Genetic Diversity and Phenetic Relationship of Dill (Anethum graveolens L.) by rps16-trnK DNA Sequences (rps16-trnK DNA 서열에 의한 딜(Anethum graveolens L.)의 유전적 다양성과 유전 관계)

  • Dill (Anethum graveolens L.) is an annual herb with a long history and it is mainly used as a spice and as a medicine that is effective as a digestive aid, a sedative, and a narcotic, and that helps remove bad breath. Dill grows wild in the districts along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, West Asia, China, and Korea. An estimate of the phylogenetic relationships within dill accessions in 20 countries was inferred using data from the rps16-trnK3-intergenic spacer. The aligned data sets for dill ranged from 747 to 779 nucleotides (bp) as a result of the differences in the insert/delete nucleotides. The sequence variation within the dill accessions was mostly due to nucleotide substitutions, although several small insertions and deletions can be found. Among 100 accessions from 20 countries, the Eastern Asia accessions were more closely related to the North American accessions than to the Central Asia and European accessions. Although some accessions were not congruent completely with geographical locations, the dill accessions with rps16-trnK analysis resulted in plants with better-resolved clades.

  • The effective ratio of the concrete delivery cylinder has meaning which is important in the performance analysis of stationary concrete pump. But, from experiment or test of most it assumes the effective ratio of the concrete delivery cylinder simply to 90${\sim}$95% level and it is applying. It will follow hereupon and it will be able to grasp the performance of stationary concrete pump by mistake. So we confirm a discharge quantity per time consequently and with, accurately to measure the effective ratio of the concrete delivery cylinder there is a necessity which it will analyze. Experimental resultant existing presumed it apppeared with the fact that it is visible the low-end 70${\sim}$75% level which it sees.

Determination of Phosphatidylcholine in Korea Functional Foods Containing Lecithins using HPLC with Evaporative Light-Scattering Detector (ELSD) (ELSD를 이용한 레시틴중의 포스파티딜콜린의 분석)

  • Lecithin is a naturally occurring group of phospholipids found in nearly every living cell and has been widely used as the ingredient of functional foods. Lecithin has high content of phosphatidylcholine(PC), pharmaceutical material which promotes metabolism through the cell membrane. This study was carried out to improve the present inconvenient analytical method of PC in law for health & functional foods. The commodities used in this experiment, were two kinds of egg yolk and eight kinds of soybean lecithin functional foods. PC was separated with isocratic elution with hexane : isopropanol : D.W (30:60:8) through silica column (2.1$\times$150 mm) by HPLC with Evaporative Light-Scattering Detector (ELSD). The flow rate of the eluent was 0.5 ml/mim and infect volume was 10ul. The neubilizer temperature of detector was $60^{\circ}C$, drift tube temperature of that was $75^{\circ}C$ and gas flow was 30 psi. Quantification was carried out by external standardization. Limit of quantification was 0.15ppm. Lecithin contents of egg yolk and soybean Products were > $66\%$ and > $81\%$), respectively. Phosphatidylcholine contents of egg yolk and soybean products were > $74\%$ and > $18\%$, respectively.
