Convergence Formulation studies of Diagnostic Ultrasound Transmission Media:focusing on the manufacturing costs and rheology (초음파전파매개물의 융복합 제형 연구 :제조비용, 윤활성에 대하여)

  • In this study, by combining a unique purpose and additional aspects of ultrasonic transmission media, a development potential on a new ultrasonic transmission media was sought. The rheological characteristics and the manufacturing cost for each manufactured formulation were compared and analysed with ready-made. An ultrasonic transmission media is to have different functional characteristics according to the following formulation, it was the best in rheological value, low viscosity emulsion with the oil gel. Polymer hydro gel is can be manufactured at low cost compared to other formulations. Emulsion which shows a sharp viscosity difference according to the components of oil and water had a big difference in manufacturing cost. This study can be utilized as the fundamental data on the ultrasound transmission media equipped with expertise in various areas of ultrasound.

  • The technological innovation of IT manufacturing firms is the competitive tool for them to survive in the environment of an intensive competition. This technological innovation is critical in the survival of IT companies, but various factors should be considered to embody technological innovation effect. This paper aims to identify the determinant factors of the outcome which influence the technological innovation based on the IT companies, and set up a model for measuring technological innovation effect. A hypothesis was established for the impact relation between technological innovation effect, cooperative relation and government support level, which was verified through the structural equation model(SEM). As a result, the cooperation of IT companies and the governmental support affect the effectiveness of technological innovation. Eventually, government support for IT manufacturing firms derive business collaboration and continuous support is needed.

A Study on Support Plans for Human Resources Development of Suppliers in the Smart Manufacturing Industry (스마트제조 산업에서 공급기업의 인재육성에 관한 지원방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to view the current status of the smart manufacturing ecosystem and to use it as an objective basis for establishing a sustainable manpower training policy support plans for smart manufacturing suppliers. Therefore, questionnaires were constructed and distributed to 2,200 domestic smart manufacturing supply firms and 6,000 demand firms, which received responses from 259 supply firms and 155 demand firms. The results showed that both supply and demand firms needed digital converged workforce with comprehensive expertise and field-oriented digital transformation workforce. In the method of securing professional manpower, the demand for in-service training and post-management training was high. Based on the results of this study, this study suggests the manpower training policy support plans for smart manufacturing supply firms and contributes to strengthening the global market competitiveness of smart manufacturing supply firms in Korea.

  • 인터넷으로 대표되는 디지털 환경은 개인의 생활 및 기업의 환경에도 엄청난 변화를 주고 있으며 이러한 변화에 적응하기 위한 기업의 생존 전략은 자동화로 인한 생산성 증대, 표준화로 인한 원가절감 및 정보화로 인한 신속한 의사 결정으로 대변할 수 있으며 특히 제조 기업에서 경영 시스템을 지원 할 수 있는 도구로서의 MES 구축은 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 MES의 개요 및 기본 기능에 대해서 설명하였으며 제조 공정에서의 MES 시스템 적용 사례를 K 타이어 주식회사를 실례로 설명하였다.

  • 본 고에서는 AM과 FM라디오의 디지털방송 전환을 위하여 현재 사용 중인 방송대역에서의 IN-BAND 방식 외에도 VHF 하위대역 혹은 VHF상위대역을 사용하는 OUT-Of-BAND 방식에 대해 각 전송방식의 장단점을 분석하였다. 그러나 현재 디지털라디오뿐만 아니라 TV도 UHDTV 도입을 위해 VHF상위대역 주파수 사용을 원하고 있어 DMB와 라디오와 TV의 차세대방송 주파수 요구가 상호 충돌이 예상된다. 그러므로 본 고에서는 FM의 디지털라디오 전환방법으로 VHF하위대역(TV채널 5번과 6번)에서의 OUT-Of-BAND 방법에 의한 DRM+ 전송방식 적용을 제안하고 있다, 중파라디오의 디지털방송도 동일 계열 DRM 기술 적용으로 수신기를 값싸게 제조하고 빠르게 보급함으로써 디지털라디오의 활성화 방안을 제시하고 있다.

  • 본 고는 디지털 이동통신 기술 개발 이후, 기술개발의 성공을 경제적 성공을 이끌기 위한 논의의 시도로서 검토되었다. 1996년 디지털 이동통신 서비스 제공으로 국내 이동통신 서비스 분야는 본격적인 경쟁시대를 맞이하게 되며, 이와 같은 상황의 변화는 이동통신 서비스에 참여하고 있는 각 참여자의 경제적 위치에 영향을 주게 된다. 본 고에서는 디지털 이동통신 서비스 참여자를 서비스 제공자, 기기제조업자, 서비스 이용자로 구분하고 디지털 이동통신 서비스 제공이 각 참여자에게 미치는 영향을 경제적인 관점에서 이익발생적 측면과 비용발생적 측면으로 분석을 시도하였다. 또한 이러한 경제적 고려사항을 토대로 디지털 이동통신 서비스 제공시 해당 서비스의 보급을 활성화하기 위한 기본 방향을 검토하였다.

The Study on the Digital Transformation Process of Mid-Sized Companies (중견제조기업의 디지털전환(DX) 과정에 관한 연구)

  • The study was conducted to develop an implementation model for digital transformation (DX) of manufacturing companies. To this end, previous studies on the process of management innovation and digital transformation were reviewed. The DX process model was derived based on the NEBIC theory and innovation theory applied in the innovation process of the Internet business. In addition, a research model including the factors of the will of the top management class (TMT) was constructed and confirmed through empirical data. The research hypothesis were verified based on data collected from members of mid-sized manufacturing companies promoting digital transformation. Through regression analysis, the influence relationship of each stage of the research model (technical knowledge, TK → opportunity perception, OR → performace expectation, PE and → Intention to execute, IE) was confirmed. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to understand the mediating effect of the members' perception of the top management's willingness to promote DX in the process. As a result of checking the Sobel test, it was confirmed that the management's perception of DX promotion partially mediated the relationship at each stage. This study is meaningful in that it presented a model applicable to the digital transformation of the mid-sized manufacturing industry. It is also valuable in providing an empirical basis for innovative research and NEBIC expansion. Longitudinal studies are required to overcome the limitations of empirical data for process models with dynamic characteristics whereas extended empirical studies are required in various fields other than manufacturing to generalize research results.
