Structural analysis of flexible wing using linear equivalent model (선형 등가모델을 이용한 유연날개 구조해석)

  • Aircraft needs high lift-to-drag ratio and weight reduction of the structure for long endurance flight with a small power. Generally high aspect ratio wing is applied to HALE(High Altitude Long Endurance) aircraft. Also high modulus, and high strength CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) has been used in primary structures. and thin mylar(membrane material) film has been applied to skin of wing. As a result, wing is more flexible than the other structures. and the stiffness of thin mylar film has an affect on dynamic stability. In this study, the membrane characteristic of mylar film has been simulated using nonlinear gap elements. And equivalent modeling method using shell elements is presented using the nonlinear simulation result. The linear equivalent model has verified using the results of nonlinear membrane method. Proposed linear equivalent shell model has applied to mode analysis for estimate the effect of mylar mechanical properties on natural frequency.

  • LED는 반도체 기술 향상에 따라 현대에 이르러 실내 외 조명으로 사용되기 이르렀다. 하지만 장수명을 갖는 구동회로의 전해 커패시터 수명이 짧기 때문에 LED 조명 자체 수명이 저감되어 질 수 있다. 수명이 짧은 전해 커패시터를 반영구적인 필름 커패시터나 마일러 커패시터로 대치하기 위해 구동회로에 커패시터 용량 저감 기법을 적용되어야 한다. 본 논문은 LED 구동회로의 PFC Bulk 커패시터 용량을 감소시키기 위해 3고조파를 입력전류에 주입하는 방법을 논의하였으며, 이를 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석하였다.

북극해 항로와 빙하해역 선박운항 지침에 대하여

  • Suez운하를 이용할 경우 부산항에서 로테르담항까지의 수송거리가 11,340마일이 북극해 항로를 이용할 경우 6,860마일로 36%가 줄고 수송기간도 10일 이상 단축되므로 북극해항로를 통한 유럽과 아시아간의 상업적인 수송이 이뤄진다면 해운회사들의 물류비용이 대폭 절감될 것으로 전망된다. 이런 시점에서 2011년 9월 한-러 국장급 해운회담이 열렸으며, 2011년 11월 23일 부산 누리마루 APEC House에서 "북극해항로 상업운항의 현황과 전망"이라는 주제로 국제세미나가 개최 되었다. 현재 북극해 항로를 통과한 선박이 2007년 2척, 2008년 3척, 2009년 4척, 2010년 10척이었던 것이 2011년에는 34척 총 82만톤의 통과 수송이 이뤄졌고, 러시아 북극내의 물동량은 2백20만톤에 달할 것으로 전망되었으며, 2012년의 통과 물동량은 100만톤을 상회 할 것으로 전망된다. 이에 북극해 항로에 대한 소개와 빙하지역을 항해하는 선박에 대한 운항지침에 대하여 검토해보고저 한다.

Measurement of Skin Dose from Using the Treatment Immobilization Devices (치료 보조기구 사용 시 후 방향 피부선량 측정)

  • The research was about the relation between the dorsal side dose measured by using the phantom body (Alderson Rando Phantom) and factors like contacted material of the patients, the size of the field, angle of incidence. Compared with mylar (tennis racket), the dose on $10{\times}10\;cm^2$ field size of cotton was increased by 2% and by 8% in the case of breast board. In the case of $15{\times}15\;cm^2$ field size, the dose was increased by 6% compared with $10{\times}10\;cm^2$ size. The field size of $20{\times}20\;cm^2$ resulted in 10% increase of dose, while $5{\times}5\;cm^2$ produced 13% decrease. Compared with incident angle $0^{\circ}$, the cases for the incident angle $5^{\circ}$ had 0.4% less dose for breast board, 0.5% for tennis racket, 1.1% for cotton. The cases for the incident angle $10^{\circ}$ had 1.5% less dose for breast board, 1.9% for tennis racket, 2.6% for cotton. For the incident angle $15^{\circ}$, breast board, tennis racket, cotton caused decrease of dose by 3.9%, 2.6%, 3.86% respectively. Resultantly carbon material can cause more skin dose in treatment field. By the results of this study, we recommend that one should avoid the contact between the carbon material and skin.

Design of EMI Reduction of SMPS Using MLCC Filters (MLCC를 이용한 SMPS의 EMI 저감 설계)

  • Recently, as the data speed and operating frequencies of Ethernet keeps increasing, electro magnetic interference (EMI) also becomes increasing. The generation of such EMI will cause malfunction of near electronic devices. In this study, EMI filters were applied to reduce the EMI generated by DC-DC SMPS (switching mode power supply), which is the main cause of EMI generation of Ethernet switch. As the EMI filter, MLCCs with excellent withstanding voltage characteristics were used, which had advantages in miniaturization and mass production. Two types of EMI MLCC filters were used, which are X-capacitor and X, Y-capacitor. X-capacitor was composed of 2 MLCCs with 10 nF and 100 nF capacity and 1 Mylar capacitor. Y-capacitor was consisted of 6 MLCCs with a capacity of 27 nF. When only X-capacitor was applied as EMI filter, the conductive EMI field strength exceeded the allowable limit in frequency range of 150 kHz ~ 30 MHz. The radiative EMI also showed high EMI strength and very small allowable margin at the specific frequencies. When the X and Y-capacitors were applied, the conductive EMI was greatly reduced, and the radiation EMI was also found to have sufficient margin. In addition, X, Y-capacitors showed very high insulation resistance and withstanding resistance performances. In conclusion, EMI X, Y-capacitors using MLCCs reduced the EMI noise effectively and showed excellent electrical reliability.
