Design of Edge Manager for Filtering Sensor Tag Data (센서 태그 데이터의 필터링을 위한 Edge Manager의 설계)

  • RFID 기술은 기존의 바코드 기술보다 발전된 무선의 비접촉 인식 기술로서, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 핵심기술로 간주되고 있다. RFID 태그는 기존의 단순한 사물의 인식 기능 중심에서 사물의 상태 및 환경 정보를 감지할 수 있는 센서 태그로의 발전으로 물류 프로세스의 양적, 질적 향상을 도모할 수 있게 되었다. 센서 태그는 환경 정보를 센싱하기 위하여 배터리를 내장하고 있으며, RF Transceiver의 내장 유무에 따라 자체적으로 신호를 보낼 수 있는 active 센서 태그와 리더로부터의 신호를 사용하는 semi-passive 센서 태그로 구분된다. Semi-passive 센서 태그는 배터리를 부착함으로써 passive 태그에 비해 인식률과 인식거리가 향상되었고 active 태그에 비해 단가가 매우 저렴하여 센서 태그가 부착된 물품의 상태를 모니터링하고 환경을 감시하는 다양한 응용에 사용될 수 있다. 이러한 응용의 요구에 따라 Edge Manager는 기존의 passive 태그는 물론 센서 태그를 지원함으로써 상위 응용에게 정제된 결과를 전달할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 특히 semi-passive 센서 태그를 지원하는 Edge Manager의 설계를 위하여, 센서를 사용한 또 다른 활용 분야인 센서 네트워크에서의 질의 유형을 분석하고, semi-passive 센서 태그의 특징을 고려한 요구사항을 분석한다. Semi-passive 센서 태그는 센서 네트워크의 센서 노드와는 달리 태그 레벨에서 필터링과 병합을 수행할 수 없으므로 Edge Manager에서 이러한 기능이 제공되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 Edge Manager에서의 센서 태그 데이터에 대한 질의를 위한 방법으로 EPCglobal ALE 표준명세의 ECSpec을 확장하는 방법을 제안하고, 센서 태그 데이터의 특성을 고려한 필터링 기법과 병합(aggregation) 기법을 적용한 질의 처리가 가능한 Edge Manager의 구조를 제시한다.

  • The low-cost REID system is expected to be widely used in the ubiquitous computing environment as an intelligent device. Although REID systems have several advantages, they may create new threats to users' privacy. In this paper, a traceable and unlinkable REID system called 'Fair EPC system' is proposed for low-cost RFID tags. The proposed system enables the protection of users' privacy from unwanted scanning, and it is traceable to the tag by authorized administrators when necessary. The proposed system has some advantages; (1) eliminating any danger of exposing users' information via tag tracking through the cooperation between readers or back-end databases, (2) enabling the tracking of real serial number of the tag only through the cooperation of authorized administrators using a cryptographic secret sharing scheme, and (3) providing the efficiency of the proposed system reduce the computational workloads of back-end databases.

A Study on the Relationships between Self-Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior According to Styles of Leadership (리더섭 유형에 따른 셀프리더십과 조직시민 행동 간의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study examines how the self-leadership in organization affects citizenship behavior and which types(transformational leadership, transactional leadership) of leadership can moderate between self-leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Hypotheses were tested by surveying 255 employees in small and medium enterprises. we conducted exploratory factor analysis for two constructs(behavioral strategy, cognitive strategy) using oblique rotation method that did not assume independence among the factors and main factors of self-leadership were grouped together by two factors. The results of this study are as followings; First, all factors of self-leadership had a significant positive effect on the organizational citizenship behavior. Second, only transformational leadership moderated between cognitive strategy of self-leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.

  • Unlike the existing CMOS chip, ISB (Intelligent Silicon Bead) is new concept biochip equipped with optical communication and memory function. It uses the light for power of SoC CMOS and interface with external devices therefore it is possible to miniaturize a chip size and lower the cost. This paper introduces an input protocol and a design of the low power and the low area to transfer the power and the signal through a single optical signal applied from external reader device to bead chip at the same time. It is also verified through simulation and measurement. In addition, low-power PROM is designed for recording and storing ID of a chip and it is successful in obtaining the value of output according to the optical input. Through this study, a new type biochip development can be expected by solving high cost and a limit of miniaturizing a chip area problem of an existing RFID.

