일반적인 사이버 범죄 중에서 포탈사이트 게시판에 명예를 훼손할 목적으로 글을 올린 경우를 생각해보자. 인터넷 웹브라우저 내용을 출력하거나 화면캡쳐 도구를 이용하여 생성한 파일은 웹브라우저 내용을 클라이언트가 임의로 수정하여 출력하거나 화면캡쳐 파일을 수정할 가능성이 존재하고 무결성 보장이 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 실제 내컴퓨터의 모니터에서 보이는 화면은 얼마든지 조작이 가능함을 예를 들어 보일 것이며 화면캡쳐 파일의 무결성 보장을 위한 시스템을 제시하려고 한다.

Social Network Service(SNS) users are increasing globally. Within that trend, 'SNS attacking' victims are increasing in social network service space like KakaoStory, facebook, or Instargram as people damage others' personality or reputation. In this paper is to investigate and analyze awareness of negative behavior attributed to disinhibition effect with undergraduates who are the group of people using social network service the most diversely in smart environment and devise preventive measures to reduce social network service attacking victims and attackers. In social network service space, undergraduates are hardly aware of other people's personality, defamation, or invasion of privacy, and the level of guilt they feel towards social network service attacking is seriously low. To solve this problem, this study suggests preventive measures so that they can be equipped with awareness and regulations right for this social network service age and can prevent negative behavior resulted from disinhibition effect.

Recently, violence in cyberspace has been increasing and it causes not only severe emotional distress to the victims but also hampers a healthy cyber culture. This paper aims to find out about characteristics and the actual state of Cyber-Violence, and Evaluate the measures concerning it. Cyber crime is characterized as non face to face, anonymity, non-limitary, difficulties in attracting evidence, the Cyber Violence of these cyber crimes was shown in the form of cyber-insult, cyber-defamation, cyber-stalking, circulation of cyber-pornography, and that is the reality there are lack of practical measures. As a measure for protection the establishment of positive laws are needed on the cyber-contempt, adopting the Internet real-name system, strengthening the ISP's responsibility and legislation for criminal penalties. As a more fundamental measure, a greater effort of netizen's self-purification and systematic training and promotion for the prevention of damage is necessary.

Online defamation incidents such as Internet news comments on portal sites, SNS, and community sites are increasing in recent years. Bias and hate expressions threaten online service users in various forms, such as invasion of privacy and personal attacks, and defamation issues. In the past few years, academia and industry have been approaching in various ways to solve this problem The purpose of this study is to build a dataset and experiment with deep learning classification modeling for detecting various bias expressions as well as hate expressions. The dataset was annotated 7 labels that 10 personnel cross-checked. In this study, each of the 7 classes in a dataset of about 137,111 Korean internet news comments is binary classified and analyzed through deep learning techniques. The Proposed technique used in this study is multi-channel CNN model with attention. As a result of the experiment, the weighted average f1 score was 70.32% of performance.

정보통신기술의 (ICT) 발전에 따라 기업은 사용자에게 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 클라우드 서비스 공급자의 클라우드를 활용하고 있다. 클라우드 서비스 공급자는 기업에게 전문적이고 효율적인 클라우드 서비스를 제공하고, 기업은 특별한 클라우드 설치 없이 제공받은 서비스를 활용하여 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 최근 클라우드 서비스를 이용하는 기업이 세계적으로 증가함에 따라 클라우드 공급자는 효과적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해 다양한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술을 적용하고 있다. 클라우드를 사용하는 기업이 증가함에 따라 클라우드 서버의 수가 증가하고 있으며, 그 중에 해킹을 당하기 때문에 악의적인 노드가 되거나 어떤 불가피한 원인으로 저성능 노드가 되는 경우의 수도 증가하고 있다. 악의적인 노드는 사용자의 보안을 위협하며, 저성능 노드는 효과적인 서비스를 사용자에게 제공할 수 없다. 따라서 서비스 사용자는 다양한 클라우드 서버 중 사용자 수요에 최적화 된 클라우드 노드를 선택하는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 위한 스마트 계약 기반의 노드 선택 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 노드 선택 기법은 스마트 계약에 따라 사용자가 원하는 서비스에 적합한 클라우드 서버를 선택할 수 있도록 하여 최적화된 클라우드 서비스를 제공한다. 동시에 클라우드 서버들에게 명예 등급에 부여하고 명예 등급이 높을수록 선택되는 확률이 증가한다. 결과적으로 사용자는 효과적인 클라우드 서비스를 선택할 수 있어 효과적인 클라우드 서비스 활용이 가능하다.

