An Analysis of Educational Capacity Prediction according to Pre-survey of Satisfaction using Random Forest (랜덤 포레스트를 활용한 만족도 사전조사에 따른 교육 역량 예측 분석)

  • Universities are looking for various methods to enhance educational competence level suitable for the rapidly changing social environment. This study suggests a method to promote academic and educational achievements by reducing drop-out rate from their majors through implementation of pre-survey of satisfaction that revised and complemented survey items. To supplement the CQI method implemented after a general satisfaction survey, a pre-survey of satisfaction was carried out. To consolidate students' competences, this study made prediction and analysis of data with more importance possible using the Random Forest of the machine learning technique that can be applied to AI Medici platform, whose design is underway. By pre-processing the pre-survey of satisfaction, the students information enrolled in classes were defined as an explanatory variable, and they were classified, and a model was created and learning was conducted. For the experimental environment, the algorithms and sklearn library related in Jupyter notebook 3.7.7, Python 3.7 were used together. This study carried out a comparative analysis of change in educational satisfaction survey, carried out after classes, and trends in the drop-out students by reflecting the results of the suggested method in the classes.

  • 건강검진을 위해 병원을 내원한 수검자 중 위장조영검사를 선택한 환자를 대상으로 서비스 만족도 개선을 위해 이 연구를 시행하였다. 수검자를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 2014년 5월부터 2개월 동안 검진센터를 방문한 수검자 147명을 교육 전, 2014년 7월부터 2개월 동안 내원한 수검자 164명을 교육 후 대상자로 하였다. 교육 전 대상자에게 불안감, 설명필요, 설명방식, 조영검사만족도 등을 조사하여 이를 바탕으로 동영상을 제작하였으며, 교육 후 대상자에게 제공하여 불안감 변화, 동영상 설명 만족도, 도움정도, 재시청의향 등을 조사하였다. 교육 전 측정한 불안감은 2.62, 설명필요성 2.52, 설명방식은 대상자의 78.2%가 설명안 내동영상을 선택하였으며, 조영검사만족도는 1.55로 낮게 조사되었다. 교육 후 측정한 불안감의 변화는 2.55, 동영상설명만족은 2.80, 도움정도 2.79, 재시청 의향은 2.80으로 높게 측정되었다. 교육 전과 교육 후의 집단간 교차분석에서 불안감, 시청의향, 도움정도, 동영상만족도 등에서 유의하게 측정되었다(p<0.05). 위장조영검사에 대한 동영상 교육과 사전 정보제공이 환자의 불안감을 감소시켰고, 검사만족도는 증가시켰다.

  • This study used the fifth additional data of the panel research on security for the aged conducted by National Pension Research Institute in 2014, and studied the level of satisfaction about life targeting 7,763 middle- and old-aged people in their 50s or older. Social support, one of the influential factors on satisfaction about life, had a positive impact on satisfaction about life, and material support and emotional support were found to have a big influence.

  • CRM (Customer relationship management) has become increasingly relevant in the public sector as citizens have become accustomed to high levels of service in private sectors. Public sectors have begun to emphasize on their customers and customer service quality. Thus to improve the service quality in citizens, public sectors conduct several types of surveys to analyze customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction on their product/services. Most of the public sector organizations, however, are reluctant to conduct the total survey targeting the whole teams and analyze the relationship among types of surveys because of the limitation of budget and time. In this paper, we propose the methodology to analyze the relationship of customer satisfaction index, employee satisfaction index and KPI achievement of whole teams and a framework which identifies key action initiatives and builds KPI.

The Effects of College Students' Library Satisfaction on College Life Satisfaction (대학생의 도서관 이용 만족도가 대학 생활 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to investigate the effects of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. In order to test this relationship, two surveys were conducted involving 360 college students at two universities in Seoul. The results of the first survey show that after controlling for the educational service satisfaction and facilities satisfaction, there is a significant influence of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. The second study added variables for the three components of library service quality (librarian service quality, library resources and service quality, and library facilities and environmental quality). The results of the second survey show that there is a significant influence of library service quality on college library satisfaction, and again a significant influence of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. Moreover, the results of two group analysis show that the influence of college library satisfaction on college life satisfaction is stronger in high usage group than low usage group. The theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

  • In this study, the effect of the anatomical practice extracurricular program on the major efficacy and satisfaction of medical health students was investigated. The research tool used a major efficacy survey, a program satisfaction survey, the major efficacy survey compared and analyzed the improvement before and after participation in anatomy practice and the satisfaction survey between anatomy pictures after completion of the extracurricular program. As a result of comparative analysis between the two groups, the effect on major efficacy was significant after the program progression, and in the case of satisfaction, the satisfaction of the anatomical practice group was higher than that of the anatomical picture group. Through these research results, when operating an anatomical practice extracurricular program, it is thought that operating an anatomical practice program rather than creating an anatomical picture improves the major efficacy and satisfaction score.

