Optimizing the Performance of AUTOSAR-based Automotive System via Runnable-to-Task Mapping Rules (러너블-태스크 매핑 규칙을 통한 AUTOSAR 기반 차량 시스템의 성능 최적화)

  • 세계 주요 자동차 회사들은 효율적인 차량용 소프트웨어 개발을 위해 AUTOSAR 표준을 필수로 적용하고 있다. AUTOSAR 기반 소프트웨어의 기능은 러너블(runnable) 단위로 구현되며 이는 태스크에 매핑되어 동작하는데, 러너블-태스크 매핑은 시스템 오버헤드 발생과 러너블의 실제 수행 시점에 크게 영향을 미치므로 시스템 성능 측면에서 매우 중요한 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 자동차의 제어를 보조하는 타겟 응용에 대하여 최적의 성능을 보이는 러너블-태스크 매핑을 찾고자 기존 연구에서 제안된 6개의 매핑 규칙을 적용하며, 기존 규칙의 한계점을 개선한 매핑 규칙을 제안하여 추가로 적용한다. Infineon 사의 AURIX 보드와 ETAS 사의 AUTOSAR 플랫폼 상에 타겟 응용을 구현하여 실험한 결과, 기존 매핑 규칙에 비해 개선된 규칙을 적용하였을 때 종단 간 응답시간이 21.23% 단축되었다.

Direct Mapping based Binary Translation Rule Generator with Considering Retargetability (재목적성을 고려한 직접 매핑 기반의 이진 변환 규칙 생성 도구)

  • Binary translation is a restructuring process in order to execute a program targeting a specific device on the other devices. In binary translation, it is very important to generate the translation rules between two devices. There are two methods for generating the translation rules, direct and indirect mapping. The direct mapping is the method for performance, while the indirect mapping is the method for retargetability. This paper suggests a binary translation method based on the direct mapping for the embedded systems. Because, however, the retargetability is also important requirement, we suggest the direct mapping based binary translation with considering the retargetability. In addition, we implement an automatic generation tool for translation rules to prove our concept. Through this method, we can generate the translation rules with considering the performance as well as the retargetability. Furthermore, we can reduce costs for the binary translation.

  • Mapping virtual process topology to physical processor topology is one of the most important design issues in parallel programming. However, the mapping problem is complicated due to the topology irregularity and routing complexity. This paper proposes a new process mapping scheme called adjacency-based mapping (AM) for irregular cluster systems assuming that the two-dimensional mesh process topology is specified as an interprocess communication pattern. The cluster systems have been studied and developed for many years since they provide high interconnection flexibility, scalability, and expandability which are not attainable in traditional regular networks. The proposed AM tries to map neighboring processes in virtual process topology to adjacent processors in physical processor topology. Simulation study shows that the proposed AM results in better mapping quality and shorter interprocess latency compared to the conventional approaches.

  • MDA는 시스템을 구현 플랫폼 및 구현 기술과 독립적으로 설계할 수 있도록 지원하고, 설계된 모델을 다양한 플랫폼으로 매핑할 수 있도록 하여 재사용 및 통합을 용이하게 한다. 하지만, 플랫폼에 독립적으로 설계된 모델을 다양한 플랫폼에 매핑하려면, 해당 플랫폼에 종속적인 모델로 매핑하여야 하고, 추가적으로 생성해야 하는 모델 정보를 파악하여 코드와 일대일 매핑될 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 본 논문은 플랫폼에 독립적인 설계모델을 플랫폼에 맞게 변환하기 위하여 MOF(Meta-Object Facility)에 기반하여 매핑규칙을 정의할 수 있도록 변환 메타모델을 정의하고 이를 EJB 도메인에 적용해본다.

  • A video wall controller has a special type of multi-monitor that displays multiple monitors on a single large screen by arranging them consecutively. Operator maps and stores the video and monitor in advance. In a small system the mapping task of videos and monitors is simple. But as the number of monitors increases, the number of mapping cases increases, and thus work efficiency decreases. In this paper, we propose a association rule-based recommender system which help improve the efficiency of mapping task.

  • This paper proposes a set of rules to automatically generate OWL ontologies from relational databases. The purpose of the rules is to allow semantic access to existing RDB data without any database schema transformation and data migration process. In other words, the rules help a RDBMS play as a web ontology repository as well. However, the use of the mapping rules between RDB and OWL proposed by other studies for the objective causes troubles as follows. First, databases including the tables with a specific structure can't be translated into OWL. Second, the process for extracting an OWL individual unnecessarily lead to database join operations, or several SQL queries. On the other hand, our rules is designed to prevent these problems, can generate OWL classes and properties from database schemas and can generate OWL individuals from the database instances. In addition, an ontology generated by our rules is an OWL 2 DL ontology.

  • 구간값 퍼지집합은 일반적인 퍼지집합보다 언어적인 의사결정 절차에서 매핑의 정확성과 계산의 효율성이 뛰어나고, 규칙의 가중치는 패턴 분류문제에서 분류 경계를 효율적으로 조정할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 퍼지규칙 기반 분류방법을 구간값 퍼지규칙 기반 분류방법으로 확장하고 규칙의 가중치를 고려한 분류방법을 제안한다. 모의실험에서는 일반 퍼지집합에서 규칙 가중치를 고려한 분류방법과 구간값 퍼지집합에서 규칙 가중치를 고려한 분류방법을 비교하였다.

  • 정형화되어 있는 데이터를 트리플 형식의 RDF 데이터로 변환하기 위하여 매핑 온톨로지를 제안하며, 이 온톨로지를 이용하여 실제 데이터를 RDF로 변환하는 변환기를 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 트리플 변환을 위해 수행하는 매핑 작업을 개념화하고, 일반적인 매핑 타입을 정형화하고 제약사항을 설정하여 온톨로지 스키마로 제공한다. 트리플 생성을 위해 사용자가 매핑 내용을 인스턴스로 생성하면, 이를 이용하여 정형화된 데이터를 RDF로 자동 변환하는 변환기를 구현한다. 제안하는 매핑 온톨로지를 이용한 매핑규칙 작업은 온톨로지 편집툴을 활용하여 작업의 편의성을 제공하며 변환 작업의 안내 역할을 할 것이다.

A Study on Legal Ontology Construction (법령 온톨로지 구축에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose an OWL DL mapping rules for construction legal ontology based on the analyzed relationship between the structural features and elements of the statute. The mapping rule to be proposed is the method building the structure of the domestic statute, unique attribute of the statute, and reference relation between laws with TBox, and the legal sentence is analyzed, and the pattern type of the sentence is selected. It expresses with ABox. The proposed mapping rule is transformed to the information in which the computer can process the domestic legal document. It is usable for the legal knowledge base.

  • MTF message is the normalized and standardized format which is used in the time when it tries to transmit data to other systems or exchanges needed information in defense message systems. XML can support variety of search functionality and is estimated to be the best way from the view of efficient presentation and exchange in internet based environment, based on advantage which is independent of hardware and software. US army brought in XML-MTF combining with XML based technology, but we do not contain such a MTF system, and necessity of MTF is increasing for combined operation between ROK and US as a lot of C4I system were transferred to Web based systems. In this paper, we make analysis of fundamental structure, organization of paragraph, witting regulation of MTF message. We present the rule of naming element and fundamental mapping rule for transformation of its XML based on it. Also, we prove that MTF message can be transformed to XML document by trying to transforming sample documents to XML document applying presented mapping rule, creating MTF message based on it and implement program which can automatically transform them to XML-MTF.
