In October 2005, the Russian government started an investigation if safeguard measures against the importation of Korean sodium cyanide products could be taken. With Russia being a non-WTO member country, the Korean side found themselves in different situation from previous negotiation cases with developed or WTO member countries. Although several elements of trade negotiation theories such as goal setting, bargaining power, and relationship could apply, new constraints of limited information access and uncertainty of administrative procedures should be overcome. Combination of the governmental negotiation, assistance of the Russian consumer group, and the application of related laws led the Russian authority to dismiss the case. I suggest that there be some built-in channels for gathering information of non-WTO member countries.

지금 세계는 미국, 러시아, 유럽 등 우주강국들의 '제2의 우주전쟁'이라고 할 수 있는 'GPS 개발 경쟁'이 치열하다. 미국은 전 세계를 대상으로 GPS(Global Positioning System) 서비스를 무료로 제공하고 있기 때문에 세계 모든 나라가 이를 이용하고 있다. 지난 2월 26일에는 러시아 국방부가 글로벌위성항법시스템 (GNSS: Global Navigation Satellite System)인 글로나스(GLONASS) 구축을 위해 23번째 통신위성(GLONASS-K)을 정상궤도에 쏘아 올렸다. 글로나스는 미국의 위성위치확인시스템 GPS와 동일한 러시아판 GPS다. 러시아는 글로벌위성항법시스템 완성을 위해 올해 중 24번째의 인공위성을 쏘아 올려 24개의 인공위성과 2개의 예비위성을 모두 갖추고 운영할 예정이다. 그렇다면 세계는 왜 이토록 위치 확인에 관심을 쏟으며 경쟁을 벌이고 있는 것일까?

제 7차 교육과정을 비롯하여, 많은 연구들에서 ‘수요자를 중심의 교육’, 즉 학습자의 개별적인 인지적 특성, 수학적 흥미, 재능을 고려하는 수학 교육을 위해 다양한 접근 방법이 모색되고 있다. 1980년대 말 이후부터 러시아에서도 이러한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 러시아의 중학교(7-9학년) 수학 교육에서 제시하는 다양한 유형(일반 학생들을 위한 제1유형, 제 2유형, 수학 심화 교육과정)의 교육과정들을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 러시아에서는 교육과정 수준에서 어떤 개별적 접근 방법을 시도하고 있는가를 분석하여, 수학교육의 개별적 접근을 위한 기초 연구를 제공할 것이다.

노동자 농민이 주체가 되는 세상 공산주의가 몰락하고 자본주의로 급진전향하면서 한때 혼란과 IMF를 겪는 등 어려움은 있었으나 스라브 민족적 저력과 엄청난 부존자원(석유, 가스)의 뒷받침으로 러시아 경제는 2003년도 GNP 7% 성장, 2004년도 상반기 200억불의 무역흑자와, 서방선진국 회원이 되는 등, 신속히 안정과 성장의 자리 매김을 하고 있다. 현재 러시아에는 서방선진 투자가들이 러시아의 상대적 저임금과 미래성장가능성에 대비 마지막 기회의 땅으로 보고 시장 선점차원에서 많은 투자가 이루어지고 있다. (중략)

In Korea, management support has been given at the government level for activities to attract foreign patients. China and Russia ranked on top of the lists for in-bound medical tourists. The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of medical tourists in Korea, the demand for information, and the level of satisfaction regarding their experiences. 100 cases of medical tourists from China and Russia were collected through the mail survey. While Chinese used beauty, skin-care related products, Russian experienced the grocery shopping and wellness related services. Most patients from both nationalities experienced the traditional food in Korea and wanted to know about beauty products. Chinese wanted to get more information about Korean traditional food Russian. Finally, Russian showed higher overall satisfaction scores than Chinese respondents. If we reflect these results as a contents, it can be useful to attract foreign patients.

Since the Soviet Union collapsed, Russia has been aggressively seeking a role and place in the U.S.-led international order. Russia conditionally cooperated with the U.S. global policy, efforts to protect and expand the national interests in Post-soviet region. In this context, Post-soviet space is the arena of the struggle among the world powers. Especially in Ukraine as the Axis power of Post-soviet space, hegemony conflicts so called 'New Cold War' between Russia and western powers including U.S. have appeared. This paper examines what are Russian military security strategy and policy, how these come to fruition in Ukraine, what are important factors of complications and its aspect.
