  • 리테일 브랜딩은 자사 브랜드의 아이덴티티를 소비자가 직접 체험하고 교감할 수 있는 공간을 제공하는 새로운 개념의 공간 마케팅 전략이다. 각 기업들은 광고 등을 통한 단순한 브랜드의 이미지 주입보다는 리테일 브랜딩 공간 제공에 주목하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 리테일 브랜딩이 적용한 사례의 분석을 통해 리테일 브랜딩 공간 유형을 도출하여 리테일 브랜딩 공간 마케팅의 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

A Study on the Latest Trend and Type Analysis of Fashion Brand's Retail Space - Focused on Retail Space of World Prestige Brand - (패션브랜드의 리테일 스페이스 최근 경향 및 유형 분석에 관한 연구 - 세계 명품 패션브랜드의 리테일 스페이스를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the latest trend and type of retail space, and the features according to type of retail space of global prestige brand. To do this, literature analysis was executed by related books, articles, and theses. As a result, the latest trend of fashion retail space which has appeared after 2000 is as follows: 1) The differentiation of fashion brand through collaboration between fashion designers and architects, 2) retail space extension strategy, 3) retail space as a cultural space, 4) bold investment for retail space. The type of fashion retail space which has appeared after 2000 is as follows: 1) Spectacular flagship retail space of monumental scale, 2) global type retail space which exhibits common features through the whole world, 3) localization retail space which shows different features according to store location 4) innovative retail space out of traditional store form. The result of this study will be utilized when a domestic fashion brand establishes global marketing strategy of retail space.

Seamless Omnichannel Experience in Fashion Retail and Customer Loyalty - Influence of Retail Types - (패션리테일에서 원활한 옴니채널 경험과 충성도 - 리테일유형별 비교 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of retailing types on consumers' omnichannel experience while purchasing fashion products. The omnichannel experience occurs when retailers provide seamless customer experience across the various touchpoints of retail channels. In this empirical study, retail types were categorized into single-brand stores and multi-brand stores, and the relationship among store loyalty, brand loyalty, and customer retention was observed by the research model. A survey was conducted on the global consumers who had experience in purchasing fashion products via the omnichannel using Amazon Mechanical Turk; as a result, 351 responses were analyzed. The mediating and moderating effects of loyalty constructs and retail types were analyzed using Process Macro 4.0. The results indicated that a seamless omnichannel experience affects customer retention by mediating store loyalty and brand loyalty; additionally, the dual mediating effect of store loyalty and brand loyalty was significant. The moderating effect according to retail type was identified, and the moderated mediation effect of store loyalty was validated. The results showed that multi-branded retailers' store loyalty had a stronger influence on customer retention than that of single-brand retailers and exhibited the relationship between store loyalty and brand loyalty as well as retail types (single vs multi) in a seamless omnichannel customer experience.

A study on the Analysis of Locational Characteristics of REITs Assets (운영부동산 유형별 리츠자산의 입지특성 분석에 관한 연구)

  • REITs are very closely related to real estate management, but there have been no prior studies analyzing the location of REITs assets. Therefore, this study analyzed the location characteristics of REITs assets in two aspects to clarify the location characteristics by using spatial information of REITs assets. First, the characteristics of the type of city where REITs assets are distributed were analyzed, and second, the characteristics of the zoning where REITs assets are distributed were analyzed. As a result of analyzing the characteristics of the city where REITs assets are distributed by type, it was analyzed that in the case of the capital area, both the ratio of cities with REITs assets location and the intensity of REITs assets location (number of REITs assets per city) have location characteristics by city hierarchy in the order of metropolitan city > big city > small and medium-sized city. In the case of non-capital area's metropolitan and large cities, the ratio of REITs assets location cities is similar to that of the capital area, but the location intensity of REITs assets was analyzed to be significantly lower than that of the capital area. As a result of the analysis of REITs assets by type, housing REITs assets tend to be located in the old downtown commercial zoning and the new downtown residential zoning, office REITs assets are characterized by concentration of location in specific commercial zoning of Seoul, and retail REITs assets are located mainly in the old downtown station area. In addition, it was found that logistics REITs assets tend to be located in management zoning, centering on key logistics hub cities in the region.
