Mechanical Properties of Silk Gayageum Strings on the Twisting Conditions (명주실 현의 꼬임수에 따른 특성)

  • The strings of Gayageum and Geomungo are usually made of raw silk. It needs good vibration as well as good durability to endure during play the Gayagum and Geomungo. This study was carried out to discuss some effects of twisting number of first and final twisting on the mechanical properties of silk Gayageum strings. Tenacity of strings were largely decreased proportionally with the increase of number of twisting of strings but elongation of strings were in the opposition direction. However, it was needed to hard twisting string for the good vibration. The proper S direction twisting velocity of moving twister during final twisting (Z direction) until three thread become one thread, was 40% of basic twister.

  • In recent times, there has been a surge in media coverage regarding fraudulent real estate lease scams. These scams have been attributed to speculators who made imprudent gap investments, in response to the sudden decline in real estate prices. The government has established new measures to safeguard tenants and prevent fraudulent real estate lease schemes in response to the growing incidence of tenants falling victim to such scams. Although there have been active research efforts on laws and regulations aimed at protecting tenants, such as the Tenant Protection Act and leasehold registration orders, there is an urgent need for research on the consistency of information across public ledgers, as real estate fraud has surged due to information asymmetry among these ledgers. This study aims to explore matching methodologies using matching keys for building information from real estate-related public ledgers, such as the building register and the road name address ledger, as well as to examine ways to integrate these ledgers with other public ledgers.

  • Recently, the importance of Total Life Cycle System Management (TLCSM) and LIFE-CYCLE COSTS management is increasing in the development of weapon systems. In cost management, cost forecasting is important from the initial development stage, but it is difficult to predict the total life cycle cost at the development stage. In this study, we propose efficient management cost calculation and management at the development stage of the weapon system by comparison analysis between the PRICE-HL model and NemoSIM to calculate the maintenance cost under the CAIV concept. Based on the study results, further in-depth analyzes of the PRICE-HL model and NemoSIM input values / results are performed. In addition, we provide a more accurate method of calculating the cost of maintaining and operating the weapon system and a plan to utilize the result of NemoSIM in the ILS element development.

A Study on Improvement of the Registration System for Address Information Reference Object of Addressing Road Name Address (도로명주소의 주소정보기반대상 등록 제도 개선 연구)

  • Considering the role of roads in cities and the purpose of the Road Name Address Act, it is natural that the road name of the address is registered as the nearest road section adjacent to the building. Therefore, the Enforcement Decree of the Road Name Address Act also stipulates that mayor assign building numbers based on the basic numbers of road sections adjacent to the main entrances of buildings. However, there were cases where addresses are given from distant roads rather than adjacent roads among the actual road name addresses. Most of them are caused by misinterpretation of the case where the entrance faces more than one road. In this study, institutional and systematic improvement plans were proposed with the aim of enabling accurate selection of address information reference objects by demonstrating the limitations of the current building numbering method and presenting institutional improvement plans. Road name addresses were implemented for the core purpose of improving the inconvenience of locating the lot number address. Although some still complained of the inconvenience of road name addresses, successful settlement was possible because of the intuitive principle that most countries around the world could use it and find buildings along the road. Therefore, the system and system improvement should be made quickly in terms of accurate address information quality management and revitalization of related industries.

  • 자동 번역에 대한 연구는 1940년대부터 시작되었고, 이 때의 연구는 일반 사람들에게는 거의 알려져 있지 않았으며. 본격적인 연구는 컴퓨터가 나오게 되는 1950년대부터 시작되었다. 이들이 생각했던 자동 번역은 두 언어간의 단어들을 교환하여 대치시키고 단어 방으로 이루어진 전자사전을 컴퓨터에 입력하여 번역하는 형태였다. 이 시기에 사용한 언어 쌍은 영어-러시아어였으며 주로 군사적인 목적으로 미국과 구 소련에서 연구되었다[1, 2].(중략)
