  • 비대칭 배리어 방법으로 설계된 견인용 매입형 영구자석동기전동기(IPMSM)에 대한 최대토크 제어기법을 Simplorer기반 시뮬레이션해석에 의해 고찰한다. 그리고 레졸버와 R/D 컨버터를 이용하여 회전자의 절대위치를 검출하고, 이를 위한 절대 위치 검출회로 및 제어보드를 제작하여 이에 대한 유효성을 실험을 통해 성능을 확인한다.

  • 다중동력시스템용 전기자동차의 구동에 있어 부하가 적은 경우 한 대의 모터로만 운전을 하고, 경사로의 등판이나 화물의 양이 증가해 부하가 커지는 경우 하나의 엑슬에 결합된 두 개의 IPMSM모터를 사용하여 병렬형 인버터로 제어한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 인버터는 벡터제어 알고리즘 및 레졸버 위치센서를 적용하여 설계하였고 인버터 2개를 병렬 연결하여 Master와 Slave로 나눠 최적화 부하 분담 패턴으로 제어되도록 구현하였다. 제안된 제어기의 특성분석을 위해 PSIM시뮬레이션을 수행하였고, 제안된 방법의 유용성을 검증하였다.

  • In this paper, the variable speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor driven by a sinusoidal PWM inverter based on maximun torque sensitivity is presented. The developed torque or speed control is achieved by the field orientation technique. For the field orientation, the resolver is used as the rotor positioning sensor mounted on the motor shaft without pull-out of the synchonism at any speed. To show the validity of proposed control method, the simulation and experimental results are provided. The advantages of the proposed control method are to achieve the fast current and speed responses.

  • This paper proposes a new vector control method using two rectangular hall sensors instead of using the expensive encoder and resolver. The proposed method estimates the speed and motor position by using the quadruple of two hall sensors signals instead of encoder signal. The proposed new speed estimation method is stable under the rated speed range. This algorithm will be able to moderate prices of the whole system and apply to the condition unfitted with encoder and resolver.

  • Position information is very important when driving the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM). Generally, resolver is used to obtain exact position information. However, it generates periodic position errors due to the transformer ratio difference and excitation signal distortion. When the vector control is done with the position information that includes position error, torque ripple is generated from time to time. This paper proposes the solution through analysis of above problem. Also, it's validity is verified by simulation and experiment.

  • BLDC 전동기는 AC서보 일종으로 스위칭 소자를 이용한 인버터 회로를 통해 정류하므로 정류 시 회전자의 위치 정보를 회전자에 홀 센서나 레졸버와 같은 위치 센서를 부착하여 위치 정보를 얻는다. 위치 센서는 전동기 가격 및 크기를 증가시키고 구조를 복잡하게 만들기에 위치 검출 센서 없이 구동하는 센서리스 구동 방법이 최근 많이 연구되고 있다. 센서리스 구동 방법에 가장 많이 쓰는 방법이 역기전력을 이용하는 것이다. 역기전력을 이용하는 경우 전동기가 고속으로 회전 시 비교적 잘 적용되지만 정지 상태에 있거나 저속에서 운전 시, 역기전력이 충분히 크지 않을 경우 적용이 어려운 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 BLDC 전동기의 3상 중 2상의 단자전압을 이용하여 센서리스 구동 방법을 제안한다. 정지 상태에서의 회전자 위치 파악은 DC링크 단에 전류 센서를 사용하여 초기 위치를 파악하고 한상의 단자전압을 검출하여 각 상의 여자 시점을 결정하여 초기 구동함으로써 기존의 다른 센서리스 회로의 간략화와 효율적이고 구현이 간단하며 무엇보다 가격전인 측면에서 여타의 방법에 비해 유리하다.

  • In a switched reluctance motor drive, it is important to synchronize the stator phase excitation with the rotor position, Therefore the position of rotor is an essential information. Although high resolution optical encoder/resolvers we used to provide a precise position information, these sensors are expensive. And switching angles synchronizing using sensorless technique has some problems like a reliability and fluctuating of the preset value in the high-speed region, which is caused by the sampling period of the microprocessor. In this paper, a low cost analog encoder suitable for practical applications is proposed. And the control algorithm to generate switching signals using a simple digital logic is presented. The validity of the proposed analog encoder with a proper logic controller is verified from the experiments.

  • This paper introduces a indirect rotor position and speed estimation algorithm for the SRM(switched reluctance motor) sensorless control based on the sliding mode observer and evolutionary programming The information of position and speed is generally provided by encoder or resolve. However, the position sensor not only adds complexity, cost and size to the whole drive system, but also causes limitation for industrial applications. In this paper, in order to eliminate the position sensor, indirect position sensing, indirect position sensing method using sliding mode observer is used for SRM drives. But if sliding mode observer parameters are selected to be large, the corresponding rapid changes of estimated position and velocity result in chattering phenomenon. Therefore in order to reduce the chattering, this observer parameters are optimized by evolutionary programming. And PID controller is also optimized to track precisely for the SRM using evolutionary programming.

  • This paper deals with an optimal angle error reduction method of magnetic hall sensor using hall effect elements with yoke. The magnetic position sensor is required to generate ideal sine and cosine waveforms from its hall effect elements according to rotation angle for precise angle information. However, the output signals are easy to include harmonics due to uneven magnetic field distribution from disturbance in the vicinity of hall effect elements. Thus, The paper studies a way which makes sine and cosine waveforms robust in disturbance and reduces harmonics by installing a yoke around Hall effect elements. The angle detection simulation for the magnetic hall sensor is performed by 3 dimensional finite element method and Taguchi method, one of the design of experiments. For the Taguchi method, three design parameters related to position of hall effect elements and shape of hall effect element yoke are selected.

  • This paper studies particularly applicable method for sensorless PM BLDC motor drive system. The waveform of the motor internal voltages(or back emf) contains a fundamental and higher order frequency harmonics. Therefore the third harmonic component is extracted from the stator phase voltage. The resulting third harmonic signal keeps a constant phase relationship with the rotor flux for any motor speed and load condition. Also because of low resolution of estimated signal obtained by the proposed sensorless algorithm, to improve the wide range of speed response characteristic more exactly, we propose the rotor position signal synthesizer using PLL circuit based on estimated signals. Some experimental results are provided to demonstrate the validity of the proposed control method.
