Collection, Analysis and Classification of Pathological Voice from ARS using Neural Network (ARS와 신경회로망을 이용한 장애음성의 수집, 분석 및 식별에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문은 음성신호를 이용해 성대의 질환이 있는 환자를 진단하고 병명을 판별하게끔 유도하는 자동 진단 시스템을 개발하기 위한 연구의 일부로, 그중 ARS를 이용하여 환자의 음성을 수집, 분석, 식별의 실험에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구 팀에서는 이미 CSL을 이용한 장애음성 데이터의 수집과 식별에 관한 연구 결과를 발표한바 있다. 하지만 선행연구에서는 방음실에서 디지털 녹음기를 이용하여 수집한 음성을 사용했기 때문에, ARS를 통하여 녹음한 음성과는 샘플링 주파수나 대역폭, 잡음성분등의 데이터의 특성이 상당한 차이가 있다. 이러한 이유로 ARS를 통하여 녹음한 음성에 보다 적합한 파라미터 분석프로그램을 작성하여 파라미터를 구하였다. 이 파라미터들은 Kay사의 MDVP를 기초로하여 작성하였고, 대부분 80%정도의 신뢰성을 가졌다. 수집한 음성의 식별은 정상음성과 양성음성의 두가지 경우로 분리하였다. 식별기법으로는 신경망을 이용하였고, 식별파라미터는 구한 파라미터중 6개의 파라미터를 선별하여 식별한 결과 약 90%정도의 식별율을 가졌다.

  • Recently, the distribution and using of the digital multimedia contents are easy by developing the internet application program and related technology. However, the digital signal is easily duplicated and the duplicates have the same quality compare with original digital signal. To solve this problem, there is the multimedia fingerprint which is studied for the protection of copyright. Fingerprinting scheme is a technique which supports copyright protection to track redistributers of electronic information using cryptographic techniques. Only regular user can know the inserted fingerprint data in fingerprinting schemes differ from a symmetric/asymmetric scheme and the scheme guarantee an anonymous before re-contributed data. In this paper, we present a new scheme which is the detection of colluded multimedia fingerprint by neural network. This proposed scheme is consists of the anti-collusion code generation and the neural network for the error correction.

  • Systematic farming can be planned and managed if long-term agricultural weather information of the plantation is available. Because the greatest risk factor for crop cultivation is the weather. In this study, a method for long-term predicting of agricultural weather using the GloSea5 and machine learning is presented for the cultivation of Chinese cabbage. The GloSea5 is a long-term weather forecast that is available up to 240 days. The deep neural networks and the spatial randomforest were considered as the method of machine learning. The longterm prediction performance of the deep neural networks was slightly better than the spatial randomforest in the sense of root mean squared error and mean absolute error. However, the spatial randomforest has the advantage of predicting temperatures with a global model, which reduces the computation time.

Performance analysis in automatic modulation classification based on deep learning (딥러닝 기반 자동 변조 인식 성능 분석)

  • In this paper, we conduct performance analysis in automatic modulation classification of unknown communication signal to identify its modulation types based on deep neural network. The modulation classification performance was verified using time domain digital sample data of the modulated signal, frequency domain data to which FFT was applied, and time and frequency domain mixed data as neural network input data. For 11 types of analog and digitally modulated signals, the modulation classification performance was verified in various SNR environments ranging from -20 to 18 dB and reason for false classification was analyzed. In addition, by checking the learning speed according to the type of input data for neural network, proposed method is effective for constructing an practical automatic modulation recognition system that require a lot of time to learn.

  • There are four factors for patient monitoring : electrocardiography, blood pressure, temperature and respiration. While there are a lot of studies of E.C.C (electro-cardiography) monitoring system in the world, the studies of Respiratory system are not enough and leave much to be desired in the country. In this paper, we developed a respiratory system with the electrical impedance change of the lungs depending on the breath. Using the same electrode, we can monitor E.C.C and Respiration simultaneously, so we can monitor a patient's no-breathing state due to the central nerve paralysis in the emergency room easily. In this monitoring system, the analog part was made separated from the digital part for reducing power source noise and protecting patient from electric shock. The analog part consists of the several parts a high-frequency sine-wave generator, all amplifier for amplifying any impedance change signal, an analog processing part for rectifying and filtering. And the digital parts consists of three parts an AD convertor for converting analog signal to digital signal, digital filter, and a digital part for digital signal processing. This system's merits are using the same electrode with E.C.C and developing the multiple patient monitoring system easily.

