainous areas to landslides is further exacerbated by the impacts of climate change. Soil depth is a crucial parameter in landslide and debris flow analysis, and plays an important role in the evaluation of watershed hydrological processes that affect slope stability. An accurate method of estimating soil depth is to directly investigate the soil strata in the field. However, this requires significant amounts of time and money; thus, numerous models for predicting soil depth have been proposed. However, they still have limitations in terms of practicality and accuracy. In this study, 71 seismic survey results were collected from domestic mountainous areas to estimate soil depth on hill slopes. Soil depth was estimated on the basis of a shear wave velocity of 700 m/s, and a database was established for slope angle, elevation, and soil depth. Consequently, the statistical characteristics of soil depth were analyzed, and the correlations between slope angle and soil depth, and between elevation and soil depth were investigated. Moreover, various soil depth prediction models based on slope angle were investigated, and corrected linear and exponential soil depth prediction models were proposed.

  • The primary purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between market orientation and new product performance in a manufacturing firms, and examines how product quality, employee satisfaction, and innovation speed play a mediating role between market orientation and new product performance. Based on relevant literature reviews, this study posits three mediators, that is, product quality, employee satisfaction, and innovation speed as key determinants of new product performance. And then we structured a research model and hypotheses about relationship between these variables. A total 159 usable survey responses of Korean food/pharmaceutical firms have been employed in the analysis. The data were analyzed with Amos12.0K. The results be summarized as follows: First, market orientation had a positive influence upon product quality, employee satisfaction, and innovation speed. Second, two mediators of employee satisfaction, innovation speed had a positive influence upon new product performance. Third, employee satisfaction had a positive influence upon product quality and innovation speed. According to the result of this research, a manufacturing firms have to focus on the market orientation and understand the role of product quality, employee satisfaction, and innovation speed mediators on the process between the market orientation and the new product performance.

Effects of Universities' Startup Support Programs on Entrepreneurial Intention of Undergraduate: Moderating Role of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (대학의 창업지원프로그램이 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 창업효능감의 조절효과)

  • This paper aims to examine structural relationship between startup programs aided by university what reflected in GEM(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) model and was establishing entrepreneurial intention of current university students. Total of 364 suitable sample data were used to empirical analysis hypotheses. The results of the hypothesis test through analysis of the structural model are summarized as follows. First, among the factors of universities' startup support programs, entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial consulting, R&D transfer, and entrepreneurial culture has a positive effect on recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities. Second, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial consulting has a positive influence on entrepreneurship. Third, the parameters of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurship positively influences on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, University should support entrepreneurial education, R&D transfer, entrepreneurial consulting and makes entrepreneurial culture intensely for vitalizing university students entrepreneurial intention.

  • As the load is increased on the steel-concrete composite structure, its interface begins to show nonlinear behavior due to the reduction of interaction, micro-crack, slip and separation, and it causes slip-softening, Therefore, it is essential to consider the partial-interaction analysis technique. Until now, however, full-interaction or, in some instances, the linear-elastic model, which are insufficient to simulate accurate behavior, are assumed in the analysis of composite structure since the analysis method and nonlinear model for interface are very difficult and complicated. Therefore, the design of composite structure is followed by the experimental method which is inefficient-because a number of tests have to be carried out according to the design environments. In this study, we carried out the nonlinear analysis according to various interface nonlinear models by interaction magnitude, and analyzed more accurate structural behavior and performance by maximum tangential traction and slip-softening at the interface. As a result of this study. we were able to prove that the nonlinear model of interface more exactly represents behavior after yielding, such as ultimate load: that initial tangential stiffness of interface has a significant effect on the yielding load of structural members or part: and that the maximum tangential traction and slip-softening mainly effects structural yielding and ultimate load. Therefore, the structural performance of composite structure is highly dependent on the steel-concrete interface or interaction, which may result in initial tangential stiffness, maximum tangential traction and slip-softening in nonlinear model.

  • This paper deals with an Umbrealla Arch Reinforcement Method (UARM) in tunnelling. It is known that the mechanism of the reinforcement system is too complex to be simulated in existent finite element (FE) frameworks when considering its complex geometry of pipe arrangements and contribution of each component of the reinforcement to reinforcing effect. In this study a 3-D elastoplastic FE procedure is, therefore, proposed by introducing homogenisation technique, which is used to define mathematically elastic as well as elastoplastic characteristics of a reinforced ground material as a composite. A number of practical suggestions are addressed considering staged constructions of tunnels. For illustrative purposes, a series of parametric studies are undertaken and anisotropic characteristics of the reinforced ground as well as effects of the reinforcement on tunnel convergences are investigated. It is found that the reinforced ground material defined in homogenisation framework has its mechanical characteristics reasonably representing inherent geometrical and quantitative characteristics of each of constituents.

The Study of the Effects of the Enterprise Mobile Social Network Service on User Satisfaction and the Continuous Use Intention (기업 모바일 소셜네트워크서비스 특성요인이 사용자 만족과 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This work is intended to investigate how the factors of enterprise mobile SNS affect user satisfaction and continuous use intention through technology acceptance model proposed by Davis. To achieve the purpose, this researcher explored Information Systems Success model proposed by DeLone & McLean, Technology Acceptance Model proposed by Davis, and Model after Acceptance, and on the basis of the investigation, performed a study. For the data of this work, 9 enterprises, each of which has more than 100 employees and is located in Seoul, were chosen, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on their 276 employees who experienced enterprise mobile SNS. As a data collection tool, a structured self-administered questionnaire was used. For data analysis, SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for applying Structural Equation modelling. According to the results of this work, three factors of enterprise mobile SNS-systematic factor (system quality, information quality, and service quality), user factor (personal innovation and personal familiarity), social factor (social effects and social interaction)-affected user satisfaction and continuous use intention through perceived availability, perceived easiness, and perceived enjoyment. Also, it was found that the direction of effects matched a theoretical prediction. And, it was revealed that the decision variables and mediating variables significantly affected user satisfaction and continuous use intention. Theoretical and practical meanings were discussed for the study result, and some suggestions were made for the issues of this work and future studies.

The Effect of the Participative Leadership on Creative Behavior - Focusing on Unidimensional and Multidimensional Mediating Effects of Psychological Empowerment - (참여적 리더십이 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향 - 심리적 임파워먼트의 단일차원과 다차원 매개효과를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effects of psychological empowerment between participative leadership and creative behavior. Especially, it aims to analyze the unidimension and multidimension of psychological empowerment in an integrated manner, and to suggest effective practice of participative leadership together with theoretical and methodological implications. In this study, the dependent variable was measured separately with time lag as a method to solve the common method bias that can be shown by the self-report type survey method, and positive emotions and negative emotions expressing emotional states in job situations were employed as control variables along with rank. A total of 283 questionnaires were collected from employees who work for companies in various industries with more than 300 domestic employees. SPSS PROCESS macro program('model 4') was used for statistical analysis. Results, First, the full mediation effect of psychological empowerment(unidimension) was confirmed in the relationship between participative leadership and creative behavior. Second, the analysis of the multidimension of psychological empowerment revealed the full mediating effect of meaning, self-determination, and impact, and the mediating effect of competence was not significant. Third, as a result of comparing the mediating effects of unidimension of psychological empowerment and the mediating effects of multidimension, the magnitude of mediating effect of unidimension was found to be much greater than mediating effect of multidimension. And The magnitudes of the three multidimensional mediating effects were similar. This is a case in which the motivational model of participative leadership revealed in the overseas study is proven in the domestic management environment and is significant in that it is the basis of future research. Based on the results of the empirical studies, the implications and limitations of the study and future research directions are presented.
