u-Healthcare 활성화의 필요성이 꾸준히 제시되어 왔으나, 아직까지 이해자들의 공감대를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 개념정립 및 분류체계가 미비한 실정이다. 새로운 서비스 영역인 u-Healthcare 분야 산업 발전을 위해서는 정책적 전략과 제도적 정비 등의 기반조성이 필요하며, 이에 앞서 명확한 개념 정의와 영역 범주화의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ubiquitous computing 속성에 대한 이해를 통해 u-Health 환경과 u-Healthcare를 정의하며, 보건의료적 접근에 의한 분류를 통해 보건의료서비스에의 적용가능 분야를 제시하고자 한다.

지리 정보 시스템(Geographic Information System, GIS)에서 이용되는 공간 데이터 모델의 표준 규약인 OpenGIS 명세서(specification)를 이용하여 공간 관계 연산자(Spatial Relational Operator)를 구현하고자 할 때 세부적인 의미가 명확하게 이해되지 않는 경우가 많다. 본 논문에서는 각각의 공간 객체들의 내부(Interior), 외부(Exterior), 경계(Boundary)의 정의를 이용하여 실제로 공간 연산자를 구현할 때 고려해야 하는 의미의 불확실성에 대해 고찰하여, 세부적 의미를 밝힌다.

물류활동의 효율성을 극대화시키기 위해서는 물류정보시스템의 구축이 필수적이다. 그리고 물류정보시스템은 각 물류활동의 문제점에 대한 명확한 관리지표를 제시할 수 있는 통합적인 시스템으로 구성되어야 한다. 연구결과 물류정보시스템에는 통합, 의사결정지원, 유연성, 예외적인 처리, 성과측정, 피드백, 물류관리 지식 등에 문제가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류정보를 합리적, 유기적으로 결합, 제공하여 물류비용 절감과 고객서비스 향상을 기하고 상대적 우위를 차지하기 위한 전략적인 차원의 물류정보시스템의 구축이 필요하다.

일반적으로 러프집합은 지식베이스 시스템에서 근사공간을 이용한 불확실한 데이터의 분류, 추론 및 의사결정 등에 사용된다. 지식베이스 시스템의 데이터 중에서 연속적인 구간 특성을 갖는 정량적 속성값이 불연속적일 때 중복 또는 불일치 등의 불확실성이 발생된다. 본 논문은 러프집합의 정량적 속성값들의 정성적 속성으로 변환시킬 때 식별 불가능 영역에 있는 정량적 속성값들을 명확한 경계를 갖는 보조구간으로 분리하여 불확실성을 제거함으로써 러프집합의 분류능력을 향상시키는 방법을 제안한다.

최근 Y. Masumoto[1]등에 의하여 Co가 도핑된 anatase 구조의 TiO$_2$ 물질에서 상온 강자성 현상이 보고된 이후, 이에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 다른 연구 그룹들에 의해 실험적으로 상온 강자성을 성공하였다는 보고[2,3]가 있으나 현재 그 메커니즘에 대하여 명확한 해석이 되어있지 않고 있기 때문에 이것이 정말 자성반도체의 성질인지 아니면 clustering에 의한 것인지 아직 확실히 밝혀져 있지는 않다. (중략)

백열전구 시스템의 설계에서 스너버 회로의 설계는 백열전구의 특성을 고려하는 것이 대단히 중요하다. 특히 서지전압 유입시 백열전구의 과도특성은 설계시 보다 많은 설계사양들을 제공하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 서지전압 유입시 과도특성에 근거한 백열전구의 동작모델을 등가회로로 나타냈다. 이 모델은 제조사가 다른 백열전구에도 광범위한 적용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서 제시한 모델이 실질적으로 효용성이 있음을 나타냈으며, 스너버 회로와 리액턴스(LS) 설계시 백열전구의 서지전압 및 과도 특성에 의한 최적설계를 더욱 명확히 할 수 있다.

DRM(Digital Right Management)은 다양한 채널을 통해 유통되는 디지털 콘텐츠를 불법 사용으로부터 보호하고, 컨텐츠 소유자가 정한 사용 규칙이 지속적(persistent)으로 관리 되도록 하는 기술이다. DRM 서비스의 각 기능을 컴포넌트화 시켜서 재사용성을 강화시키고, 기존 DRM 시스템의 서비스의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 선(Sun)의 엔터프라이즈자바빈(Enterprise JavaBeans, EJB) 어플리케이션 프레인 워크 상에서 DRM을 구현하였다. DRM 시스템의 가동에 있어서 비즈니스 룰의 충돌은 DRM시스템 작동 여부를 결정할 만큼 중요한 문제이다. 룰 자체가 자연어로 기술되고 언젠가는 모순을 유발할 가능성이 높기 때문에 먼저 명확한 논리식으로 표현하고 LEGO라는 정형 기법 도구를 통해 검증하도록 한다.

Virtual reality (VR) provides a virtual experiment (VE) context consisting of information presented to the senses of the user. The user perceiver and interprets the VE context, and then naturally recognizes a level of realism in the VE. Presence is often thought of as the sense of 'being there' in the n. Presence includes overall feelings about the information conveyed from a virtual avatar to the user. Therefore, there must be brain mechanisms for integrating sensory information about presence.'Feeling of presence' is related with the user's cognition and perception about information on communication through medium. Thus 'feeling of presence' may characterize perceptual mechanisms in the brain. We studied these mechanisms by presenting a VR that consisted of an avatar telling a story about a social conversation. We performed covariance analysis on subjective brain activity (fMRI) during the story presentation with a presence score. The data analysis revealed that activity in several brain areas was correlated with the presence store. A positive correlation was shown in the right lingual gyrus, right cuneus, left lingual gyrus, right fusiform gyrus, left inferior temporal gyrus, anterior cingulate cortex and right posterior cingulate cortex of the brain. This study showed the brain mechanism to be related the feeling of presence and brain activities in our subjects, using VR to communicate information.

Many countries have established eBook standards adequate to their environments. In USA, OEB PS is announced for distribution and display of eBooks, in Japan, JepaX is announced for storage and exchange, and in Korea, EBKS is made for clear exchange of eBook contents. These diverse objectives lead to different content structures. These variety of content structure will cause a problem in exchanging them. To correctly exchange eBook contents, the content structure should be considered. So, In this paper, we study conversion methods of standard eBooks contents based on Korean eBook standard, with contemplating content structure. To convert contents properly, the mapping relations should be clearly defined. For this, we consider standard's structure and extension mechanisms, and use path notations and namespaces for precise description. Moreover, through analysis of each mapping relationships, we classify conversion cases into automatic, semi-automatic, and manual conversions. Finally we write up conversion scripts and experiment with them.

This paper was analyzed to improve internal corporate venture system in public companies. The problems of internal corporate venture systems in a public company were as follows: First, lack of the CEO's willingness in venture business was shown. The culture of venture business also was not mature; Second, the employees were behind the effort to develop their business ability; Third, the objective views are needed to screening venture items and evaluation; Fourth, to measure performance of internal corporate venture, a clear basis and measure system were needed. Fifth, the reward was restricted; Finally, the mother-company did not invest any money for the spin-outed ventures The results of the paper were as follows: First, the CEO's support and effusion of venture culture were needed for successful internal corporate venture system; Second, a public company has to provide education program for venture and information--sharing system; Third, outside consultant may be utilized in finding venture items and feasibility evaluation. Fourth, each venture team may be provided a clear object and specific evaluation system based on characteristic of each team; Fifth, performance-base reward system is needed to enhance motivation; Finally, the public company has to provide find for the spin-off venture by utilizing government system and forming venture capital funds.