  • The FLC(Fuzzy Logic Controller) is stronger to the disturbance and has the excellent characteristic to the overshoot of the initialized value than the classical controller, and also can carry out the proper control being out of all relation to the mathematical model and parameter value of the system. But it has the restriction which can't adopt the environment changes of the control system because of generating the fuzzy control rule through an expert's experience and the fixed value of the once determined control rule, and also can't converge correctly to the desired value because of haying the minute error of the controller output value. Now there are many suggested methods to eliminate the minute error, we also suggest the GA-FNNIC(Genetic Algorithm Fuzzy Neural Network Intelligence Controller) combined FLC with NN(Neural Network) and GA(Genetic Algorithm). In this paper, we compare the suggested GA-FNNIC with FLC and analyze the output characteristics, convergence speed, overshoot and rising time. Finally we show that the GA-FNNIC converge correctly to the desirable value without any error.

  • In this Paper. we Presents subband design techniques of a compensating filter and adaptive feedback canceller for the digital hearing aid. The sensorineural hearing loss has a hearing threshold that shows a nonlinear characteristic in frequency domain. and its compensation suffers from an echo that produced by an undesired time varying feedback path. Therefore. the digital hearing aid requires the compensator that can adjust gains nonlinearly in frequency bands and eliminate the echo rapidly In the Proposed digital hearing aid. the compensating filter is designed by the adaptive system identification method in subband structure, and the adaptive feedback canceller is designed by the subband affine projection algorithm. The designed compensation filter can control the nonlinear gain in each subband respectively, therefore precise compensation is possible. And the feedback canceller using the subband adaptive filter achieves fast convergence rate. The Performances of the Proposed method are verified by computer simulations as comparing with the behaviors of the previous trials.

  • Recently, with the development of IoT technology, the number of farms using smart farms is increasing. Smart farms monitor the environment and optimise internal environment automatically to improve crop yield and quality. For optimized crop cultivation, researches on predict crop productivity are actively studied, by using collected agricultural digital data. However, most of the existing studies are based on statistical models based on existing statistical data, and thus there is a problem with low prediction accuracy. In this paper, we use various predition models for predicting the production and sales profits, and compare the performance results through models by using the agricultural digital data collected in the facility horticultural smart farm. The models that compared the performance are multiple linear regression, support vector machine, artificial neural network, recurrent neural network, LSTM, and ConvLSTM. As a result of performance comparison, ConvLSTM showed the best performance in R2 value and RMSE value.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the intention of the inquirer from the single text type question in Goal-oriented dialogue. Goal-Oriented Dialogue system means a dialogue system that satisfies the user's specific needs via text or voice. The intention analysis process is a step of analysing the user's intention of inquiry prior to the answer generation, and has a great influence on the performance of the entire Goal-Oriented Dialogue system. The proposed model was used for a daily chemical products domain and Korean text data related to the domain was used. The analysis is divided into a speech-act which means independent on a specific field concept-sequence and which means depend on a specific field. We propose a classification method using the word embedding model and the CNN as a method for analyzing speech-act and concept-sequence. The semantic information of the word is abstracted through the word embedding model, and concept-sequence and speech-act classification are performed through the CNN based on the semantic information of the abstract word.

  • The developing agent is the materials which first acts on silver grain and make it into metallic silver by reducing reaction. There are several types in developing agents, and according to Lumiere-Andresen principle, substitution product which has amino or hydroxyl group in benzen nucleus has a developing power, but all reducing substances are not in used .In the developing effect, not only the role of developing agent but also that of assistant materials are important. But In this work, we have studied effect, change by lith developing agent which require high contrast image. We made an developing experiment after having manufactured developing solution used hydroquinone and another developing agents like chlorohydroquinone, pyrocatcchol and pyrogallol as developing agent. And we added that did in addition of diethanolamine and ascorbic acid. and then we examined the possibility of use.
