A Study on the Hull-dimension of 89 ton class Stow-net Vessel with Stern-fishing (89톤급 선미식 안강망어선의 선형치수에 관한 연구)

  • This paper presents the optimum dimension of 89 ton class stow-net vessel with stern-fishing. The model of basic design is developed by using the optimization techniques referring to objective function and numerous constraints as follows; speed, fishing quantity, fishing days, catch per unit effort(CPUE), and weight/ratio of main dimensions, etc. Thus, the basic design of stow-net fishing vessel is built up by using the optimization of the design variables called the economic optimization criteria, and the objective function represents the criterion which is cost benefit ratio(CBR). The main conclusions are as follows. 1. S/W for decision of optimum hull size is developed in 89 ton class stow-net fishing vessel which is constructed with optimization of the design variables called the economic optimization criteria. 2. For optimum ship dimensions in 89 ton class stow-net fishing vessel, the hull dimensions can be obtained in the range of L= 27.3m, B = 6.6m, D = 2.80m, Cb = 0.695, T/D = 0.80, $\Delta$(displacement)=281.7ton with 10 knots.

Analysis on Factors Influencing Pay Satisfaction of Social Workers in the Private Sector (민간부문 사회복지사의 보수만족에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to find influencing factors of the pay satisfaction of the social workers in the private sector and to suggest improvement plan. Therefore, we analyzed the overall condition of social workers' pay level and the factors affecting pay satisfaction. The main results are as follows. First, social workers had many female, advanced, disciplined, regular workers and were dissatisfied with the pay. Second, female, lower age, lower education level, higher level of pay, non - regular workers had higher pay satisfaction. Third, the main factors influencing pay satisfaction were the level of pay and welfare factors. Finally, we suggested practical and policy implications that reflect the factors of pay satisfaction of social workers.

A Study on the Degree of Satisfaction with School Dinner by School Meal Service in Daegu (대구지역 고등학생의 학교급식서비스 공급 유형에 따른 석식만족도 조사)

  • To compare satisfaction with school meals provided by two different types of school meal services, a survey was conducted with 252 high school students (male: 138, female: 114) consisting of 133 students offered by on-site school meal service and 114 ones by transporting school meal service in Daegu. Anthropometric measurements of the study subjects showed that 68.1% of male and 41.2% of female students had normal weight while 50.0% of female and 10.1% of male students were underweight on the basis of BMIs. 'Taste' was the most important factor when eating meals followed by 'nutrition', 'hygiene' and 'preference by the students'. (of the both schools). Eating habits of the subjects were influenced mostly by family. Female students (17.5%) skipped breakfast more frequently than the male students (8.0%). The students (68.4%) offered by on-site school meal service were more satisfied with meals than those (9.2%) by transporting school meal service. Top reason for not being satisfied was 'taste' in both schools but the second reason (36.3% of the subjects) was 'quantity of food' only in the school with transporting school meal service. In satisfaction with menu, temperature, quantity and hygienic condition of foods, higher dissatisfaction was shown in the students offered by transporting school meal service. Items needed for improvement in school meals suggested by the students were 'taste of food' (25.6% vs 62.2%), 'diversity of menu items' (21.1% vs 8.4%), 'hygienic conditions' (17.3% vs 8.4%), 'quantity of food' (10.5% vs 17.6%) and 'balanced nutrition' (8.4% vs 1.7%) for on-site service and transporting one. It is concluded from these results that transporting meal service for school meals has to be changed from the present condition to improve the quality of meals and that managing and supporting programs should be developed by public institutions such as office of education.

