In this paper, I present an approach to implement a real-time video transceiver using software-defined radio (SDR). Through this, it is expected that it will be able to lower the access threshold and provide new perspectives and insights to researchers who want to study the recently spotlighted Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) and implement it through SDR devices and open software.

해마다 규모와 열기를 더해가는 파리국제도서전은 말 그대로 책에 대한 열정을 표출하는 만남의 장이다. 이번 도서전에 관련된 TV 프로그램만 120회, 라디오방송이 300회, 신문.잡지의 기사는 1400건이나 된다니 프랑스인들의 남다른 관심에 놀아울 뿐이다.

본 논문은 FM 라디오 방송중의 오디오 신호를 블록단위로 음악 및 음성을 검출하는 알고리즘에 대한 것으로, 이를 기반으로 방송중의 노래(가요, 팝, 클래식‥‥)만을 자동으로 인식하여 녹음하는 알고리즘을 개발한다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 제안되었던 것[1-4]과 같이 단지 음악과 음성을 구분함과 동시에 음악구간의 논리적 조합으로 이루어진 노래를 자동으로 인식하여 녹음하는 것을 알고리즘의 최종 목표로 한다. 알고리즘의 접근 역시 기존의 음소단위의 모델링을 거치는 GMM 기반의 접근이 아니기 때문에 모델링에 대한 훈련과정이 필요 없고, 시간영역에서의 오디오신호가 가지고 있는 직관적인 특징을 분석함으로써 비교적 적은 연산으로 실시간 구현이 가능하다.

This study, by proposing a case study of community radio, attempts to expand the horizon of academic and social discussion on the medium that has been disproportionately skewed towards discourses on alternative media, technology, and programming content. As residents of local community actively participate in the production process, they reconstruct their cultural identities. In that sense, community radio is a medium that makes it possible the re-negotiation and reconfiguration of cultural identities of local residents. That is to say, a case study on the specific ways in which community residents appropriate community radio in reconstructing their identities offers us some entry points where we may come up with a new perspective on the identity of community radio. The results of fieldwork show that community radio, as it is closely intertwined with the residents' participatory cultural practices, is a medium of 'lived culture' -i.e., a medium that contributes to the making of civility, communitarianism, and social network. Community radio, then, may be redefined as an interactive medium that contributes to the formation of social rapport and solidarity.

Recently, the transition from conventional analog broadcasting to digital broadcasting has been proceeding as a result of the advance in digital multimedia broadcasting technique. In radio broadcasting, Eureka-147 DAB(Digital Audio Broadcasting) was decided as the standard system of digital radio broadcasting in Korea. In addition to CD quality audio, a variety of data services and excellent performance in mobile reception can be served by DAB, and DAB was evolved into DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) in Korea for the purpose of emphasizing moving picture multimedia service by DAB. In case of digital broadcasting, it is absolutely essential to measure the BER(Bit Error Rate) in the received signal in order to evaluate the coverage obtained by a transmitter and the quality of the received signal. In this paper, we propose efficient subchannel data structure and BER measurement algorithm. and then verify it by laboratory experiments. With a proposed method, the synchronization for BER measurement is easily obtained and especially the exact results can be obtained by classifying the lost bits which are included in the reception-failed CIFs(Common Interleaved Frame) into errors. This makes the proposed BER measurement system especially appropriate to DMB in which the frequent changes in channel status caused by mobile reception environment exist.

현대 사회에서 기하급수적으로 증가하는 방송 및 통신 시스템으로 인해 무선 주파수 자원의 고갈이 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 가장 중요한 문제는 대부분의 주파수 분배 상황을 살펴보았을 때 거의 모든 주파수 대역이 고정 할당 되어있고, 특히 양질의 서비스를 제공 할 수 있는 주파수 대역에는 여분의 주파수가 거의 없다는 것이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 유휴 주파수를 사용하는 인지 라디오(Cognitive Radio)기술이 주목 받고 있다. 이 기술을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 채널 센싱과 채널 변경 기법의 연구가 필수적이다. 따라서 본고에서는 현재까지 진행된 인지 라디오 요소 기술에 대해 알아보고, 표준안을 살펴봄으로써 인지 라디오 기술의 동향을 알아보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 2014년도 몽골에 구축된 지진조기경보시스템(EDWS : Earthquake Disaster Warning System)을 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 방안에 대하여 연구하였으며 우리나라 기업에서 구축 운영 중인 몽골 지진조기경보시스템은 VHF망과 위성망을 이용하여 재난 상황 발생 시 즉각적으로 옥외 경보방송과 TV, 라디오를 이용하여 상황을 전파 할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다. 그러나 울란바토르 시내 중심부에는 많은 관공서와 사무실, 극장, 쇼핑몰, 아파트 등이 밀집되어 있어 실내에서 재난경보 방송을 청취하기가 쉽지 않아 재난경보 사각 지대 및 음영지역이 존재하는 상태이다. 본 연구를 통해 정부 유관기관 및 인구밀집지역 건물 내부에 효과적인 옥내경보방송 방법을 제시하여 각종 재난 재해시 경보방송의 활용성을 높이고 몽골 정부기관과 대형 공공 건물에 의무적으로 옥내경보방송 장치 설치를 유도하여 보다 효율적인 경보방송 시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

This study is intended to find out how production people have been creating senior radio program. For this purpose, the study set up the three research questions and employed in-depth interviews with ten production people: First, production people find out senior radio listeners who have been very royal attendance of the program for a long time. And they examined senior listeners prefer to listen about health care, information about elderly life and singing contest. They have been made para-social interaction with master of ceremonies (MC). Second, unlike other radio program, the senior radio program has concentrated on the radio station's image and public interest rather than financial profit and viewing rate. Normally, it was known that radio program for senior used carried on break of the day. But some program has been broadcasted on prime time in the afternoon. Target audience of senior radio program has been expanded over the forties and the fifties from sixties. Thirdly, in general the role of producer is critically important to produce program. However, MC and scriptwriter are far more experienced and specialized on the field than producer in radio program for senior.
