령추(靈樞)${\cdot}$장위(腸胃)에 대한 연구 (Study on the Jangwi of Young Chu)

  • Jangwi(腸胃) was recorded to Young Chu(靈樞)'s volume 33. Also, This Was recorded in Tae So(太素)‘s volume 10 Sindo Jangdo(身度 腸道), Gap Eul(甲乙)’s volume 2 Goldojangdojangwisosujechil(骨度腸道腸胃所受第七) and You Gyung(類經)‘s volume 4 Jangsnagyou jangwidaesojisu(臟象類 腸胃大小之數). Reason which call that it is Jangwi(腸胃) is that is describing length, width, diameter, weight, capacity, bends state of digestive organ from mouth to rectum. This chapter can not be understood in view of yin and yang five elements with Makedo(맥도), Goldo(骨度). This chapter can approach from specially viewpoint that is anatomy. Name of This chapter's terminology and position and types are very realistic. I feel pity that study does not exist about this. Therefore, I compared with comments of several doctors and modern anatomy. I believe that will be beaconed to understand This chapter.

팔회혈(八會穴)에 대(對)한 고찰(考察)

  • 소통과팔회혈적고찰(素通過八會穴的考察), 득도료여하적결론(得到了如下的結論). 기일시(其一是), ${\lceil}$령추(靈樞) 사해(四海)${\rfloor}$ 편적사해(篇的四海), 유관여(有關與) ${\lceil}$난경(難經)${\rfloor}$적팔회(的八會), 사해가분위팔회(四海可分爲八會), 양자적관계가이인위여하(兩者的關係可以認爲如下). 수곡지해부회(水穀之海府會) 장회(藏會), 혈해(血海)-혈회(血會) 맥회(脈會), 수해(髓海)-수회(髓會) 골회(骨會) 근회(筋會), 기해(氣海)-기회(氣會). 기이시(其二是), 기해여기회(氣海與氣會), 내경여난경동작단중, 이차기병증역유공통점(而且其病症亦有共通點). 기삼시(其三是), 혈회여맥회시혈해분출적(血會與脈會是血海分出的). 격유혈취시혈회, 기혈속우배유혈(其穴屬于背兪穴), 여심간비폐유관(與心肝脾肺有關). 태연혈취시맥회(太淵穴就是脈會), 기부위시촌구맥(其部位是寸口脈), 소이유관여혈(所以有關與血), 기사시(其四是), 부회중완혈시위적모혈(府會中脘穴是胃的募穴), 장회장문혈시비적모혈(藏會章門穴是脾的募穴), 소이근수곡지해적위유관. 기오시(其五是), 관찰수해적병증(觀察髓海的病症), 가이추론수해분수회골회근회(可以推論髓海分髓會骨會筋會). 관어수회적혈(關於髓會的穴), 의서불일치(醫書不一致), 단옥침혈시여뇌부위상근(但玉枕穴是與腦部位相近), 기주치증야유사(其主治證也有似), 소이이옥침혈인위수회(所以以玉枕穴認爲髓會). 관어골회혈역유양개주장(關於骨會穴亦有兩個主張), 수요갱다적연구(需要更多的硏究).

  • On this volume it is said that the general nine-acupuncture is correctly used for it. Since the structure and effect of the nine-acupuncture are difference with each other, it insist on being well-matched disease of it own on first and second chapter There is described the method of nine-acupuncture on third chapter, on fourth chapter, there is described the 12chol-acupuncture according to twelve cases, on fifth chapter, there is described the three-acupuncture according to invasion depth of pathogenic cold and on the sixth chapter, there is described the five-acupuncture used in the diseases of five zang. The these acupuncture reflect the affluence of the ways of ancient acupuncture and these contents may affect on wield influence on the development of acupuncture. Hence, to study source of acupuncture it is necessary to investigate this volume thoroughly and we try to find improved method used in clinical treatment. On this study, we try to contribute understanding the original text with translation in korean.

령추(靈樞)${\cdot}$해론(海論)에 대한 연구 (Study on the Hae Ron of the Young Chu)

  • Hae Ron(海論) was recorded to Tae So(太素)‘s volume 5 Sa-hae-hap(四海合), Gap Eul(甲乙)’s volume 1 chapter 8 Sahae(四海) and You Gyeong(類經)‘s volume 9 Gyung-lak-ryu-sam-sib-yi(經絡類三十二) Yin-ji-sa-hae(人之四海). Human body has the Sahae(四海; Gi hae, Heul hae, Sugok hae, Su hae) as like as Earth has Sahae(四海; East sea, West sea, South sea, North sea). Person's Sahae corresponds with Earth's Sahae. This chapter is explaining about Acupoint's position that Sahae's Gi-hyeol 氣血) comes in and go out, symptoms of disease, that can appear When Sahae lost homeostasis and the treatment principle, Yeong-wi-gi-hyeo(營衛氣血) enables complex vital phenomenon of human body. This Yeong-wi-gi-hyeo(營衛氣血) can not move if there is no systematic O-jang yuk-bu(五臟六腑), Sip-yi-gyeong-maek (十二經脈)) and Gi-gyeong-pal-maek (奇經八脈). For these system batch, it is Sahae do most important part. Sahae is synthetic and systematic concept. This chapter is explaining the position and function. Together, This chapter is presenting symptoms and treatment principle that can appear when Sahae overbalanced. This is offering important clue in Korean medicine physiology and pathology phenomeno study. Therefore, I gathers and compares and analyzed commentese of several doctors to grasp difinitely this chapter's contents, and also investigated and translated.
