The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial distribution and characteristics of villages before modern public works in the Demilitarized Zone(DMZ) by using Geographical Information System(GIS). There were total 427 villages within the DMZ according to a survey. By the administrative region, whereas there were 183 villages in Gangwon Province which had a share of 43% of the total, there were 244 villages in Gyeonggi Province which had that of 57%. Subsequently, Gyeonggi Province had a higher share than Gangwon Province, even though its area was smaller than Gangwon Province's one. In terms of the pattern of villages, there was a pattern of the dispersed settlement focused upon the area of the Taebaek mountains. In addition, there were a pattern of the dike settlement by a traffic route and river as well as that of agglomerated settlement in other area. There was a pattern of compact settlement in a plain. This research can be contributed (1) to be used a basic information in order to solve a conflict between development and conservation which may occur in the future, and (2) to be applied to develop contents for the DMZ's competitiveness.

도시에 인접한 섬마을은 농어촌지역의 섬마을과는 차별화된 해양문화콘텐츠가 필요하나, 섬마을 내 농어업을 영위하는 주민들의 생업 형태는 대부분 유사한 실정임. 본 연구에서는 도시에 인접한 섬마을의 해양공간환경 데이터를 분석하여 실리도만의 특색있는 해양문화콘텐츠 계획안을 제시하고자 함

최근 전국 지방자치단체 관내 마을 단위 근거리 방송에 기존의 케이블 형태의 유선방송이 아닌 무선통신을 사용하고자 하는 수요가 늘고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내원천 기술인 Binary CDMA 기술을 활용하여 마을단위 원격 방송 및 관제 시스템을 상용화하기 위한 방법들을 제시한다. 주요 연구 내용은 마을단위 환경에 운용될 수 있도록 다중액세스 기술, TDMA 기반의 스케쥴링 기술, 통신거리 확장을 위한 릴레이 기술, 동적 채널 할당 기술이다. 위의 기술들을 활용하여 다양한 마을의 형태에 따라 네트워크 토폴로지 운용이 가능하고 QoS를 보장하는 시스템을 구현할 수 있다.

마을상수도는 상수도가 공급되지 않는 농어촌지역 주민들의 편의를 위하여 제공하는 수도의 형태로, 현재 2만3천여 개의 간이급수시설이 설치 운영되고 있다. 농어촌지역 주민들의 유일한 식수 및 생활용수원으로 사용되기 때문에 관리와 운영에 문제가 발생하면 해당지역 주민들의 건강이나 생활에 직접적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 마을상수도의 안전성 확보는 농어촌지역 주민들의 건강한 삶을 유지하기 위해 반드시 이루어져야 하는 중요한 사안이다.

This study aims to suggest the necessary political implications for the introduction of green tourism in "Mountain Village Project" through the survey of local residents on the recognition of rural and mountain villages about the Village Development Projects. Direct survey using a structured questionnaire was executed to each local resident in different types of rural tourism villages such as the Mountain development village, the Green agricultural village, the Rural theme village, and mixed type of village between them. It was revealed that local residents in the Mountain development village had a positive reaction to the Project, whereas those in mixed type of village did not notice highly the change by the Project. Residents in the Mountain development village highly satisfied with the Project as improved income sources. In addition, it was shown that local residents recognised the necessity of social education and they highly wanted to participate in it. Residents in the Green agricultural village also wanted to put an effort to introduce an activity-based program for village development.

이 연구의 목적은 지자체의 계획수립 정책과 마을주민의 요구를 분석하여 농촌마을 재개발을 위한 지역계획 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 마을재개발 주요 내용으로는 생활편의성 향상 뿐만 아니라 자연환경, 역사문화와 같은 어메니티 자원과 경관자원 등의 보전과 활용이 포함되어야 한다는 관점을 취하였다. 마을주민에 대한 설문조사와 마을재개발 계획수립 과정 및 결과에 분석을 토대로, 농촌마을재개발 계획의 특징을 파악한 후, 향후 발전을 위한 과제를 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 마을재개발시 국토이용계획과 농촌특성을 반영할 수 있도록 토지이용 및 농촌개발 관련법을 보완해야 한다. 둘째, 농촌지역에 주거 및 취락지구를 도입하여 체계적인 마을정비가 이루어질 수 있도록 유도해 나갈 필요가 있다. 셋째, 지역계획수립 체계를 토지이용계획과 마을재개발 추진에 적합한 형태로 확립, 운영토록 한다. 넷째, 마을개발 부지 확보를 원활하게 할 수 있는 방향으로 농지교환분합 제도를 활성화해 나가도록 한다. 다섯째, 지역계획과 마을재개발이 유기적으로 연계되어 추진될 수 있도록 우선 개발 마을을 선정하고, 마을주민의 요구를 반영한 마을발전계획을 수립하며, 농촌취락지구와 같은 농촌토지 용도지구를 도입, 운영할 필요가 있다. 여섯째, 마을재개발 시범사업의 추진 및 평가를 토대로 체계적인 본 사업을 확대, 시행해 나가는 방안 마련이 필요하다. 일곱째, 농촌지역의 낙후도를 고려한 사업지원 및 추진에 차등화 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다.

