UI가 디지털 상품성에 중요한 요인으로 인식되면서 사용성 향상을 위한 기업들의 노력이 커지고 있다. 특히 사용자들의 충성도를 고취시킬 수 있다는 측면에서 일관성 있는 UI개발은 중요한 전략이다. 일관성 있는 UI 개발을 위해 기업은 UI 가이드라인을 개발하여 운영한다. UI 가이드라인은 단순히 좋은 UI 설계만의 문제가 아니며 기업의 사업 전략을 반영해야 하고 기술적인 로드맵을 예상하여야 하며 독자들의 명확하게 이해할 수 있어야 하며 끝으로 배포 이후의 원할한 운영의 문제까지 고려해야 한다. 본 논문은 SK Telecom의 SK Telecom Standard User Interface Requirements 개발 사례를 통해 UI가이드라인 개발 시 고려하여야 하는 사항들에 대한 어떤 해결책을 내놓았는지에 대해서 알아본다.

벤처기업협회(회장 백종진)는 지난 7월 12일(목)부터 14(토)까지 경상남도 남해군 소재 힐튼 남해리조트에서 '제11차 벤처 CEO섬머포럼'을 개최했다. 올 섬머포럼은 기업의 미래전략을 위한 가이드라인 제시뿐만 아니라 <벤처기업특별법>연장에 따른 주요 이슈에 대한 포럼 및 토론을 통한 '젠처2기 로드맵'공유의 장이 마련되었다. 더불어 참가한 70여명의 벤처 CEO들이 활발한 비즈니스 네트워킹을 통해 산업별 협력강화를 다짐하기도 했다.

In recent years, in response to rapid technological change, technology planning activities are important for companies to cope with technological competition. However, Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) lack the resources and competence to establish their own technology roadmaps. Therefore, government-led roadmaps for SMEs have been proposed to support the R&D direction and R&D capabilities of SMEs. However, SMEs R&D policies are still not well linked with technology roadmaps and R&D programs. In other words, the size of R&D for SMEs is determined according to demand of SMEs regardless of strategic technology roadmap. In this study, we propose a investment prioritization model based on a technology road map to unify R&D investment policy. Using the decision model designed to prioritize strategic technology investments in the SME strategy roadmap, we conduct empirical analysis of strategic technologies in the advanced convergence and green manufacturing. AHP analysis was conducted after questionnaires on the importance of strategic technology and the importance of influential factors to 46 experts such as expert of research institutes and support organizations.

Recently, in the smart construction field, it is possible to construct spatial information of 3D data base quickly and accurately using drones, LiDARs and ARs,. Most public ordering institutions are pushing for the efficiency of construction work through establishing and announcing road maps and guidelines for utilizing BIM for the entire life cycle of construction. However, in most policies, the impact of 3D data on the entire life cycle is limited by only partially constructing and utilizing 3D data or by being mentioned. In addition, many public institutions, construction companies and planning companies did not actively utilize survey information during the actual construction phase, despite the possibility of using 3D survey information. In order to confirm the utilization of survey information, a total of eight private construction companies were selected and interviewed by experts. The analysis shows that most of companies lack the performance of drone measurements or have a lack of awareness of advantages, and among them, construction companies are relatively active. Based on these opinions, this study examined the usability of surveying information and examined measures to expand the utilization of survey information in legal and institutional aspects, technology development aspects and industrial development.

지식경제부의 청정제조기반 산업원천개발사업의 일환으로 진행 중인 "초고진공펌프 개발" 과제 중 제 3 세부 과제인 "고진공펌프종합특성평가시스템 설계, 진단기술 개발" 과제에서 추진된 연구결과를 소개한다. 국내 초고진공펌프 개발 수준의 선진화를 위한 기본적인 초석 확립은 현존하는 모든 진공 발생 장치의 국제적 신뢰성이 있는 완벽한 성능평가의 구현에 있다고 할 수 있다. 크라이오펌프 및 복합분자펌프의 최종 상용화 단계에 진입하기 위한 목적으로 핵심부품의 진공, 기계적 특성평가, 운전상태 및 진공특성평가, 신뢰성 확보/공정대응성 평가를 위한 관련 기술 및 장치가 개발되었으며, 시작품 단계의 기 개발품을 평가 진단하는 사업 추진단계에 진입하고 있다. 현재 구축되고 있는 저진공/고진공펌프의 성능평가장치의 개요를 소개하면서 향후 크라이오 펌프 및 터보분자펌프의 개발 및 상용화 단계에서 필요한 국제적 규격 및 내부적 가이드라인을 기 수행되고 있는 측정 데이터베이스에 근거하여 제시하고자 한다. 또한 향후 2년간의 최종 상용화에 필요한 국제 신뢰성, 공정대응성 확보 등 핵심사업 추진내용 및 infra 구축의 상세설계 로드맵 초안을 고찰하고자 한다.

