현재 홈 게이트웨이의 환경에서 이 기종간의 연결 및 제어를 하기 위해서는 기존의 분산서비스 환경과는 다른 몇 가지 특성들이 고려되어야 한다. 이들 특성들은 (1)기기간의 서로 다른 통신 프로토콜로의 연결, (2)서비스가 동적으로 설치되는 컴포넌트 환경. (3)인증을 통한 웹 접근 및 효과적인 서비스 인터페이스 구성이다. 여기에서 개별적으로 존재했던 가진기기들을 디지털화하고 서로 간에 쉽게 연결할 수 있는 미들웨어인 UPnP와 Jini등 다양한 기술들이 생겨났다. 이를 통해 분산시스템을 하나로 연결 지원하는 홈 네트워크의 기술을 바탕으로 사이비 홈이라는 개념이 생겼다. 본 논문은 현재 표준화 가능성이 가장 높은 OSGi 기반하의 UPnP 서비스를 이용한 전자액자 서비스를 설계 및 구현하여 홈 네트워크 표준화의 효용성을 보이고자 한다.

Recently, Digital video is one of the important information media delivered on the Internet and playing an increasingly important role in multimedia. This paper proposes a Video Browsing Service(VBS) that provides both the video content retrieval and the video browsing by the real-time user interface on Web, For the scene segmentation and key frame extraction of video sequence, we proposes an efficient scene change detection method that combines the RGB color histogram with the $x^2$(Chi Square) histogram. Resulting key frames are linked by both physical and logical indexing, This system involves the video editing and retrieval function of a VCR's, Three elements that are the date, the field and the subject are used for video browsing. A Video Browsing Service is implemented with MySQL, PHP and JMF under Apache Web Server.

As digital ecosystem has been rapidly transforming into the mobile based platform, several mobile operating system, which is in charge of user interface with mobile device has been appeared. This research suggest critical factors affecting success and failure of several commercial mobile operating systems from Palm OS appearing in 1996 to main mobile OSs appearing in 2013. For this, we analyse several mobile operating OS cases, elicit factors affecting success and failure of mobile OS, and conduct ID3 based inductive learning analyses based on elicted factors and values in case dataset. Through this, we draw rules in success and failure of mobile OS and suggest strategic implications for the commercial success of mobile OS.

지구환경문제를 비롯하여 빌딩을 둘러싼 상황을 시시각각 변화하고 있다. 빌딩관리 시스템에 요구되는 니즈도 설비의 감시제어에서 효율적인 빌딩 운영관리에 대한 기여, 고신뢰 및 컴퓨터 네트웨크기술의 유효활용으로 변화를 보이고 있다. 미쓰비시전기의 ''MELBAS-AD''시리즈는 연 마루면적 1만$m^2$이상의 빌딩에 적합한 통합 빌딩관리 시스템으로 다음의 특징을 갖고 있으며 빌딩운영 관리와의 융합을 도모하고 있다. (1)철저한 분산처리, 2중화, 하드웨어의 고신뢰화, 독자적인 통신처리에 의한 고속화$\cdot$고신뢰화 (2)전기$\cdot$공조설비 등의 감시제어는 물론 방재$\cdot$방범$\cdot$승강기 설비의 감시제어를 통합. 또 복수 거점관리에 대응 (3)설비정보$\cdot$운전실적 정보의 일원적 관리, 설비보전 스케줄관리 지원에 의한 보전관리기능의강화 (4)미쓰비시전기 독자적인 열원 수요예측과 최적운전계획 알고리즘에 의한 에너지 관리기능의 강화 (5)화상의 디지털화, 화상처리에 의한 멀티미디어응용 감시기능의 강화 (6)브라우저를 사용한 그룸관리 및 원격에너지관리 등 인트라넷 응용기능의 강화 (7)퍼스컴이나 EWS와 전용 컨트롤러의 기기 내용연수 차이를 흡수하는 버전프리(Version free) 컨셉트 한편, 앞으로의 계획으로는 $\cdot$설비 인터페이스의 표준화와 고도화$\cdot$설비 데이터의 Seamless화 를 실시해 나갈 예정이다.

A novel sensing system for standing and moving human body using PIR(pyroelectric infrared) sensor was development. The system consists of power supply, interface circuit of PIR sensor, small stepping motor, and digital control. The detecting principle for stop human body is detecting the human body when the stepping motor sticking the PIR sensor and the fresnel lens has rotated by 180 degree at six second and has stopped the motor for no detecting signal of human body. We developed control algorism for proposed the detection system. The experimentation shows that the detector system had detected length and angle were 6m and 30 degree against as standing and moving human body with $37^{\circ}C$.

