The Korean radio broadcasting system is analog. Digital Radio will transmit a digital signal to existing analog FM/AM. It provides clear sound quality, traffic information, weather information and various value-added services. In addition, the converted digital radio will be able to meet demand to growing demand for analog FM. DRM + is an area to place, depending on the frequency of usage to less interference can be placed anywhere. In this paper, DRM + system, a brief description, and is currently using the frequency status were described, accordingly DRM + candidate channel derived measures proposed, the existing analog broadcast and DRM + of interference effects through the simulation has been verified.

Sudden natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, heavy rainfall, etc., which come without warning, often threaten our lives and property, so it is important to spread the disaster quickly and accurately. Thus, in this paper, we present a method for the activating of FM radio receiver chip embedded in smartphone to receive disaster broadcasting in case of disaster. One is to investigate the roles and limits in a domestic disaster broadcasting system and disaster relay broadcasting by media, and the other is to present the method for the activation of smartphone FM radio receiver chip by conduct an expert survey.

This study tried to examine the transfiguration process of cable broadcasting business in the early 1960s of Korea. Especially, on the basis of a critical mind of examining autonomy of cable broadcasting operator as agent, this paper examined not only the technical and financial business management, and the drawing up of a program, but also business plans of the National Cable Broadcasting Association in initial establishment time of 1960s.

Recently n Korea, the House of Commons and terrestrial broadcasting facilities integrated with FM radio and the satellite compulsory was amended to transfer MATV(Master Antenna Television) adjusted by SMATV(Satellite Master Antenna Television). While the SMATV was accepted by default in most other countries, our county did not accept it as the default for broadcast. Because domestic cable and satellite television service providers are conflicts with their interest. bAs a result, the hybrid amplifier for SMATV technology development and volume production for the state is insufficient. Therefore, terrestrial television broadcast bands (54 ~ 806Mhz) and FM radio broadcast band (88 ~ 108Mhz) band satellite with (950 ~ 2150Mhz) to amplify the development of a broadband amplifier with subsequent resolution of problems is also presented in this study.