현재 홈네트워킹의 솔루션으로 제기되고 있는 것은 이더넷(Ethernet), 전화선(Phone line), 전력선(PLC), 무선랜(Wireless LAN), 블루투스(Blue tooth) 등 다양하다. 그러나 국내 홈네트워킹 시장과 기술의 진행 방향 및 잠재 시장 전망에 대한연구가 부족한 현실에서 시장 참여자들의 불 확실성은 높을 수 밖에 없다. 이에 어떤 기술이 홈네트워킹 시장을 주도할 지를 전망하는 것이 무엇보다 시급한 과제가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 홈네트워킹 유선 전송 기술분야에서 유력한 규격으로 예상되는 PLC를 중심으로 홈네트워킹의 수요를 예측하고자 한다. 홈네트워킹 시장은 홈네트워킹 장치들이 Built-in 형태로 보급되는 신규주택과 소비자의 선택에 의해 홈네트워킹 장치들이 설치되는 기존 주택 시장으로 나누어 질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 주택 시장을 대상으로 컨조인트 방법을 통한 소비자의 선호 구조를 홈네트워킹을 구현시키는 각 기술에 대한 (기술)로드맵과 결합하여 동적인 소비자의 선택을 관찰함으로써 각 기술이 확산되는 과정을 살펴볼 것이다. 추가적으로 PLC의 기술적 특징들을 가상적으로 변화시켜가면서 다른 기술과의 경쟁관계를 살펴봄으로써 PLC의 기술개발 전략에 시사점을 도출할 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 홈네트워킹의 관련 실무자에게는 향후 홈네트워킹 시장 진입이나 제품 개발, 기술 협력 제휴시 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 보인다. 또한 정부의 정책담당자들에게는 홈네트워킹 확산의 장애요인 해소를 위한 정책 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

Recently the spread which RFID technology is overcomes the limit of existing recognition technology, it is forecast with the fact that it will bring a new renovation at the business and the industrial all over. Specially the case RFID technology of Port Logistic Industry will be applied it is forecast with the fact that it will bring a many effect. The government leads introduces a RFID technology of Port Logistic Industry through the various demonstration business. But it is many with the research insufficient the depression against an actuality improvement subject and the depression of technical know-how strategy and it is difficult it is undergoing. In order to solve this problems, we propose an introduction of technical know-how Road Map that we select ranking with Existing literature investigation and the present business demand anaylsis. In the future this research it it forecast in future the successful guide line to the RFID technology introduction of Port Logistic Industry will become.

This study was conducted to examine and analyze local governments, park status, project characteristics, and the implementation in detail for private park special projects across the country as a means of responding to the sunsetting of urban parks. As a result of the analysis, first, the private park special project, was found to be mainly implemented in cities with a population of more than 100,000, so there was a limit to the application on military installations or in local small cities. Therefore, rather than applying the special system collectively, it was judged that institutional flexibility, considering the characteristics and size of local government, was needed. Second, the current special projects by the park creation donation collection method shows monotonous development centered on apartment houses, so it is necessary to diversify the development by introducing a park preservation method that purchases and donates park sites. Third, it was found that the area standard needs to be eased to less than 50,000m² to include parks with high utilization and good accessibility in urban areas of large cities, as the type and area of parks are limited. Fourth, most special projects are mountain parks, which are feared to damage the natural terrain and skyline, so separate ordinances should be established and applied, and development approaches should be made to allow nature and parks to coexist with the setting of detailed building guidelines for each type of facility. The guidelines should include, first, after the nationwide private park special projects are completed, standards for appropriate returns for similar projects should be established, institutional standards such as the recovery of excess profits should be established, and environmental reviews should be conducted. Second, it was found that local governments should institutionalize the composition of private consultations to promote the efficient management of projects through a cooperative system, and third, a roadmap for maintenance after the donation of special parks should be established.