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis for maintenance satisfaction of Apartment Building residents in Bundang. For this purpose, questionnaire survey about the level of maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents and condition of management. and secondary statistical analysis the important factors which influence the degree of residence maintenance satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : the maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents high correlation with satisfaction of residence. and outsider entrance control level and the head of superintendent's office integrity gives high influence on maintenance of Apartment Building.

Characteristics and factors affecting the job satisfaction of community health survey interviewers (지역사회건강조사원들의 직무 만족도 관련 요인 및 특성)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to suggest factors related with the job satisfaction of interviewers who participated in Community Health Survey (CHS) in Jeonbuk province. Methods: An interview survey was carried out, targeting all 70 interviewers who were working at Jeonbuk CHS from Oct. 20 to Oct. 31. 2011. Results: As a result of carrying out a univariate analysis of job satisfaction factors by general characteristics, this study found out that interviewers at the age below 40 showed a higher emotional factor-related score than interviewers at the age over 40, and interviewers having participated a statistic survey more than 6 times showed a higher emotional factor-related score than interviewers having participated a statistic survey less than 5 times. As a result of carrying out a multiple regression analysis of factors by general characteristics, this study found out that as interviewers were older, they showed a lower emotional factor-related satisfaction score and job performance factor-related satisfaction score, and their job satisfaction score was higher when a single interviewer conducts a survey than when more than 2 interviewers conduct a survey. Conclusions: The interviewer's job satisfaction score was relatively low. This results strongly suggest that it is necessary to understand their job performance environment and work environment most of all. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data needed to increase the job satisfaction of interviewers from CHS and improve the quality of survey data.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 주부의 취업여부에 따른 가정관리 행동시 스트레스와 가정생활만 족도를 비교.분석하고 관련변인에 따른 차이를 분석하며 가정생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 제반 변인을 고찰하여 주부들의 스트레스를 해소함과 동시에 가정생활의 만족도를 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 예비조사를 거쳐본조사를 실시하였고 설문지는 총 500부를 배부하였으나 응답이 부실기재된 것을 제외한 328부가 분석자료로 사용되었고 모든자료의 분석방법은 SPSS program package를 이용하였다. 본 연구의 중요한 결과를 요 약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 가정관리행동과 스트레스 인지수준은 취업주부가 비취업주부보다 높 게 나타났다. 2)가정생활만족도는 취업주부와 비취업주부간에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 3)취업주부와 비취업주부의 가정관리행동시 스트레스 인지수준과 가정생활만족도는 의미있는 부적상관을 나타냈다. 4)취업주부와 비취업주부의 가정생활만족도에 가장 큰영향을 미치는 변인은 남편의 지지도로 밝혀졌으며, 이외에 취업주부의 가정생활만족도는 가사노동선호도, 주생활 관리행동시 스트레스에 의하여, 비취업주부의 가정생활만족도는 가사노동선호도, 애정 및 기질 관리 행동시 스트레스, 가사노동에 대한 가치평가에 의하여 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

Job Satisfaction and Relating Factors of Medical Record Technicians Working in General Hospitals (일부 종합병원 의무기록사의 직무만족도와 관련요인)

  • This study has been conducted for the purpose of elucidating the factors that are affecting the job performances and how this factors have affected the satisfactory of medical record technicians working at general hospitals in south Korea. This study had 428 participants from 60 general hospitals, located in Seoul and 4 different metropolitan cities such as Incheon, Daegu, Gwangju and Daejeon. This study was performed through using the standardized self-administered questionnaires As a result, the job satisfaction had a significant relationship with the participants monthly income, age, position of the job, BMI, satisfactory in performances, consideration of changing the career, having a breakfast regular exercises, and having a perception on socioeconomic status of oneself. Particularly, the hierarchical multiple regression analysis had shown that possessing the appropriate characteristics that are required in that field of career had a high correlation with the job satisfactory. In the future, this study suggests that need of appropriate interventions of work-related characteristics are required in order to improve the job satisfaction of medical record technicians.