A Study on Factors Relevant to Effects of Shared Leadership, Organizational Trust and Job Performance (공유리더십, 조직신뢰, 직무성과의 영향 요인에 관한 연구)

  • The change to the horizontal structure of the modern corporate management environment requires joint efforts and cooperation to share responsibility and purpose and to increase positive mutual influence in order to achieve the corporate goal beyond the individual capacity of the organizational members. In order to achieve the purpose of the organization, the organizational structure in which various members share information and aim at collective leadership is more effective than the structure concentrated on one individual (leader). This study was to examine the effectiveness of shared leadership, and to investigate the causal relationship and effect of shared leadership, organizational trust, and job performance. As a result of the analysis, shared leadership had a positive effect on organizational trust, and organizational trust had a positive effect on job performance. This means that high trust in organization has a positive effect on performance.This study is meaningful in that it examines the difference between shared leadership and existing leadership types that have not been studied yet.

The Impact of Foreign Ownership on the Dividend and Investment Behaviors of Korean Firms (한국기업의 배당과 투자에 대한 외국인 투자자의 영향력 연구)

  • This paper investigates empirically the impact of foreign investors on a firm's dividend and investment decision making in Korean stock market. Empirical results using the sample firms in non-financial firms listed in Korean stock market whose settlement month are December, we find that foreign investors who declared participation in management didn't exert significant impact on dividend increase. In the case of investment, foreign investors exerts significant impact on R&D investments. Using Hausman-Taylor Instrumental Variable method, we controlled endogeneity problem related with foreign ownership and dividend and investment policy. The contribution of this paper is that the purpose of foreign investors whether or not participate in management is the most critical point and the impacts of foreign investors on dividends and investment are different whether they participate in management or not.

Assessment of Dietitian's Nutritional Quality Management for School Food Service (학교급식 영양사의 영양적 품질관리 수행도 평가)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate school dieticians' performance of nutritional quality control, and further to establish effective and objective standards of nutritional quality control. Data for this study came from 200 school dieticians' responses in the Chungbuk area. The total quality management (TQM)-based questionnaire was structured. The questionnaire consisted of the following four fields (1) performance of nutritional quality control, (2) performance of stepwise food production to maximize nutrient preservation rate, (3) management of documents and records related to nutritional quality control, and (4) other relating matters. The items of the questionnaire were measured on a five-point Likert scale which ranged from 'strongly agree' to 'strongly disagree'. First, the analysis indicated that school dieticians performed 'least' on human resource management', 'mediocre' on nutritional quality control, and best on 'leadership'. Second, the analysis on performance of stepwise food production to maximize nutrient preservation rate showed that dieticians considerably endeavored to maximize nutrients of cooked food, but it was found out that the most of nutrient destruction can be caused by heating during cooking. Third, the result showed that the systematic use of documents and records for nutritional quality control was not sufficiently accomplished, especially in the production phase of food. In addition, the measure by the Pearson correlation coefficient indicated that there was a significant relationship between performance of nutritional quality control and performance of stepwise food production to maximize nutrient preservation rate, and between performance of nutritional quality control and management of documents and records related to nutritional quality control. Finally, the findings of this study suggest that more effort should be exerted to carefully establish TQM-based standards for the improvement of nutritionary quality.

  • The common concerns of leadership approaches were focused on finding leadership factors or necessity of leadership change to proper leadership styles adapt to contingent change through observing various leaders' behaviors for improving organizational effectiveness. Basically, they assumed that the human could be adapt to any conditions regardless of his inherent characters though it is perceived generally that human beings have different attitudes and behaviors toward the same fact, condition, situation, etc. In other words, inherent factors that cause individual differences have been neglected but concerned only about postnatal environments which influence human characters in previous leadership studies. A number of studies concerning inherent human characters have been worked in Asia for the past thousands years, which enable answering to the questions; why the human beings have different characters and personalities, and how to manage them in the given life conditions. In this research, four type human theory(called Sasang Theory) which has already been widely used in medical field in Korea will be introduced and applied to leadership theory to indicate inherent causal factors of the human character that are expected to influence leadership styles. In process, two different methods, one is for leadership theory and the other is for Sasang theory, have to be considered to match the different ideas. The theory is so predictable that the result implies possibilities of further future researches in the organizational fields by presupposing human behavior.