In multi-GHz RF ICs and high-speed digital interfaces, ESD protection devices introduce considerable parasitic capacitance and resistance to inputs and outputs, thereby degrading the RF performance, such as input/output matching, gain, and noise figure. In this paper, the impact of ESD protection devices on the performance of RF ICs is investigated and design methodologies to minimize this impact are discussed. With RF and ESD test results, the 'RF/ESD co-design' method is discussed and compared to the conventional RF ESD protection method which focuses on minimizing the device size.

본 논문은 차세대 원전 신고리 #3, 4호기 NSSS(Nuclear Steam Supply System) 제어계통의 검증시스템을 개발하기 위한 설계개념에 관한 것이다. 차세대 원전 신고리 #3, 4호기는 KHNP(Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd.)가 개발한 APR1400(Advanced Power Reactor 1400 [MWe])을 적용하는 최초의 원자력 발전소이다. APR1400은 3세대 원자력발전소로 인정받고 있으며, APR1400 원자력발전소의 안전한 운영을 위하여 I&C(Instrumentation and Control)시스템이 디지털 표준 플랫폼으로 설계되었다[2]. 특히, 차세대 원전 신고리 #3, 4호기의 비안전계통(제어 감시 및 경보계통)은 WEC (Westinghouse Electric Company)의 DCS(Distributed Control System) 상용 단일 플랫폼으로 구성될 예정이다. 우리는 신고리 #3, 4호기의 제어계통 중에서 NSSS(Nuclear Steam Supply System) 제어계통의 검증시스템을 개발하기 위하여 Stimulated Simulator의 방법론을 적용하여 "Simulator"라는 설계 개념을 정립하였다. 현재 원자력발전소 NSSS 제어계통의 DCS Stimulator 개발을 위하여 차세대 원전 신고리 #3, 4호기에 시설될 WEC의 DCS와 Simulation 서버 그리고 I/O 설비를 구축 중에 있으며, 원자력발전소 현장 기기 모델링 소프트웨어와 I/O 설비간의 인터페이스를 위한 동신 소프트웨어도 개발하고 있다.

This paper describes the design and implementation of library for real-time operating system Q+, that was developed for the internet appliance. The library in the real-time operating system should be defined according to the standard interface and support the functions that are adequate to the real-time application. To ensure the compatibility between application programs, the Q+ library follows industrial and international standards, such as POSIX.1, ISO 7942 GKS. And, to support the Q+ application, library provides C standard functions, graphic/window functions, network functions, security support functions, file system functions. The Q+ library was implemented using the Q+ kernel, Digital TV set-top box, and KBUG debugging tool.

According to the growing interest in the digital convergence throughout society, the convergence of creative and new forms is emerging recently in various fields. Research methods to explore the diversity of academic studies have been studied in the field of study. As one of these methods, research on electronic cultural atlas that has features of convergence studies is gradually spreading. In this paper, we examine existing electronic cultural atlas and then, compare and analyze them. In details, existing electronic cultural atlas are comparative analyzed on the basis of base map, interface, and function. Through the results of comparative analysis, the efficient production of electronic cultural atlas are examined.

컴퓨터 보급의 급속한 발전과 멀티미디어의 등장으로 기존의 텍스트와 이미지, 음성, 오디오, 동영상 등의 정보를 디지털화하고, 컴퓨터를 이용하여 저장, 처리, 전송하게 되면서 의료 분야에서도 상당한 업무의 변화를 요구하게 되었다. 의료 분야에서의 이러한 급격한 개방과 더불어 초고속 정보 통신의 발달은 원격진료라는 또 다른 요구를 대두시키고 있다. 이를 위해서는, 멀티미디어 기술, 대용량의 정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스 기술, 초속의 광 대역 기술 등을 통합하여 종합적인 멀티미디어 의료 정보 시스템을 구축하는 것이 시급하다. 이러한 이유들로 본 논문에서는 병원/의원의 의료진들로 하여금 의료영상이나 자료를 상호 전송하여 환자의 진료 또는 검진결과를 확인하고 전문가의 조언 등을 구하는 원격 진료용 의료영상 시스템의 요구사항을 분석, 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 클라이언트/서버 구조로써 영상 획득 및 출력, 의료영상 국제 표준 포맷인 DICOM 포맷으로의 영상 저장, MCA(Multi Channel Analyzer), ROI(Region Of Interest) 등의 영상 분석, 필터링 및 영상 확대/축소/회전 등의 각종 영상 처리의 주요 기능을 갖으며, 사용자가 편리하고 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 아이콘(icon) 중심의 직관적인 인터페이스를 갖는다.