  • 본 연구에서는 객관적 환경지표와 그에 대한 인간의 주관적 반응간 의 인과적 관련도의 중요성이 강조된다. 좀 더 구체적으로, 거주자의 주관 적 반응인 주거만족과 객관적 환경지표의 하나인 주거환경유형들(건물유형 과 건물배치유형)과의 인과적 관련도가 본 연구에서 중점적으로 토의된다. 한국의 6개 대단위 공동주택단지가 본 연구의 대상지로 선정되었고, 표본 추출시 건물유형과 건물배치유형을 고려한 다단계 표집방법(multistage sampling)이 사용되었다. 설문면답방법(modified structured survey)에 의해 646명의 처리 가능한 응답이 수거되었다. 인과모형 검증의 첫 단계로서 다 수의 설문문항을 원래 관심있는 소수의 변수로 정선, 추출하기 위한 방법 으로 요인분석이 사용되었다. 요인분석으로부터 정선, 추출된 변수를 이용 해서 본 연구의 가설모형이 정립되고, 그 모형을 검증하기 위한 방법으로 경로분석이 사용되었다. 분석결과를 요약해 볼 때, 건물유형과 건물배치유 형 모두가 거주자의 지각, 인식, 태도 등의 적절한 매개변수들을 통해 거주 자의 주거만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 건물유형은 일반 적으로 저층주거에서 고충주거로 바뀌면서, 거주자의 주거만족에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었고, 고층주거가 거주자에게 주는 시각적 단 조로움, 과밀감, 그리고 주차장을 포함한 옥외공간 이용상의 불편들과 또 그들로 인한 낮은 안전성 및 경관에 대한 불만족 등이 그 이유로서 밝혀졌 다. 건물배치유형의 경우, U자형의 배치유형이 선형배치유형에 비해 과밀 감 해소, 시각적 명료성 향상, 그리고 옥외공간 이용상의 편리 등 및 또 그 에 따른 경관에 대한 만족의 향상 때문에 거주자의 주거만족을 높이는 데 유리한 것으로 나타났다. 주거와 관련된 설계 및 계획분야를 위한 여러 다 양한 제안들이 본 연구에서 제시되고, 추후 관련 연구들을 위한 가능성들 도 토의되었다. 그 유용성 때문에, 아직 많은 이론적, 방법론적, 그리고 분 석상의 문제에도 불구하고, 객관적 환경지표들과 이용자들의 만족을 포함 한 다양한 주관적 변수들과의 관계를 경험적으로 밝히려는 시도가 계속되 어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to specify a probabilistic tracking mechanism for customer luxury purchase implemented by hidden Markov model, Bayesian inference, customer satisfaction and net promoter score. In this paper, we have designed a probabilistic model based on customer's actual data containing purchase or non-purchase states by tracking the SPC chain : customer satisfaction -> customer referral -> purchase/non-purchase. By applying hidden Markov model and Viterbi algorithm to marketing theory, we have developed the statistical model related to probability theories and have found the best purchase pattern scenario from customer's purchase records.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon studies related to athletic continuity and school life satisfaction of the intellectually disabled students. According to the analysis, the integrated sports volleyball program has acquired athletic skills in the satisfaction of school life and maintained close friendship through cooperation. The participants of intellectually disabled students have been more flexible with the improvement of the physical education volleyball program, and they are affiliated with the school's cooperation, through a cooperative study. Therefore, through the integrated sports volleyball program, students with disabilities can overcome limitations and dissatisfaction with the athletic continuity and satisfaction of school life and achieve the integration they seek in the integrated education.

Case Study of Menu Satisfaction Index in Business & Industry Food Service (산업체급식 메뉴 만족도 조사도구의 활용에 대한 사례연구)

  • This study was performed to develop menu satisfaction index in Business & Industry (B&I) food service and to survey customer's menu satisfaction using the index. The menu satisfaction index included 16 items with Likert 5 point. Cronbach's alpha to assess the internal reliability of the developed scales was 0.8917, which indicated highly reliable. Construct validity was assessed by principal components analysis and then four factors explaining 65.964% of the total variance were found. Among the 15 items of menu satisfaction, the average scores of all items were above 3.0 out of 5. As a result of analysis on menu satisfaction factors, 'propriety of food temperature' (3.52 out of 5) was the highest consideration followed by 'sufficiency of format' (3.46), 'excellence in food' (3.35) and 'well-being orientation' (3.31). It could be said that customer's perception on the menu quality was very positive. Four factors were correlated with overall menu satisfaction positively. Especially, 'excellence in food', and 'well-being orientation' and 'sufficiency of format' affected significantly on overall menu satisfaction. It concluded that customers were satisfied with portion size, temperature, price but their needs for taste and health/nutrition-related service would be increased. The menu satisfaction developed in this study should be applied to other B & I food service operation by type.