Community enterprise is a type of business that simultaneously pursues public interest and profitability to vitalize the local society and economy and also an alternative endeavor to restore community by local residents using local resources. In rapid changes of business environment and social dynamics of these days, one of the alternatives to provide solutions for problems in persons and organizations is workplace spirituality. Workplace spirituality is not only beneficial to satisfaction, commitment, devotion, and organizational citizenship behavior, but also positively influential to outcome of an organization. Expanding the scope and subjects found in most previous studies on workplace spirituality of general companies, this study tries to contribute to development of community enterprises through empirical analysis of the effect of community enterprise. In result, workplace spirituality showed positively significant influence on job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior equally in both of community enterprises and general companies. Job satisfaction presented positively significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. And job satisfaction mediated the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, workplace spirituality of community enterprises showed difference from general companies showed greater coefficient and influence. Although workplace spirituality is important for general companies that pursue profit, it is shown that greater significance was found in community enterprises. Workplace spirituality, which is equivalent to A sense of calling, sense of inner life, sense of empathy, sense of community, and sense of transcendence through community enterprise, needs to be promoted and settled in community enterprises.

방재마을만들기는 지역방재개념을 도입하여 마을단위에서 자치단체와 주민들의 참여를 통해 지역자율 방재의식을 고취시키고, 마을에 조성되어 있는 환경적 영향을 고려하여 재해로 인한 취약요인을 조사하고 취약요인이 유사/인접되어 있는 마을을 대상으로 취약요인을 종합적으로 검토한 재해예방사업의 추진이 필요하다. 방재시범마을만들기 구축사업의 계획범위는 동/리 행정구역 단위로 실질적인 생활권 단위로, 생활권 단위에서의 방재관련 사업의 패키지화를 통하여 지역의 자주적 방재역량이 향상되도록 하는 사업으로 현재 방재시범마을은 조성/운영중에 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지역방재 실무 담당자, 대학교수, 연구원 등 전문가를 대상으로 의식조사를 실시하여 현 실태조사를 토대로 한국형 방재마을 구축 방안에 대해 도출하고자 한다. 전문가 설문결과 현 지역의 방재대책은 전반적으로 미미하며, 구조적인 부분과 비구조적인 부분 모두 보강되어야함을 알 수 있었다. 그 중에서도 지역주민의 방재에 대한 관심부분은 상당히 부족하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 방재마을이라는 사업의 이미지는 대부분의 응답자가 재해위험지구의 정비사업 혹은 지역단위의 종합적 방재대책이라는 의견이 다수였으며, 방재마을 전반에 대한 의견으로는 지자체의 추진의지, 방재마을관련 법 제도 정비, 사업예산의 지속적인 확보, 방재마을 홍보 및 주민참여 등의 중요성을 강조하는 의견이 있었다. 이러한 설문결과를 바탕으로 지자체의 추진의지가 어느 정도냐에 따라 사업의 형태를 갖추고 성공할 수 있으며, 지속적으로 사업이 추진될 수 있는 방안 및 사업의 안정적 확보방안이 중요하다는 결론을 도출할 수 있다. 한국형 방재마을 조성을 위해서는 주민참여가 바탕이 되어야 하며, 이를 위해 방재마을 사업을 시민들의 풀뿌리 방재활동과 연계하여 추진하는 것도 요구된다.

It requires administrative supporting & Policies Aids on Maeul Community Media that confronted with reconstruction of community & interaction of residence. There are increased of community media research. This study examines the meanings of participants, the role of participants & volunteer, characteristic of community media, enlargement of residence, problems and activation of community media also conducted in-depth interviews of participants. According to the results of the analysis, the first it will be enforced administrative supporting & policies aids on Maeul Community Media. Secondly, suggests supporting of a municipal ordinance of Council. Thirdly, facilitate the education of program contents and management of community media. Finally, Supports of production costs.