A Reflective Inquiry of the Qualification System and Jobs for the Teacher Librarian in Korea (사서교사 자격 제도 및 직무에 대한 반성적 고찰)

  • The international standard for the school library suggests that school librarians qualified for librarian and teacher should run the school library. And library assistants should support the teacher librarian to carry out a role as a teacher. Despite the difference of requirements, librarians without teachers' license are under the human resources for school library administration. Furthermore, the job description between the school librarian and librarian is not well-defined in Korea. The different requirements in the library standards and the school library related laws have led to weaken professionalism and social status of librarianship. The condition that teacher librarians are not in the school library have brought the pressure to overcome imperfect functions of the school library and unfairness of educational services. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to strengthen teacher librarians' qualification system to improve their identity as educational subject specialist librarians. We ought to also build proper foundations of social recognition about librarianship through classifying the types of human resources in the school library into the teacher librarian, library paraprofessional and volunteers. Especially we should hold the job analysis based on administrator, teacher, service, leader, collaboration, and partner.

  • 리더십에 관한 연구는 리더십 특성요인연구, 리더십 contingency 연구, 특성이론적 접근, 행동적 접근, 상황이론적 접근 등이 있으나, 이러한 접근방법이 언제나 긍정적인 리더십을 유발하는 것은 아닌 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 긍정적이고 일관된 리더십을 만들어 내기 위해서는 리더십에 대한 새로운 접근이 요청된다. 리더십에 대한 연구는 매우 다양하게 나타나고 있으나, 문헌연구에서 볼 때 리더십은 파워라는 공통 요소를 가지고 있다. 파워는 사람으로 하여금 목적지향적인 행동을 유발하는 능력이며, 문헌에 나타난 리더십의 개념은 조직구성원으로 하여금 목적지향적인 행동을 하게하는 능력이다. 따라서, 리더십은 권력의 한 유형으로 볼 수 있다. 그러므로, 본 연구에서는 리더십을 power process에 기초한 권력순환적 관점에서 연구하고자 한다. Power process는 권력요소, 가치, 욕구, 환경, 관계의 다섯 가지 권력결정요소들의 상호작용 과정이다. 이러한 상호작용을 통해서 power process는 권력의 원천을 창출하는데 이 원천에 의한 권력행사는 긍정적인 결과를 유발한다(이경환, 2001). 앞에서 지적한 바와 같이 리더십은 권력의 한 유형이므로, power process에 의한 리더십 행사를 실증연구를 함으로서 지식경영시스템 구축을 위한 요인을 제시하고자 한다. 본 실증적 연구에서 리더는 자신의 권력요소(타고난 능력, 소질, 경험 등=경영자특성)와 욕구, 가치(경영철학) 관계성 및 환경과 같은 파워결정요소(리더십 결정요소)의 상호작용을 통해 자신의 리더십 원천을 창출할 때 즉, power process를 통해 리더십을 행사할 때 이러한 리더십은 경영성과에 긍정적인 결과를 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 리더십 성과 향상을 위한 지식경영정보시스템은 파워결정요소적 측면에서 고려되어야 할 것이다. 모델과 독립성 모델에서는 시스템 등급에 영향을 준다. 향후에는 더욱 더 다양한 상호의존 모델들이 정량화될 필요성이 있다고 본다. 진행하였다. 줄여서 보다 더 정확하고, 지능적인 규칙구성요소 추출 방법론을 제시하고 구현하여 지식관리자의 규칙습득에 대한 부담을 줄여 주고자 한다. 도움을 받을 수 있게 되었다.을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다..20{\pm}0.37L$, 72시간에 $1.33{\pm}0.33L$로 유의한 차이를 보였으므로(F=6.153, P=0.004), 술 후 폐환기능 회복에 효과가 있다. 4) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 노력성 폐활량은 수술 후 72시간에서 실험군이 $1.90{\pm}0.61L$, 대조군이 $1.51{\pm}0.38L$로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.620, P=0.013). 5) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 일초 노력성 호기량은 수술 후 24시간에서 $1.33{\pm}0.56L,\;1.00{\ge}0.28L$로 유의한 차이를 보였고(t=2.530, P=0.017), 술 후 72시간에서 $1.72{\pm}0.65L,\;1.33{\pm}0.3L$로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.540, P=0.016). 6) 대상자의 술 후 폐환기능에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별로 나타났다. 이에 따른 폐환기능의 차이를 보면, 실험군의 술 후 노력성 폐활량이 48시간에 남자($1.78{\pm}0.61L$)가 여자($1.27{\pm}0.45L$)보다 더 높게 나타났으며 (t=2.170, P=0.042),
