본 고는 한국정보보호진흥원에서 제공받은 자료로 디지털콘텐츠 산업에 있어서 가장 핵심적인 요소 중의 하나인 과금체계에 대해 설명하고 있다. 온라인 과금 체제는 여러가지가 있지만 본고에서는 전자화폐의 기술적인 부분과 시스템 고성도, 구성원(요인) 등에 대해 설명하고 있다. 특히 전자화폐는 물리적 화폐와 달리 복제와 이종 사용 등이 기능에 안전성이 무엇보다 요구된다고 할수 있다.

In undeniable digital signature scheme, the signature can not be verified without the signer's cooperation. The undeniable signature scheme can be used to computerize many applications which can not be done by a conventional digital signature scheme. In this study, we propose the undeniable digital multi-signature scheme which requires many signers and designated verifier. The multi-signature can be verified only in cooperation with all signers. The proposed scheme satisfies undeniable property and it is secure against active attacks such as modification and denial of the multi-signature by signers. We also discuss practical applications such as joint copyright protection on digital contents.

최근 UHD 방송서비스에 대한 관심이 고조됨에 따라 고품질 방송 콘텐츠 보호에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, DVB, MPEG, ATSC 등 국제 표준단체에서는 기존 방식보다 보안 성능이 우수한 디지털 방송 보호 규격을 논의하고 있으며, 디즈니, 파라마운트, 소니 픽처스 등 세계 주요 콘텐츠 제작사들이 설립한 비영리 기관인 MovieLabs 에서도 고품질 콘텐츠 보호를 목적으로 AES-128 또는 그 이상의 강도를 갖는 콘텐츠 암호화 알고리즘을 필수적으로 사용하도록 규정하였다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 방송 보안을 위해 널리 사용되고 있는 DVB-CSA 및 AES-128 보다 보안성능이 우수한 것으로 알려진 방송 콘텐츠 암호화 규격인 DVB-CSA ver3 표준 규격 기반으로 설계 및 구현된 스크램블 시스템에 대해 소개한다.

Needs for copyright protection of multimedia content are getting increased because of the internet growth. In this paper, a new technology which protects the content copyright to provide different content services by user level using the digital watermarking technology was proposed. The service can be provided by two layers of a paid user and a free user. By the proposed method, the paid user can use the high quality content and the free user only can use the low quality content. The digital watermarking technology was used to hide information to be able to improve the content quality.

Recently it is important to protect the digital contents copyright because the multimedia industry is growing rapidly and the network technology is highly developed. Current digital content protection methods have disadvantage that there is very hardly accessible to the digital contents and also it has a limit that it cannot protect the contents once the encrypted contents decrypt. In order to solve this problem, digital watermarking technology has been introduced. This study presents the trend of digital watermarking technology, especially standardization and the trend of digital watermarking algorithms.

멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 저작, 생성, 전달을 통해 최종 소비에 이르기까지 콘텐츠를 보호하고 안전하게 다루기 위해 MPEG-21 IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection)가 표준을 정의하고 있으며 현재 FCD(Final Committee Draft) 단계까지 표준화가 이루어졌다. 우리는 MPEG-21 IPMP에서 규정한 FCD규격에 따라 멀티미디어 콘텐츠와 그에 대한 저작권을 보호 관리하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 제안한 MPEG-21 기반 REL및 IPMP 보호 관리 시스템은 크게 보호 관리 메타데이터 생성부, 통합 제어 관리부, 디지털 아이템 암호화부, 네트워크 인터페이스부의 4부분으로 구성된다. 이 시스템은 먼저 라이센스 서버를 통해 MPEG-21 REL(Rights Expression Language) 규격에 맞는 라이센스 정보가 담긴 문서를 파싱하는 기능을 가지며 오디오 또는 비디오 워터마크가 적용된 멀티미디어콘텐츠에 대해 MPEG-21 IPMP 기반의 메타데이터를 생성하고 보호 관련 REL및 IPMP 메타데이터와 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 Remuxing 하여 전송되며 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 및 하나의 패키징된 DID는 암호화하여 최종 소비자에게 전송한다.

It is evaluated that there is infinit capability of creating new e business using P2P program. but the research for the method to protect the copyright of digital contents is urgent even for development of the p2p service because the problem of copyright protection for digital contents is not solved. Though this article, it can be induced that reliable contents sharing use to a flow fund by secure settlement architecture, user authentication and contents encryption and then it as the problem of copyright fee is solved, it is able to discontinue which trouble with a creation work for copyright fee and protection it's once again as growth of p2p market, p2p protocal is will be grow into a important protocal of advanced network. In this article, When users send digital contants to each other in internet, we proposed the P2P DRM algorism to offer a security function which using the technology of copyright management to use a AES Algorithm based on PKI.

To make the DRM technology protect adequately the copy right of digital contents, DRM software should have high quality and no defects when DRM is added to digital contents. It can be a basis for the effective protection of the copyright of digital contents to develop a quality evaluation model of DRM SW. First of all, the security of DRM SW is the most critical quality characteristic that DRM software must have. In this paper, we conducted research on how to measure the quality of security of DRM SW.
