It is evaluated that there is infinit capability of creating new e business using P2P program. but the research for the method to protect the copyright of digital contents is urgent even for development of the p2p service because the problem of copyright protection for digital contents is not solved. In this article, we designed the P2P system which cm give the function of security with technology for copyright management which is made with AES algorism based on PKI when users send digital contants to each other in internet.

Digitalized multimedia contents is changing active digital contents in form passed from manufacturer directly to consumer though digital network of high speed, also face with big problem that is protection of rights to protect digital contents, to protect those and effort to active digital contents process height. Also, in situation that require change to more efficient system, the efficiency of rights document that is basic intermediate to be used in business of digital contents field is emphasized. Therefore, the design of common business model to share contents that have same purpose without depending on specific system to offer contents with another system is required. This paper designed adaptable rights business model to general digital contents, and designed and implemented rights document editing system to editable document for Right management according to designed business model.

After entering the 4th Industrial Revolution, the digital content market, which was only dependent on existing contents supply enterprises, is providing various digital content through the participation of users like YouTube. Accordingly, it activated the digital content market, but it causes a negative influence on the digital content market due to the copyright of the creator and the indiscriminate illegal use and usage of the content. This study researched digital content management technology based on blockchain technology to protect digital content and the copyright of the creator. The suggested technology protects the digital content and the copyright holder and discerns the users and prevents the indiscriminate approach and illegal use of digital content. For the safe management of digital content, hash function applied as the certification technology of blockchain is used to certify the users and manage the digital content and provide integrity and authentication service.

본 논문에서는 원본 이미지에 저작권자의 저작권 정보를 삽입함으로써 저작권을 보호하고 차후 불법적인 도용을 방지하기 위해, 숫자와 로고로 구성된 워터마크 생성, 삽입 및 검출, 검증 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 본 시스템은 콘텐츠의 특성과 저작권자의 요구에 따라 워터마크를 숫자 또는 로고로 선택해서 구성할 수 있으며, 디지털 오디오 워터마킹 시스템과 마찬가지로 저작권 보호에 대한 전문지식이 없는 일반관리자도 용이하게 이용할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 갖추도록 설계하였다. 이러한 디지털 이미지 워터마킹의 적용을 통한 소유권 및 저작권 보호는 궁극적으로 문화콘텐츠 등의 콘텐츠 제작 의뢰자로 하여금 제작 의지를 강화하여 제작 의뢰 건수를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

멀티미디어 콘텐트를 제작하기 위하여 기존 저작물을 이용하고자 할 경우 '저작권 정보'가 기본적으로 요구된다. 해당 저작물과 저작에 대한 정보. 그리고 권리 정보를 얻기 위해서 현재에는 과도한 시간과 비용을 낭비하고 있다. 이런 불편을 해결해 주는 것이 저작권 집중관리 제도이다. 이 제도는 다수의 저작자로부터 권리를 신탁받은 단체가 위탁자의 이익을 위하여 그 권리를 통합적으로 관리하는 것을 말한다.

DRN에서 라이센스는 컨텐츠를 사용할 수 있는 키와 사용규칙을 포함하고 있는 사용권으로 컨텐츠의 사용과 관리를 위해서 필요하다. 이러한 라이센스에 대한 안전성을 보호하기 위해서는 안전한 키 관리 및 분배 메커니즘이 필요하다. DRM에서 컨텐츠 제작자치 저작권을 보호하기 위해서는 안전한 라이센스 획득과 라이센스 사용정보에 대한 보고가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 DRM 시스템에서 저작귄 보호기술을 이용하여 저작권 보호를 제공하는 라이센스 관리 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 프로토콜은 암호화를 통한 라이센스 획득과 라이센스 사용에 대한 지속적인 보고로 라이센스의 불법 사용 및 배포를 방지하여 디지털 컨텐츠의 제작자의 저작권을 보호한다.

This study examined issues of copyright relating to digitization of bibliographic data, copyrighted works, factual data, and manpower's data that the library have. Also It investigated legal issues related information service for user in the library and digital transmission service on need of user out of the library. 디지털방송, 특히 HD급 디지털방송이 본격적으로 시작되면 미디어 보호가 심각하고도 시급한 문제로 대두될 것이다. 고화질의 비디오와 뛰어난 품질의 오디오를 근간으로 하는 HD급 미디어를 무단복제해서 배포할 경우 미디어 제작자들이 양질의 미디어 제공을 꺼리게 될 것이고, 이것이 시청자의 피해가 돌아갈 것이라는 주장이 설득력을 얻어가고 있다. 한편 저작권보호 기술이 소비자의 권리를 침해하고 오히려 저작권 보호 기술의 발전을 저해한다는 의견도 있다. 그래도 저작권보호 기술이 많이 진보했지만 아직 그 기술들이 쓸만하다고 보여지지는 않는다.(중략)

The Internet technologies allows anybody who has connect a network to access various multimedia information. But, it brings new issues about the violation of intellectual property and copyright of multimedia contents. Digital right managements have been actively studied as approaches to solve them. In this paper, we propose license-based schemes for the protection of contents and its rights on digital right management. The proposed schemes provide limited distribution and superdistribution of contents, and guarantee to securely use contents by usage rules.
