본 연구에서는 산간계곡의 경보발령기준의 고도화를 위하여 Clark 유출모형에 의한 단위도를 산정하고 연구대상유역의 강우패턴을 분석하여 강우분포를 적용하였다. 강우량적용에 있어서 유효우량을 산정해야 하며 유효우량 산정시 유출곡선지수(CN)를 산정하여 적용해야 하는데 발령기준우량을 산정하는데 CN값 등의 관계매개변수에 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유역특성에 따른 경보발령기준우량과 CN값의 민감도를 분석하여 자동우량경보시설 경보발령기준우량을 결정하는 신뢰도를 향상시켜 소음에 대한 피해를 줄이고 인명피해를 예방하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 또한 경보발령기준우량을 산정하기 위한 정량적인 방법을 제시하므로서 지역특성에 맞는 경보발령기준우량을 결정하는데 수문학적 매개변수를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 조직시민행동의 선행요인으로 조직관리 차원에서 주요하게 고려되고 있는 윤리경영 이라는 원인(외생, 독립)변수가 매개변수인 경영자 신뢰 및 조직냉소주의를 매개하여, 이들이 결과(내생, 종속)변수인 직무태도 및 행동(조직시민행동, 직무만족, 직무성과, 이직의도)과 어떠한 인과관계를 갖고 있는지 이들의 관계를 규명하는데 주력하였다. 이는 추 후 사회복지시설에서 사회복지조직 혹은 사회복지사를 대상으로 진행되는 연구의 이론적인 기반을 구축하는데 기여한 논문이라는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

This research analyzes Seoul station, a typical transfer station complex, focusing on the evaluation of its barrier free design suitable for vulnerable persons such as senior citizens. The analysis was conducted to assess its compliance with the "barrier-free" design standard for those with physical or other disabilities. This paper proposes a list of items to evaluate for transfer station complexes with a barrier-free design. The results showed that the overall connections and internal and sanitation facilities of (Seoul station/the design?)were excellent. However, because of the lack of transfer and guidance facilities, vulnerable persons felt uncomfortable when searching for information about transferring from one means of transport to another. Furthermore, there was an extremely high risk of accidents when they transferred to the bus station. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange the transfer information facilities, in order to improve their readability and visibility. Once this is done, vulnerable people will be able to use this station more safely and conveniently.

The purpose of this study was to explore the role of professional identity as mediating variable in the relationship between job- and organization- related factors and job satisfaction. This study surveyed social workers who worked at 24 senior welfare facilities in Daegu·Gyeoungbuk province from Aug. 1. to Aug. 30. 2006. A total of 137 questionnaires were collected using on-site survey (response rate 76.7%). Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 12.0 for Windows. Descriptive analysis and frequency analysis were performed on overall measurement items and hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to test the mediating effect of professional identity. The reliability of statements was acceptable since the coefficient alphas were > .70. Results of hierarchical regression showed that professional identity was verified as a partial mediator in the relationship between factors related with job and organization and job satisfaction. As the population ages, there will be an increasing need for professional social workers effectively to work with and help care for the elderly. This study highlighted that job- and organization- related factors, namely self-regulations and social supports, are significantly related with job satisfaction of social workers. Especially, such effect was more significantly apparent in high professional identity which is playing a partial mediator. This result implies that there is potential to change work environments of social workers ensuring a delegation of power and responsibility. Therefore, efforts should be made to improve the promotion system and connect social worker as servant with community through diverse service learning programs.

The pollinating activity of bumblebee, Bombus ignitus was investigated at the blossom of Peach [Prunus persica (L.) Batsch] planted in vinyl house. The major time of foraging activity by B. ignitus was between 08:00 and 7:00, and the peak time of pollinating activity by B. ignitus was 11 :00 in the peach vinyl house from February 28 to March 5 in 2002. The rate of fruit set and the rate of marketable fruit by foraging activity of B. ignitus were much better than artificial pollination, and the effect of labor reduction by the pollinating activities of B. ignitus released against th ε artificial pollination was took remarkable profits over 93%. Therefore, the foraging activity of B. ignitus in peach vinyl house brought satisfactory results among the rate of fruit set, the rate of marketable fruit and the effect of labor reduction against the artificial pollination.

