개폐식 3방향 전자밸브의 펄스폭 변조 구동에 의한 압력제어 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Pressure Control Characteristics of ON/OFF 3-way Solenoid Valve Driven by PWM Signal)

  • Pressure control is possible driving a simple ON/OFF 3-way valve of hydraulic servo system by pulse width modulation signal. But the pressure varies according to the duty ratio and carrier frequency and repeated on-off action induces pressure fluctuation. So equations for mean pressure and ripple amplitude are theoretically derived as a function of on/off time, the system parameters which decide the pressure characteristics are arranged and they are verified by experimental study. As the result selection criteria for the major design parameters are established and the basic strategy to suppress the unnecessary fluctuation can be provided for a hydraulic pressure control system using these type of valves.

  • The reciprocating type hydrogen compressor is occurred by the pulsation from the mechanism and this pulsation is make much noise and vibration. Therefor snubber is installed for pulsation decreasing. The five type snubber models were designed for increasing pulsation amplitude reduction and decreasing pressure loss in snubber considering output pipe location as design value. And the pressure flued analysis is carried by CFD. In this paper, each type snubber according CFD result are analyzed by the MSC/NASTRAN to identify the vibration characteristic of each type. The vibration results are compared with CFD results.

  • The reciprocating type hydrogen compressor is for high pressure and volume. However this type compressor makes pulsation caused by mechanical characteristic. This type compressor also makes noise and vibration that cause negative effect to machine and working condition. Therefore, diagnosis and countermeasure are needed to decrease vibration for safety on hydrogen compressor. therefore in this paper, the numerical analysis and vibration measurement is conducted in order to investigate vibration characteristic and to evaluation vibration condition, Respectively

  • Compressor is a major noise source of air-conditioner. Especially, its low frequency band noise below 1000Hz is very important because it will not be attenuated by passing through the cover panel and heat exchanger in air-conditioner. The factors affecting the low frequency band noise are studied by geometric similarity along with several experiments, and the low frequency noise is closely related with the discharge holes of muffler as well as the cavity of lower shell. The low frequency band noise is significantly reduced by proposed designs.

  • 본 논문은 독립 다상 대용량 전동기의 상수 전환 기법에 관한 것이다. 독립 다상 전동기는 DC단 전압 이용률이 높고 고장에 강한 특성을 가지는 장점이 있지만, 많은 스위치 개수로 인하여 높은 스위칭 손실이 발생한다는 단점 역시 존재한다. 그러므로 저속 영역에서 독립된 다상 중 일부를 직렬 연결하여 상의 수를 감소시켜 저출력 영역에서의 효율을 개선할수 있다. 제안된 방법은 전류가 비도통 되는 구간에서 독립다상 BLDC 전동기의 일부 상을 순차적으로 직렬 연결함으로써 상수전환으로 인한 토크 맥동을 야기시키지 않으며 스위치의 스트레스를 줄일수 있고, 수명을 연장할수 있다. 제안된 방법의 효용성은 시뮬레이션을 통해서 증명하였다.

  • A reinforced hydraulic hoses,caiied a resonator hoses,with fixible metal tube are commonly used in automotive power steering hydraulic systems to attenuate and eliminate the objectionable fluid borne noise(pressure ripple) or vibration produced by a pump or steering gear. To achieve better nose attenuation in automotile vehicles, the investigations on propagation and attenuation characteristics of fluid borne pressure ripple in power steering hydraulic ciruit are required. So, this paper descibes a mathematical model of hydraulic hoses to support design the power steering hydraulic circuit and analyze the attenuation characteristics of flow and pressure ripples. The model is based on the transfer matrix approach. The experimental results show that the pulsation attenuation characteristics of hydraulic house is remarkably affected by the flexible metal tube inserted coaxially inside a hydraulic hose with a finite length as well as viscoelastic properties of house wall. It is also shown that the predicted results bymodel proposed here agree well with the measured results over a wide frequency range. These results will assist in the modeling and design of hydraulic hoses, and hear, should provide a means for designing a quieter automotive power steering hydraulic systems.

  • 3상 4선식 수용가 설비에서는 부하와 임피던스의 불평형에 의해 전압불평형이 발생한다. 전압불평형은 전압의 크기뿐만 아니라 위상각에 따라 달라진다. 약간의 전압불평형은 높은 전류 불평형으로 이어지는데 단상 부하와 3상 부하가 공유되고 있는 저압배전 설비에서 전압불평형이 발생할 경우 유도전동기는 전류불평형의 증가로 손실 및 소음 증가와 토크 맥동을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 대칭 및 비대칭 전압불평형율의 크기에 따라 유도전동기에 나타나는 현상을 해석하고자 한다.

  • Based on Experimental analysis, the characteristics of back pressure in automotive exhaust system is tested for 4-stroke gasoline engine. The back pressure in automotive exhaust system is generated by resistance working of exhaust system, i.e. exhaust manifold, pipe length, pipe banding, difference system pressure with atmospheric pressure. This paper contains experimental results which are tested for the change of exhaust pipe length and torque change are tested under experimental conditions.

  • The aim of this study is to apply engineering modeling tools to examine hemodynamics such as blood flow patterns or shear stress distributions, in order to determine the link between hemodynamics and cerebral aneurysms. Image-Based Simulation is used to analyze the realistic middle cerebral artery constructed from computed tomography raw data. As a result of simulation, high wall shear stress is appeared at the bifurcated region. And existence of the recirculation flow at the inlet of bifurcation($D_2$) is predict to affect at the development of the cerebral aneurysm.

  • Characteristics of the high frequency and pulsatile flow investigated experimentally to understand the flow phenomena in the hydraulic system. In the study, I axis fatigue tester which are widely used for automobile filed are selected. 4 Pressure transducer, amplifier, A/D convertor are used to analyse and to obtain the pulsatle pressure waveform with high frequencies in hydraulic system. Matlab are used. to analyse the characteristics of frequency. Variation of pump input pressure and actuator acceleration frequency, pressure wave are measured with or without accumulators. For with accumulator, frequency amplitude of pressure are very lower than those of without accumulator due to absorbing function of accumulator. As the actuator acceleration frequency increased, effect of accumulator are very important to decrease the pulsatile pressure waveform with high frequencies.
