This study investigates the parameters that affect the choice of Korean medical services, as well as the relationship between the cultural characteristics and the behavioral intention to use Korean medical services. The cultural characteristics of Chinese and Russian individuals have an impact on the national image and image of Korea's medical services, and that this affects their behavioral intention to use Korean medical services. Nevertheless, there were differences among the cultural characteristics, in terms of specific elements. Among Chinese individuals, the national image is affected by 'power distance', 'individualism-collectivism', and 'long-term orientation'; for Russians, it is affected by 'individualism-collectivism', 'power distance', 'uncertainty avoidance', and 'long-term orientation'. On the other hand, for Chinese, the image of Korean medical services is affected by 'power distance' and 'long-term orientation', while for Russians it is affected by 'power distance' and 'uncertainty avoidance'. These in turn influence their behavioral intention to use Korean medical services. As such, by recognizing these cultural properties, and by designing and offering suitable services with these in mind, Korean medical institutions can nurture among foreign visitors greater satisfaction and a desire to revisit.

The rapid melting of Arctic sea ice has increased interest in the Northern Sea Route (NSR) as a viable alternative trade route between Europe and Asia. While extensive research has examined its competitiveness in terms of technical feasibility, safety, profitability, and environmental impact, the topic of the NSR ports remains relatively underrepresented in the literature. Hence, this study aims to contribute to the existing research by assessing the efficiency of 17 NSR ports to gain insights into their operations and identify areas for improvement using models of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA). The obtained results show that efficient ports mainly belong to the western NSR region, with ports like Murmansk and Varandei consistently demonstrating high efficiency and constant returns to scale. Several ports, such as Onega, Arkhangelsk, Naryan-Mar, and Khatanga, showed inefficiencies in the utilization of berths and quay lengths. The findings not only contribute to academic knowledge but also offer practical implications for NSR port authorities, assisting them in making well-informed decisions regarding infrastructure development plans.

수학과 7차교육과정에서 가장 중요하게 생각하는 점이 수준별 단계형 교육과정이다. 특히, 수준별교육과정이 가장 핵심적인 역할을 하고 있다. 이에 따라 교육과정이 기본형, 심화형, 보충형으로 구분하여 제시하고 있는 실정이다 이러한 교육과정에 따라 수학교과서가 수준별이라는 큰 틀 안에서 구성되어졌다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만, 실제 교육현장에서 현재 출판된 수학교과서에서는 이러한 교육과정의 이상을 충분히 반영하고 있다고 보기 어렵다고 교사들이 느끼고 있다. 이러한 현실에서 새로운 교육과정에서는 이러한 이상을 충분히 고려한 수학교과서가 요구되어지고 있으며, 이러한 요구에 부합한 러시아의 실험 교과서를 바탕으로 하여 고등학교 수학I 수열단원을 중심으로 개인차를 고려한 새로운 교과서의 한 모형을 개발하여 제시하고자 한다.

Last deportation area was Maritime Province of Central Asia. The studied village is situated about 130km west in Vladivostok. Central Asia has a lot of unfavorable conditions than other area and there is cold area. Such climate is hard to do agriculture. Therefore, koryo people's life was very hard. In this study, investigated koryo people's life who overcome bad climate and develops new agriculture. Also, whether koryo people keep farm village how, and make the village by some method. Study finding following contents could know. Need specific to make village for fixing that is Koryo people's of Russia Maritime Province. Also, need governmental active support and support for village le ader's systematic upbringing and agriculture activation. Need agropolitics and various agricultures, stockb reeding educational programs construction.

2019년 2월 28일 용호부두에서 러시아 화물선이 예선을 사용하지 않고 출항하면서 계류 요트와 1차 충돌하고 이어 2차로 광안대교와 충돌하였다. 선박의 진행에 따라 전심의 위치가 변하며, 특히 예선을 사용할 때는 전심의 위치가 달라지게 된다. 조선자가 예선의 도움을 받는 상황에서 의도하는 조종을 하기 위해서는 예선의 예항력의 크기와 전심의 위치 그리고 속력을 고려하여야 한다. 본 고에서는 예선지원여부와 접이안 자세에 따른 선박조종법을 소개하고, 안전조선 대책을 제시하였다.

