Research on art contents based on 4th industrial technology -Focusing on artificial intelligence painting and NFT art- (4차 산업 기술 기반의 예술 콘텐츠 연구 -인공지능 회화와 NFT 미술을 중심으로-)

  • This study analyzed the convergence case of AI painting and NFT art, art content created based on digital technology, an innovative technology of the 4th industrial technology, and explored its characteristics. Digital technology that innovates the paradigm of life in the 21st century is being used in creative art, and AI painting and NFT art that use it as an expression tool are changing the way they perceive and accept art. AI painting using big data and artificial intelligence technology is evolving into interactive daily art, and NFT art using blockchain and NFT technology is becoming the art of the metaverse with economic and cultural values. Therefore, this study attempted to explore various aspects and values of these digital convergence arts. For the study, representative examples of AI painting and NFT art were classified into cognitive creative AI painting and language generative AI, art economic NFTs, and art and cultural NFTs, and their characteristics, contents, and meanings were analyzed. It is hoped that the results of this study will contribute to the development of AI painting and NFT art, which are digital convergence arts.

  • In recent competitive business environment each enterprise has to be agile and flexible. For these purposes run-time monitoring ofservices provided by an enterprise and early decision making through this becomes core competition of the enterprise. In addition, in order to process various innumerable events which are generated on enterprise systems techniques which make filtering of meaningful data are needed. However, the existing study related with this is nothing but discovering of service faults by monitoring depending upon API of BPEL engine or middleware, or is nothing but processing of simple events based on low-level events. Accordingly, there would be limitations to provide useful business information. In this paper, through situation detection an extended complex event model is presented, which is possible to provide more valuable and useful business information. Concretely, first of all an event processing architecture in an enterprise system is proposed, and event meta-model which is suitable to the proposed architecture is going to be defined. Based on the defined meta-model, It is presented that syntax and semantics of constructs in our event processing language including various and progressive event operators, complex event pattern, key, etc. In addition, an event context mechanism is proposed to analyze more delicate events. Finally, through application studies application possibility of this study would be shown and merits of this event model would be present through comparison with other event model.

  • A healthcare system is a type of medical information system that performs early detection and prevention in diseases by checking one's health condition periodically. Such a healthcare system is based on the signal obtained from the body. However, the developed existing system represents certain differences in the storage and description of vital signs according to medicare devices and the evaluation method of the system. It brings some disadvantages, such as lacks in the interoperability between systems, increases in the development cost of systems, and absence of a unified system. Thus, this study develops a healthcare system based on a meta model. For establishing this objective, this study describes and stores vital sign data based on the standard meta model of HL7 and applies OCL, which is a mathematical specification language, for defining wellness indexes and extracting data in order to evaluate health risk appraisals in health. In addition, this study implements components based on OSGi and assemble them in order to easily extend various devices and systems. By describing vital data based on the meta model, it represents some advantages that it makes possible to ensure the interoperability between systems and introduce the standardization of the evaluation method of health conditions through defining the wellness index using OCL. Also, it provides dear specifications.

  • The development of content for language education using AR/VR technology is a necessary task to be pursued in line with commercialization of 5G. Research on service platform for systematic management and service is currently being carried out by global companies competitively, The unique language education service model for unique areas of culture has the right to pursue R & D jointly with Korea and China. In this study, we applied the developed "Korean language education service platform for Chinese people based on e-learning" to improve the acceptance of AR/VR contents and applied AR/VR technology to video-based language education contents. And to present a new paradigm of language education. Contents development is to develop AR-based vocabulary learning services, develop experiential learning contents for VR-based step-by-step situations, and gradually develop contents to enable beginner / intermediate / advanced language education services. The service platform enables management of learning management and learning contents, and complies with metadata attributes to complete a platform capable of accommodating large capacity AR/VR contents. In the future, systematic research will be carried out in order to develop as a portal for educational services through development of various contents using mixed reality technology.

An Investigation on Digital Humanities Research Trend by Analyzing the Papers of Digital Humanities Conferences (디지털 인문학 연구 동향 분석 - Digital Humanities 학술대회 논문을 중심으로 -)

  • Digital humanities, which creates new and innovative knowledge through the combination of digital information technology and humanities research problems, can be seen as a representative multidisciplinary field of study. To investigate the intellectual structure of the digital humanities field, a network analysis of authors and keywords co-word was performed on a total of 441 papers in the last two years (2019, 2020) at the Digital Humanities Conference. As the results of the author and keyword analysis show, we can find out the active activities of Europe, North America, and Japanese and Chinese authors in East Asia. Through the co-author network, 11 dis-connected sub-networks are identified, which can be seen as a result of closed co-authoring activities. Through keyword analysis, 16 sub-subject areas are identified, which are machine learning, pedagogy, metadata, topic modeling, stylometry, cultural heritage, network, digital archive, natural language processing, digital library, twitter, drama, big data, neural network, virtual reality, and ethics. This results imply that a diver variety of digital information technologies are playing a major role in the digital humanities. In addition, keywords with high frequency can be classified into humanities-based keywords, digital information technology-based keywords, and convergence keywords. The dynamics of the growth and development of digital humanities can represented in these combinations of keywords.