  • The purpose of study is desirable and effective conflict management plan and professionally, to promote sustainable job skills beyond. Therefore, the public agency information security professionals to find the causes of conflict and the level of suffering, the relationship, says the help of a job withdrawal intention and job satisfaction relationship further. The results indicated that there are differences in the factors of job withdrawal intention, conflict levels, job satisfaction, according to socio-demographic characteristics. Awareness of conflict factor increases the higher level of conflict. Job satisfaction, negative impact on the job withdrawal intention. We expect to contribute to the field of information security training key personnel in the future as a result, leaving the job to conflict prevention and mitigation, and minimized by applying the improved policies and institutions.

Satisfaction Factors and Determinants of Visitors in Byeonsanbando National Park, Korea (변산반도국립공원의 탐방객 만족요인 및 예측모형 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for developing the practical park management. For this, satisfaction degree, satisfaction factors and estimated model by satisfaction variables of visitors analyzed through a questionnaire survey in Byeonsanbando National Park, Korea. In the evaluation of the satisfaction, variables of 'careless cooking'. 'collection of natural plants & animals', 'Noise and urination on the road' and 'Littering problem' at Naesosa and 'crowding', 'touting', 'Indiscreet use' and 'Illegal merchant' at Gyeokpo was most unsatisfied than any other variables. Satisfaction factors by Factor Analysis were loaded with 'user management' at Naesosa(65.1%) and 'business behavior management at Gyeokpo(68.4%) by the highest contribution degree. In estimated model of satisfaction by Multiple Regression Analysis showed in order of 'Injury of landscape resource', 'Lack of information facility', 'crowding' and 'Lack of employee's guidance or kindness' at Naesosa and 'Injury of landscape resource', 'Lack of information facility', 'Illegal merchant', Lack of facility to stay' and 'Lack of employee's guidance or kindness' at Gyeokpo. So, Mountain and marine National Parks needed different management policy and are required to institutional apparatus for user education.

성격5요인 모델을 이용한 종업원 직무만족과 고객지향적 태도에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 의료서비스기업에 종사하는 종업원의 성격 5요인 모델에 따라 종업원의 직무 만족(job satisfaction) 과 고객지향적 태도(customer orientation) 에 미치는 영향을 연구 하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해서 서울과 대구에 소재한 대학병원과 경기도에 소재한 중 소형 병윈의 간호사들을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 총 207개의 유효 표본을 획득하였다. 통계분석로는 응답자특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도분석을 설시하였고, 측정모형의 신뢰성과 타당성 분석을 위해 신뢰성도 분석, 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 또한 의료서비스종업원의 성격 5요인 모델이 종업원의 직무만족과 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모델 분석을 통해 실시하였다. 그 결과, 성격 5요인 모델은 종업원의 직무만족과 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 국내에서는 의료서비스업종을 대상으로 성격 5요인 모델을 적용한 연구가 미비한 현재 시점에서 의미 있는 결과라고 할 수 있다. 직무만족, 역시 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 방향으로 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타나, 직무만족이 높을수록 고객지향적 태도가 높아질 수 있다는 것을 실증적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 다음과 같은 시사점을 찾을 수 있었다. 첫째, 고객과 종업원의 상호작용을 통해 서비스가 전달되는 상황에서 고객 욕구를 인지하고 충족시키며, 요구된 서비스를 전달하고, 고객과 개인적인 관계를 평가할 수 있는 고객지향적 태도 측정모델의 이론적인 토대를 제공한 점이다. 둘째, 최근의 성격이론가들은 성격 5요인 모델이 개인의 성격특성에 있어서 개인차를 설명해주는 포괄적이고 공통적인 구조로 존재한다는 학문적 통합에 동의한다. 마지막으로, 본 연구를 통해서 의료서비스 종업원의 직무만족도는 고객지향적 태도에 통계적으로 매우 유의한 영향을 마치는지를 실증적으로 밝혔다는 것이다. 따라서 관리자들은 종업원의 직무만족도를 주기적으로 측정하여 불만족 요인을 찾아 해결하고, 높은 수준의 고객지향적 태도를 유지하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사해준다 하겠다.