Cruiser Dmitri Donskoi was constructed in 1895. During the Russo-Japanese War (1904-1905), she was damaged in an attack by Japanese destroyers at the battle of Tsushima, and scuttled in the east sea of Ulleungdo, Korea Peninsula on the 29th May 1905. In 2003, Dmitri Donskoi was found at the distance of 2 km off the east coast of Ulleung Island and at the depth of 400 m. Archival research was performed as the preliminary study for investigating the sunken ship.

The purpose of this paper lies in the comparison of the body types between the subjects of Korean women in their 60's living in Russia and China. The findings are as follows. 1. The comparison of 80 items in physical measurements between the Korean women in their 60's living in Russia and China resulted in the differences in 57 items. While the height items including stature between them showed negligible differences, most of the length items relating to width, thickness, circumference, and obesity showed differences, which were big. 2. The analysis by using the physical measurements showed the differences in the number of the elements constituting the body types of the Korean women in their 60's, as 13 for those living in Russia and 11 for those living in China. 3. The cluster analysis for the comparison of the body types of each group, by categorizing the body types, produced three types for both groups. Koreans living in Russia were grouped as those with the short stature and light weight, the medium stature and medium weight, and the tall stature and heavy weight. Koreas living in China were classified as those with the short stature and medium weight, the tall stature and light weight, and the tall stature and heavy weight.

In this article we study on a mathematics(geometry) textbook which is written for the purpose of considering student's individual difference by famous russian author V. A. Gusev. We analyze text and exercise of the experimental textbook, form and extract some didactical ideas that help us to design individualized mathematics classroom activities with students.

최근 국내에서는 북한의 사이버 테러로 추정되는 전산망 해킹(APT공격)사건과 더불어 하나의 전자전으로서 GPS 재밍 사건들이 인천 등 서해에서 다수 발생되어 왔다. 즉, 이러한 GPS 재머는 러시아 등에서 유출되는 간단한 장비에서부터 치명적인 대규모 전파공격까지 다양한 형태가 발생될 수 있다. 특히 GPS 정보를 사용하는 선박의 AIS 정보는 다수의 선박으로부터 전송되는 정보로서 재밍 대응 가능한 고가의 장비를 선박측에서 탑재하기 어려우며, 송신지가 인근 북한의 경우 국내에서 근원지를 탐지하더라도 대응이 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 GPS 교란의 지능화된 여러 공격 형태를 파악하고, 해상교통관제 시스템에서 자체적으로 실시간 대응할 수 있는 방안을 검토하여 시스템 설계에 반영 하고, 관제사의 실시간 인지를 통한 혼란을 방지하며, 선박에 해당 교란 정보를 제공함으로서 능동적인 관제 방안을 제시한다. 실제적으로 재밍에 대응하는 시스템 설계가 관제에 효율적인 방안인지 확인되어야 하며, 국가적으로도 VTS 서비스의 안전성을 보장하는 기술개발로 진화가 고려되어야 한다.

수출의존도가 높은 한국은 코로나19 팬데믹, 우크라이나-러시아 전쟁 등 대외환경의 변화에 따른 수출 여건에 민감할 수 밖에 없는 환경이다. 이에 발 빠르게 대응하기 위해 정확한 수출증감률 예측이 필요하며 이를 가장 잘 수행할 수 있는 예측모델을 찾고자 한다. 수출에 영향을 끼치는 주요변수 선정 후, min-max 정규화를 시행하고 변수간 상관계수와 다중공선성 확인을 통해 변수를 축소했다. 그리고 머신러닝 예측모델로 많이 사용되는 Linear Regression, Decision Tree, Gradient Boost Regressor, Random Forest 4가지 모델에 대입하여 수출 증감률 예측 정확도를 비교했다. 그 결과, Linear Regression의 MSE가 0.087로 가장 낮아 제일 우수한 모델이라는 결론에 도달했다.
