레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동이 새로운 여가트렌드로 떠오름에 따라 스포츠 및 관광산업 활성화를 위하여 지상, 수상, 항공레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 여가만족이 웰니스에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 지상, 수상, 항공 레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 여가만족(교육적 만족, 사회적 만족, 긴장이완, 신체적 만족, 심미적만족)은 지상, 수상, 항공레저스포츠 관광활동에 참여하는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내었으며, 지상, 수상, 항공 레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 웰니스(신체적 웰니스, 사회적 웰니스, 정신적 웰니스, 지적 웰니스, 정서적 웰니스)는 지상, 수상, 항공레저스포츠 관광활동에 참여하는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 지상, 수상, 항공 레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 여가만족은 웰니스에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 여가 관광의 기능이 활성화되고 해양활동에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 주로 어업의 대상으로 여겨지던 해양공간이 관광자원으로서의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, 여가활동 및 가족단위 관광활동의 증가로 인하여 해양환광활동에 대한 국민적 관심이 높아지면서 해양레저에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 우리나라 해양레저활동의 현실은 시설 및 프로그램이 활성화되지 못하고 있으며, 기존의 낚시나 유선사업의 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 현재 해양레저활동자 조차도 바다에 관한 깊은 이해와 일정수준의 기술 및 노하우를 가지지 못한 상황이며, 레저보트가 접근할 수 있는 지역의 정보 부족으로 근거리의 단순한 경로만을 반복적으로 운항하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하고 요트항해에 필요한 다양한 정보의 제공에 대응하여 해양레저활동을 위한 레저항로를 부산지역을 중심으로 제안하였다.

현대사회가 여가 중심형으로 변화하면서 개인의 건강과 삶의 질 향상에 많은 관심을 보이게 되었다. 특히 관광과 결합된 레저스포츠 참여에 대한 만족, 지속의도, 레크리에이션 전문화, 웰니스 간의 관계에 대해서 연구하자 한다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 만족은 지속의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 만족은 전문화에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 만족은 웰니스에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 지속의도는 웰니스에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 전문화는 웰니스에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 지속의도는 웰니스에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다.

This study analyzed the recreational scuba diving regulations in Korea and other foreign countries and it proposes five changes to improve the Act On The Safety, Promotion, Etc. Of Underwater Leisure Activities in Korea. First, "recreational underwater activity participant" should be modified to refer to 'an individual or group of individuals entering into a contract with a recreational underwater activity businessperson for their own use'. Second, the person setting up the recreational underwater activity zone should be expanded to 'recreational underwater activity businessperson and/or recreational underwater activity participant'. Third, since recreational technical diving uses nitrox or mixed gas, a clause should be added that a sticker or band clearly indicating the type of gas should be attached. Fourth, a Surface Marker Buoy (SMB) should be added to the diving equipment, and the daily management and maintenance of cylinders should be specified in detail. Fifth, it is necessary to specify in the Act that recreational underwater activity participants are encouraged to purchase diving insurance for their own use. In addition, for the safety of underwater activity participants, the Act must specifically state the emergency procedures and diving guidelines of a recreational underwater activity businessperson.

본 논문에서는 재난안전교육에 대한 접근성과 기회를 확대하고 시간적 제약을 해소할 수 있는 재난안전교육 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 최근 레저활동을 즐기는 사람들이 증가하였고, 이를 가지고 여러 기관과 단체는 사회문제 또는 특수한 목적을 달성하기 위해 레저활동을 기반으로 하는 여러 프로그램과 행사 등을 진행하고 있다. 이러한 활동 중 '플로깅'은 달리기를 하는 사람들에게 달리기 활동에 쓰레기를 줍는 활동을 녹여 자연스럽게 쓰레기를 줍도록 만들었다. 위와 같은 사례를 응용해 레저활동을 기반으로 하는 재난안전교육 방안을 제안한다. 본 연구의 모델을 통해 재난안전교육에 대한 접근성과 기회가 확대될 것이며, 사람들은 레저활동을 즐기며 자연스레 재난안전교육을 받게 될 것이다. 또한 재난 안전에 대한 인식이 늘고, 활동의 전이 및 확산을 통해 타인까지도 재난안전교육의 현장으로 이끌어 올 것을 기대할 수 있다.

By becoming 21st century which run be charactered as highly industrialized society which spreads diversification and individualization, there have been elevation of income level and increase of time for leisure activity by introducing 5 working days system. And this brings out increasing of aquatic leisure activity population and the contents of the leisure becomes very active. Static indoor activity which was the main current of the leisure activity in the past, however, it is now called for outdoor activity accompanied by the society growth and even expands towards that people get into action and experience by their own free will. With this point of view, the aquatic leisure run become a safe activity. But with a rapid growth of aquatic leisure activity, safety concerns become a serious problem. To prevent safety accident, training should be given, safety inspection and registration should be requested, and strong support of system is needed so users can have an insurance for safety accident. These complements are necessary for overall nourishment and management measure to charge in systematical safety for the users.

연안 어족자원의 감소, 노령화로 치닫는 어촌인구구조 그리고 어선감척사업 등으로 인하여 어항 또는 항만 등 인프라의 활용도가 저하되고 있어 기능재정비가 요구된다. 반면 해양레저활동에 대한 수요는 급증하고 있으나, 레저선박을 위한 기반시설 마련에는 막대한 재원이 소요되기에 사업화에 어려움이 잇다. 이 연구에서는 해양레저활동 기반시설로서 어항 또는 항만을 어떻게 활용하는 것이 바람직한지 그리고 레저를 즐기는 집단과 지역주민 사이의 갈등해소에 대한 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

레저 활동의 범위가 점차 해양으로 이동함에 따라 요트, 카약, 보트 등 수상레저기구운항의 증가는 괄목상대 할 만 한 상황이지만, 항계 내에 위치한 마리나를 기반으로 성장하고 있는 해양레저스포츠는 개항질서법, 수상레저안전법 등에 의해 활동금지 또는 상당한 제약 속에서 음성적이며, 변형적으로 발전되고 있으며 정부기관에서 조차 단순 제재이외의 대안모색에 대한 활동이 미비한 가운데 안전한 해양레포츠 발전을 위해 현 상황에 대한 연구와 관계 법령 검토를 통해 대안을 제시한다.

최근 자연환경과 스포츠를 활용한 스포츠 관광의 활성으로 도심지를 벗어나 그 외의 지역으로 여행을 떠나는 레저스포츠 중심의 관광 형태로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 흐름에 따라 본 연구는 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참가자들의 참가정도가 몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 한다. 레저스포츠 유형에 따른 몰입의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 참가정도가 오래될수록 몰입도 또한 높아지고 있었다. 마지막으로 레저스포츠 관광활동의 참여정도는 몰입의 하부요인에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions to improvement directions of related regulations for water leisure activation. In order to accomplish such study purpose, the study utilized a survey methodology with 205 water leisure participants and 117 water leisure business employees. In addition, this study attempted to review the license and education system, registration and inspection system and business organizations from the advanced countries such as US, British, Australia and Japan. Accordingly, following findings were derived from current study. First, the problems of current license system included difficulty of operating the system and deficiency of operating organizations, and the improvement directions included expansion of education organizations and differentiation of education based on levels. Second, the improvement directions of registration and inspection included simplification of registration procedures and expansion of registration and inspection organizations. Third, difficulties perceived by business employees included complexity of entry and departure, complexity of registrating water leisure business and insufficiency of supporting business policies. In conclusion, water leisure related regulations including Water Leisure Safety Act need to be reformed continuously to reflect changing demands and needs from participants and business sectors.