Video games have become a powerful tool to tell a complex story realistically thanks to modern technology. Rockstar Games' Red Dead Redemption 2 (2018), is a video game title that touts cinematic qualities such as superb acting by the voice actors and jaw-dropping cinematography as well as a rich narrative following the protagonist, Arthur Morgan's quest for redemption. Using Aristotle's Poetics and Robert Mckee's Aristotelian theory on storytelling, this study highlights Arthur's gradual change from a ruthless gunman to an altruistic hero, from which it derives the theme of redemption, and his super-objective to protect those he cares about. Then, it also explains a variety of possibilities in the narrative of the game determined by the opened-ended game mechanics, particularly the "honor" system, which reflects Arthur's moral choices on the narrative presentation with different sets of dialogue and endings. However, the study ultimately argues Red Dead Redemption 2 to be incohesive in its storytelling due to "ludonarrative dissonance," a concept coined by Clint Hocking, which indicates a conflict between the narrative and game mechanics of a video game. It's mainly because the game's various narrative choices bring changes to neither the theme nor Arthur's super-objective. Furthermore, the double-standard of evaluation in the "honor" system, and its numeric ranking system of honor also lend themselves to ludonarrative dissonance even further. After all, the study ultimately claims ludonarrative dissonance in Red Dead Redemption essentially disrupts the game's narrative unity, which is Aristotle's one of most emphasized upon traits of any story and signifies the game's instability as a storytelling medium.

The amendment of regulation affecting the Governing Body of NFFC (National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives) has been known to the public in May 2008. Its essential points are as follow: 1) the President of NFFC shall be a non-standing officer. 2) the Full-Time Directors shall have the authority to deal with all subjects except for those especially reserved for the General Meeting or Board of Directors, while minimizing the authority of NFFC President. By providing this amendment, the government seeks to make the Governing body becomes professionalized and the management functions carried out by full-time professional board members. However, the amendment seems to pay no attention to the co-operative's identity and principles. In this context, five issues will be discussed: 1) Strengthening the separation between ownership and control of NFFC. 2) Weakening the authority of General Meeting. 3) The bounds of Audit Committee. 4) Consolidating the management control of the Full-Time Directors. 5) The loss of NFFC's Identity, followed by a summary and conclusion.

본고는 일본에서 AI로 인해 2004년에 이어 2006년 또 다시 540만수를 대량 살처분함에 따라 감염이 되지 않은 대단위 농장의 피해를 최소화하고 보다 효율적인 예방대책을 모색하기 위하여 일본양계협회, 일본수의학회, 일본계란생산자협회가 2006년 8월 9일(水) 동경 오꾸라호텔에 서 공동 주최한‘조류인플루엔자에 대한 일본의 방역대책’에 대해 국제수의사무국(OIE) 명예고문이며 일본AI방역대책에 각종 제안과 조언을 하고 있는 오자와(小洋義傳) 박사가 발표한 내용을 방역당국과 농가들에 참고자료로 활용코자 발췌·번역·게재한 것이다. 이 내용을 발표한 오자와 박사는바이러스, 수의역학을 전공하고 국제식량농업기구(FAO), 국제수역사무국(OIE), OIE아시아, 대서양지역 대표를 거친 가축전염병대책에 국제적 권위를 인정받고 있다

매년 11월이 되면 일본 오오사카(大阪)에서는 일본 최대의 수의사들 행사가 시작됩니다. 1년 전 처음 참석해서 신선한 충격으로 다가왔고 많은 것을 느끼게 해준 일본 동물임상의학회. 앞으로 내가 무엇을 준비해야 하는지를 계획할 수 있었고 각오를 새롭게 했던 작년의 11월이 엊그제 같은데 벌써 후회와 아쉬움을 가지고 이번 학회에 참석하였습니다. 특히 대한 수의사회 정영채 회장님, 노천섭 사무총장님, 충남대의 박성준, 이영원, 정성목 교수님, 그리고 2011년 와사바(WASAVA) 컨퍼런스 조직위원장인 강종일 원장님 및 백영기 전북대 명예교수님, 로얄동물메디컬센타 정인성 원장님을 비롯한 VCA KOREA 회원 여러분 등, 30명이 이번 일정을 함께 하였습니다. 이번 학회는 30주년 행사의 일환으로 한국, 일본, 대만 3개국의 합동 심포지엄이 준비 되어있었고, 강종일 와사바 조직위원장께서는 2011년 (WASAVA) 컨퍼런스 홍보를 목적으로 동행하였으며, 또한 개인적으로 학술 증례발표를 준비했기에 의미가 더한 학회 참석이었습니다.

(사)한국포장협회(회장 신동호)는 2월 25일 '포장인의 날'을 맞아 제18회 한용교포장인상 시상식을 개최했다. 제18회 한용교포장인상은 일반 부문과 장학생 부문으로 시상했다. 일반 부문 시상식에서는 수출진흥 부문에 오병서 (주)한국알미늄 마케팅2팀 팀장이 수출 지역 다변화에 기여하여 수출지역을 넓힌 공로를 인정받아 수상했으며, 연구개발 부문에는 한희식 율촌화학(주) 기술연구소 수석연구원이 "리튬 이온전지용 플랙시블 복합필름 국산화 및 양산"을 공로로 인정받아 수상했다. 장학생으로 선정된 수상자는 ▲ 김영노 연세대학교 패키징학 3년 ▲ 백종혁 용인송담대학 유통학과 2년이다. 한용교포장인상은 한국포장협회 한용교 명예회장이 희사한 재원으로 포장인들에게 연구 의욕을 높이고 자긍심을 고취, 포장산업을 발전시키고자 지난 1996년 제정됐다. 본 고에서는 제18회 한용교포장인상 수상자들의 활약상을 살펴본다.