본 연구는 포장모형(APEX, Agricultural Policy Environmental eXtender)과 유역모형(SWAT, Soil and Water Assessment Tool)을 연계하여 새만금 유역의 미래 수문 수질영향과 용수생산성을 분석하기 위한 기초연구이다. APEX 모형을 연계하기에 앞서 SWAT 모형을 이용하여 만경강 유역의 유출량, T-N, T-P를 모의하고 그 적용성을 평가하였다. 모의 기간은 2004년부터 2017년까지 총 14년이며, 기상, 유출량 그리고 월단위 수질 자료를 모형의 입력자료 및 보정을 위해 사용하였다. 매개변수 보정은 객관적 보정이 가능한 SWAT-CUP을 이용하여 최적화 하였으며, 매개변수 보정의 목적함수는 NSE(Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency)로 평가하였다. 모형의 적용성 평가 결과, 보정기간의 연평균 유출량은 실측치 835mm, 모의치 677mm로 나타났고, R2는 0.64, RMSE는 3.87mm/day, NSE는 0.61, RMAE는 0.99로 나타났다. 검정기간의 연평균 유출량은 실측치 884mm, 모의치 702mm로 나타났고, R2는 0.67, RMSE는 2.92mm/day, NSE는 0.7, RMAE는 0.94로 나타났다. 유출량의 결과를 살펴보면 검정기간이 보정기간보다 모의결과가 더 나은 것으로 나타나며, 이는 실측자료의 일관성 차이로 판단된다. T-N과 T-P의 경우 매개변수만으론 보정의 한계가 있으며, 실측치와 근접하게 모의하기 위해서 만경강 본류에 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 외부유입량을 고려할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 만경강 상류의 경천댐, 대아댐 그리고 용담댐으로 부터 유입되는 외부유입량 자료를 수집하여 SWAT의 입력자료로 구축하였으며, 대상유역 내 익산, 완주, 전주, 김제에 위치하고 있는 하수처리장, 축산폐수처리장, 분뇨처리시설, 산업폐수처리시설 그리고 농공단지처리시설 등 총 12곳에 대한 점오염원 데이터를 입력자료로 구축하여 만경강 상류 농업소유역의 수질영향을 평가하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 미래 수문 수질 모의에 대한 기초자료로 제공될 것이며, 외부유입량을 고려한 만경강 유역의 용수생산성 분석을 통해 미래 농업수자원 관리계획 수립에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The objective of this study was to examine the mediating effects of school adjustment on the relationship between social capital and self-reliance of adolescents in out-of-home care(institutional care, foster care, and group homes). For this study, a total of 358 middle and high school students(13 to 19 years) were recruited among adolescents in care nationwide. Collected data were analyzed by using the structural equation modeling analysis. A bootstrapping method was utilized to examine the mediating effects. The results showed that social capital of the adolescents in out-of-home care was not directly related to self-reliance. However, complete mediation was found through school adjustment in the relationship between social capital and self-reliance. This indicates that social capital of the adolescents in care was significantly related to self-reliance only through school adjustment. Based on the results, policy and practice implications for increasing the levels of social capital, school adjustment, and self-reliance of adolescents in care were discussed.

신뢰성 있는 수문순환모의를 위해서 다양한 수문모형이 사용되고 있다. 그 중 대표적인 수문모형인 강우-유출 모형은 유역에 발생한 강우에 반응하는 유출특성을 평가하는데 이용된다. 강우-유출 과정은 강우량, 유출량, 도달시간 및 토양수분 등과 연관된 매개변수들의 최적화 과정을 통해서 추정된다. 하지만 동일한 강우사상이라도 다양한 매개변수들로 인하여 상당히 다른 유출패턴을 나타내기 때문에 수문순환 과정을 정확히 모의하기 위해서 강우-유출 분석시 불확실성 분석이 필수적으로 요구된다. 불확실성 분석은 통계학에서도 쉽지 않은 연구내용으로서 가장 진보된 불확실성 분석기법인 Bayesian 기법은 매개변수의 추정과 불확실성 분석을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 방법으로 매개변수들은 사후분포(posterior distribution)로 귀결되며 최종적으로 확률분포형의 형태를 가진다. 본 연구에서는 국내외적으로 널리 사용되는 단기유출 모형 HEC-1 모형에 Bayesian 기법을 연계하여 대상유역의 도달시간, 저류상수 및 CN No. 최적화 및 불확실성 평가를 수행하였다. 연구결과 Bayesian 기법을 통한 매개변수 최적화 결과는 안정적인 수렴결과를 확인하였으며, 확률강우량을 입력자료로 사용하여 산정된 빈도별 홍수수분곡선의 불확실성 분석을 통하여 향후 수공구조물의 위험도 분석 및 수자원계획 수립시 유용한 자료로 사용될 것으로 판단된다.

In daycare centers, the head teacher requires the leadership to effectively meet the demands of nursery facilities, since he or she plays a role of middle management in charge of communication with the director and the teachers. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the structural relationship between the head teacher's leadership and job satisfaction of childcare teachers to enhance their organizational commitment and improve service quality and operation of nursery facilities. A survey was conducted of childcare teachers in national and public daycare centers located in Gyunggi Province from February to March 2018. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical programs. Analysis results found that leadership of the head teacher positively affected job satisfaction and organizational commitment of childcare teachers. Second, the job satisfaction of childcare teachers positively affected organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction of childcare teachers had a mediating effect in the relationship between the head teacher's leadership and the childcare teachers' organizational commitment. Results of this study suggest that effective leadership of the head teacher should be exercised to enhance the organizational commitment of childcare teachers.
