This study aims to propose an implementation plan for ensuring the digital continuity of university information resources that require the continuous management of temporary and permanent records in digital transformation environments. Thus, the cases of The National Archives (TNA; United Kingdom) and the National Archives of Australia (NAA)'s digital continuity policies were investigated and analyzed, drawing implications for ensuring universities' digital continuity. The process for ensuring digital continuity proposed by TNA was then applied to a university case for the proposal of an implementation plan applicable to university information resources.

현재의 고도 디지털 정보화 사회에서는 많은 자료들이 디지털로 생산, 관리, 이용, 보존되고 있으며 이들의 안전한 장기보존은 역사의 연속성 측면에서 매우 중요한 문제이다. 공공기관, 민간기업 등 대규모 조직에서는 조직의 연속성을 보장하기 위해 이런 디지털자료의 보관을 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으나 개인의 디지털 자료는 영속성 있게 보관하기가 매우 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 개인이 소유한 디지털 유산도 안전하게 장기보존될 수 있어야 한다는 필요성을 제시하고 이를 위해 필요한 정책적, 기술적 방안들에 대해 검토해 보고자 한다.

This study examined the factors that can enhance the continuity of user experience in multi - device environment. First of all, regarding the structural difference and continuity of tasks, functional differences such as OS difference according to the characteristics of cross media, use of mouse and touch gesture were found to interfere with continuity. To increase continuity, metaphor and ambience To increase relevance and visibility. In the continuity part of visual memory and cognition, familiarity was given by the identity and similarity of visual perception elements, and it was found that familiarity factors are closely related to continuity. Finally, for the continuity of the user experience, we can see that the visibility factors as well as the meaning and layout consistency of the information are factors for the continuity of the user experience. Based on this, it was found that familiarity, consistency, and correlation were significant influences on continuity dimension of user experience, but visibility did not have a significant effect on continuity when regression analysis was conducted as factors of familiarity, consistency, correlation and visibility.

본 논문에서는 복잡한 비선형 동력학 시스템에서의 신뢰성 있고, 융통성 있는 동작을 위한 디지털제어기의 퍼지 모델 기반 설계 도구를 제안하고, 연속시간 비선형 시스템을 위해 퍼지 모델 기반 제어기의 지능형 디지털 재설계를 위한 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 연속시간 시스템에 대해 연속시간 TS 퍼지 모델이 구성되고, 그 다음 연속시간 퍼지 모델 기반 제어기는 등가의 이산시간 퍼지 모델 기반 제어기로 변환된다. 마지막으로 단일링크 유연로봇 시스템의 디지털 제어에 제안된 방법을 적용해 그 효용성을 입증한다.

이 논문에서는 수정된 Sequential Algorithmic Schema를 이용해서 여러 장소를 이동하면서 찍은 디지털 이미지를 효율적으로 분류할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 이웃 패턴들과 특징 정보의 연속성, 유사성을 가지며 들어오는 입력 패턴에 대해 기존의 모든 군집과 유사도를 비교하는 방법이 아니라 이전 군집의 정보와 유사도를 비교하여 군집에 포함시키거나 동적으로 군집을 생성하는 효율적인 군집화 방법이다. 제안한 방법은 실험을 통해서 기존의 군집화 기법에 성능 및 속도의 효율성을 증명하였다.

The E-government Act is in the complete revision process to promote the digital information preservation of the administrative information systems although the preservation of digital information in public sectors is now being regulated by the Public Records Act. In this challenging situation reconstruction of the public records policies has become a task that can no longer be delayed. The current public records policies are insufficient to manage various forms of digital information. The purpose of this study is to suggest the directions of the public records policies in digital transformation era. To this end, it analyze the recent changes in public records policies in the U.K. and Australia as leading models. The analysis derives four trends such as; i) extending management policies from declared records to all information, ii) adopting digital continuity policy, iii) managing information as records asset, and iv) establishment of information governance systems at national level.

자율운항 선박, 무인선 개발과 동 분야 디지털트윈 구현을 위해서는 선박 내부 데이터의 수집을 담당할 고신뢰성 선내 통신망 확보가 필수적이다. WiFi와 같은 전파 기반의 무선통신 시스템은 금속 구조물로 구성되는 선박 내 환경 자체가 원활한 통신의 장애 요소이다. 이러한 극한 환경 극복을 위해 자기장을 금속 표면에 유기하여 비 전파 기반으로 무선통신을 가능하게 하는 표면파 통신이 대안이 될 수 있다. 선박 전체의 일반 배치 관점에서 표면파 통신은 상갑판을 통해 크게 거주구역, 화물구역, 선수구역 및 기관구역 간 백본 통신망을 구성할 수 있으며 각 구역 별로는 부재의 개구부를 통해 금속 표면의 연속면을 확보하여 통신할 수 있다. 수밀 격벽의 표면파 통신 관통을 위해 비 도전체로 수밀은 유지한 채 아주 미세한 구멍을 확보하는 것으로도 금속 표면의 연속성을 확보할 수 있다. 이러한 표면파 통신을 활용하면 전파 기반의 무선통신, 비 전파 기반의 무선통신을 통합적으로 구성하여 선박 전체로는 선내 무선 백본망 구성, 그리고 각 구역 별로는 IoT 센서 네트워크 등의 선박 내부 고신뢰성 무선통신 확보가 가능하다.

This paper aims to maximize the exhibition effect and to emphasize the efficiency of sample information transfer by using the surrealism dephase network technique and beam projection mapping by aesthetically approaching the arrangement of the existing exhibition specimens in the science museum using natural history contents. It presents the limitations of the existing analog natural history sample information transmission in digital form to give viewers interesting and fun and suggests the direction of using digital diorama for sample exhibition.

Payment Systems is one of critical infrastructures, which is increasingly dependent on IT. Failure to provide the payment services can bring disaster to national economy, which is the reason why business continuity of payment system receive much attention these days. Payment Systems are complex systems, which consist of multiple players: central bank, commercial banks, clearing house. The main purpose of this paper is to propose some business continuity strategies for the payment systems. First, in order to provide financial stability, this paper clarifies the concepts of business continuity plan(BCP). Second, this paper illustrates the processes to come up with business continuity strategies for the payment systems based on risk analysis and business impact analysis. Business continuity strategies are proposed in terms of two dimensions: vertical and horizontal.

Compared to other business discipline, business continuity is relatively new. In this post 9/11 era, we still do not have a meaningful tool to objectively and consistently measure the organization's disaster-readiness. The purpose of this study is to introduce various processes included in the business continuity management (BCM) and introduce the business continuity program maturity model(BCMM). The BCMM can serve two purposes: First, it provides a diagnostic tool for objective evaluation of BCM effectiveness. Second, it can suggest ways of improvement for the business continuity program by generating data from which meaningful benchmark analyses could be drawn.
