Startup in the aging society is much harder than finding employment. However, we did an experimental research that the elderly are able to develop in the field of IoT via this education. Through this IT startup education, those people who can do develop and implement and they are able to start new business by develop new item. Installing education between hardware and software about Arduino and Scratch's methods have great effect on IT startup education for the elderly before solving problem which have existing programming education. While the IT startup education through IoT is more difficult subject compared to general education subject, this paper shows an easily accessible research outcome for the elderly through startup education. This paper proved that practical uses through the results.

An additive noise reduction algorithm for a mass spectrum analyzer is proposed. From the measured ion signal, we first used an estimated threshold from the mode of the measured signal to eliminate background noises with the white Gaussian characteristics. Also, a signal block corresponding to each mass index is constructed to perform a second order curve fitting and a linear approximation to signal block. In this process, the effective signal block composed of only the ion signal can be reconstructed by removing the impulsive noises and the sample signals which are insufficient to be viewed as normal ion signals. By performing curve fitting on the effective signal block, the noise-free mass spectrum can be obtained. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, a simulation was performed using the signals acquired from the development equipment. Simulation results show the validity of the threshold setting from the mode and the superiority of the proposed curve fitting and linear approximation based noise canceling algorithm.

This paper introduce a quiz game contents based on gesture interface. We analyzed the off-line quiz games, extracted its presiding components, and digitalized them so that the proposed game contents is able to substitute for the off-line quiz games. We used the Kinect camera to obtain the depth images and performed the preprocessing including vertical human segmentation, head detection and tracking and hand detection, and gesture recognition for hand-up, hand vertical movement, fist shape, pass and fist-and-attraction. Especially, we defined the interface gestures designed as a metaphor for natural gestures in real world so that users are able to feel abstract concept of movement, selection and confirmation tangibly. Compared to our previous work, we added the card compensation process for completeness, improved the vertical hand movement and the fist shape recognition methods for the example selection and presented an organized test to measure the recognition performance. The implemented quiz application program was tested in real time and showed very satisfactory gesture recognition results.

Although the increase in number of the programs provides rich entertainment to viewers, it also has caused a negative of making it hard for viewers to find out their favorite programs. To address the problem, several researches have been performed mainly focusing on the technologies to analyze a viewer's TV watching-patterns and to recommend a program (or a channel) based on the analysis when a viewer changes channels. The researches, however, have the trouble of frequently failing to choose proper programs because, in the real-world broadcasting circumstance, the programs are re-broadcast over a number of the channels and a set of programs of a genre are usually playing in the overlapped times. To avoid the trouble, the data service, proposed in the paper, allows a viewer to book "explicitly" his/her favorite programs and provides a set of functions of listing up the booked program's broadcasting schedules and reserving viewing or recording the booked programs.

인터넷의 영역이 확대됨에 따라 인터넷에서 다양하고 많은 정보를 제공받게 되었다. 뉴스의 영역도 그중 하나로 신문사, 방송사 등의 많은 언론사들이 인터넷으로 서비스를 확대함에 따라 뉴스 정보의 과다현상이 일어나게 되었다. 이 때문에 사용자는 방대한 뉴스들 중에서 원하는 뉴스만 걸러서 보기를 원하게 되었고 이를 위한 뉴스 필터링 방법이 연구되었다. 뉴스 필터링 기술들은 주로 사용자의 관심 사항을 예측하여 제공해 주는 뉴스 추천 시스템을 위한 기술 개발에 초점을 두었다. 그러나 기존의 뉴스 필터링 기술들은 사용자의 관심 있어할 만한 뉴스를 추천할 뿐, 관심 없는 뉴스를 제외시키지는 못한다. 예를들어, 어떤 특종 사건이 생기면 이 사건을 보도하기 위한 뉴스들이 각 언론사 마다 생성되고, 뉴스 추천서비스를 사용하는 사용자는 기존의 뉴스 필터링 방법에 의해 사용자가 관심 있다고 예측되는 이 사건에 대한 뉴스를 제공받게 된다. 그러나 사용자가 이미 추천된 뉴스 중 하나의 뉴스 혹은 그와 동일한 내용의 다른 언론사에서 제공되는 뉴스를 읽었다면 추천된 뉴스는 이미 알고 있는 정보이므로 사용자는 이 뉴스에 대하여 관심이 없을 것이다. 기존의 뉴스 필터링 방법은 추천 시 중복된 뉴스를 제거하지 못하는 문제점을 지닌다. 이 논문은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 육하원칙 기반의 필터링 방법을 제시하고, 실험을 통해 이 논문이 제시한 방법의 장단점을 보인다.

토양유실량을 산정하기 위한 모델로 Universsal Soil Loss Equation(USLE)가 전 세계적으로 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. USLE 모형은 농경지에서 면상침식(Sheet erosion)과 세류침식(Rill erosion)을 모의할 수 있는 시험포단위 모형(Field-scale)으로 농경지에서 유실된 토양이 하류 하천으로 얼마나 흘러 들어가 하류 수계의 탁수발생과 이에 따른 수질악화에 얼마나 기여하는지, 즉, 유역단위의 토양유실량을 평가하는데 이용될 수 없다. 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위하여 Sediment Assessment Tool for Effective Erosion Control (SATEEC) ArcView 시스템이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. SATEEC ArcView 시스템은 USLE모형의 입력자료와 DEM만으로 유역면적에 따른 유달률을 산정하여 유역에서 유실된 토양이 얼마만큼 하류로 유달되는지를 모의할 수 있으며, 유역 경사도에 의한 유달률도 산정할 수 있어 지형적인 특성을 좀 더 다양하게 분석 할 수 있게 개발 되었다. 그러나 ArcView는 출시한지 오래되어 사용자가 많지 않고, 프로그램상의 오류가 많고, 대용량의 데이터 처리가 가능한 64비트 운영체제에서는 설치가 불가능한 단점이 있다. 또한, ArcView의 프로그래밍 언어인 Avenue는 클래스를 정의한다거나 상속을 한다거나 하는 문법을 제공하지 않기 때문에 객체지향 언어로 보기에는 부족하다고 할 수 있다. 또한, 최근의 ArcGIS 기반의 많은 모델들이 서로 연계하여 사용하고 있으나, Avenue는 기타 다른 프로그래밍 언어와 연계하여 사용하기가 쉽지 않은 단점이 있다. 그러나 최근 ArcGIS 버전들의 프로그래밍 언어인 Python은 간결하고 확장성이 좋으며, 다른 언어와의 연계가 쉽다. 또한, ArcGIS 10.x버전부터 제공되는 arcpy 모듈은 사용자와의 접근성이 매우 향상되었다. 따라서 SATEEC ArcView 버전을 ArcGIS 10.1 기반의 Python 으로 재개발하여 기존의 불편한 접근성과 대용량 데이터의 처리가 불가능했던 부분을 개선하였다.

In this study, Arc plasma was employed for the thermal decomposition of nitrous oxide($N_2O$). Conventional ignition systems such as torch, spark, and catalyst systems, have disadvantages in that they are not reliable and do not provide rapid responses. Therefore, this study suggests the plasma application of plasma to overcome the problems of conventional ignition methods. A gas temperature and combustion experiment was carried out to investigate the feasibility to a novel igniter. The gas temperature was measured around $960^{\circ}C$ at 1 g/s, 0.7 A at the nearest wall. In addition, a combustion test was successfully conducted in 3.1 sec after the plasma discharge was initiated with a main flow rate of 10 g/s. The energy consumption for ignition was 1,780 J(574 W).

Recent information and technology is strongly targeted at the young generation, but little research has been undertaken on the older generation. The 55~79 age group was over 1,000,000 people in 2012. As a result, the problems of the information gap and of job creation for older people is becoming a critical social challenge. Because of this need, this research aims to suggest study method to reduce the information gap through informatization education for people of advanced age. Through this, older people can be mentors and play a key role in society as well as contributing to reduce social conflicts. This research is undertaken based on elderly IT volunteers, and is expected to solve the information gap problem through advanced age IT education and job creation with talent donation.

He exhibit Confucianism ethics at the same time as point out Confucianism because Hae-wol and Eu-am is changed the emphasis at the subject of human. It is influenced pantheism and the theory of social evolution.
