디지털콘텐츠는 인터넷과 디지털 환경의 도래에 따라 경제적으로 가치있는 디지털재산이 되고 있다. 디지털콘텐츠 산업은 지식정보화 시대에 핵심적 미래산업이 될 것이다. 그러나 디지털콘텐츠 산업 발전에 많은 장애요인이 나타나고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 디지털콘텐츠와 산업의 중요성, 디지털콘텐츠의 지식관리내용, 지식관리로서 콘텐츠관리시스템을 제안하였다. 특히 본 연구의 과정은 보다 나은 디지털 콘텐츠의 개발과 관리로서 지식관리를 위한 과정에 가치를 두고 이해해야 한다.

인터넷을 통해 유통되는 디지털콘텐츠의 식별과 접근을 위한 고유식별체계로서 DOI(Digital Object Identifier)의 개발, DOI의 구문구조, DOI의 관리와 운영, DOI 메타데이터와 장르, DOI변환과 핸들 시스템을 소개하고 DOI의 국내 도입을 위한 DOI등록시스템, 변환시스템 검색시스템, INDECS 메타데이터를 이용한 디지털 콘텐츠 유통관리 시스템, DOI참조링크 시스템의 개념적 설계와 구축 내용을 기술한다.

This is the study for system model of digital contents quality assurence. We develope a lot of digital contents which are games, mobile contents, e-learnning contents etc. The most of case that contents have to think about export to abord. Unfortunatly we still not to much think about digital contents quality. This paper propose the system model of digital contents quality assurence base on the process lifecycle for prepare international competation.

본 사례연구는 한국정보사회진흥원에서 개발한 디지털콘텐츠의 표준식별체계인 UCI(Universal Content Identifier)를 (주)누리미디어 보유의 약33만 건 콘텐츠에 적용한 사례와 비즈니스 모델을 소개하고 있다. UCI란 '디지털콘텐츠의 유통활성화' 를 이룩하기 위한 목적으로 도입하는 기술로 개별 디지털콘텐츠에 식별기호를 부여하는 기술이다. 본 사업은 UCI코드 체계를 이용하여 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 구축하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. UCI-RA시스템 구축이후 기대효과로는 콘텐츠 제공과 관련된 업무에 인적, 물적 비용을 절감하고, 신규 콘텐츠 발굴 및 개발이 용이하도록 하였다. 또한 서비스 운영과정에서는 기 확보된 콘텐츠를 비즈니스화 하여 신규 수익창출의 모델로 육성할 수 있다. 한편 콘텐츠 소비과정에서는 콘텐츠 검색의 용이성 및 구매 용이성 증대를 통해 양질의 콘텐츠를 유통하는 것이다. 아울러 운영기업의 콘텐츠 등록 및 운영과정에서의 유료콘텐츠 정산주기율 단축, 콘텐츠 품질 고객만족도 제고 등의 효율성을 증가할 수 있다.

Information producing and sharing methods are modified into digital forms. All kinds of documents are also converted into electronic forms so they become very useful and besides, they are increasing in quantity. Thus effective contents management system is requisite. Until now CMS(Contents Management System) has problems including composite contents management, processing delay and deterioration of contents because of deficiency of consistent contents storing methods and policies. In this paper an ECM(Efficient Contents Management) system is proposed for efficient processing of multimedia data and ubiquitous KM(Knowledge Management).

디지털 정보자원에 대한 고유한 식별기호를 부여하는 기법인 DOI(Digital Object Identifier)를 기반으로 디지털 콘텐츠 접근의 효율성 및 이용 편리성을 제공하고, 디지털 저작자에 대한 지적 재산권을 보호하며, 디지털 콘텐츠의 전자상거래를 활성화할 수 있는 DOI 기반 디지털 콘텐츠 유통관리 시스템을 제안한다.

오늘날 인터넷 상의 디지털 콘텐츠는 기하급수적으로 증가하여, 콘텐츠를 관리하기 위한 다양한 시스템과 관리 체계가 연구 개발되고 있다. 특히 2000 년대부터 식별체계에 대한 표준화 연구가 진행되면서 논문등의 문헌 정보와 음악, 영상 등의 콘텐츠에 식별 체계를 적용하고 관리하려는 연구가 활발히 진행중이다. 특히 국내에서는 정보통신부와 한국소프트웨어진흥원이 디지털콘텐츠 유통기반을 구축하기 위해 CONPIA.COM 사이트를 개발하였고, 2000 년 정보화지원사업으로 한국데이터베이스진흥센터에서 디지털콘텐츠 식별체계 사업을 진행하었다. 이후 2001 년 정보통신부가 한국전산원를 디지털콘텐츠 운영기관으로 지정하면서 확장개발 및 운영 시험 등 향후 서비스 운영에 대한 기술개발에 집중하고 있다. 이러한 시스템에 적용된 식별 체계는 체계적인 구문 구조를 가지고 있으며 구문구조에 맞는 식별 코드를 해석하여 디지털콘텐츠를 찾는 구조를 가진다. 그렇지만 기존의 시스템은 식별체계의 확장과 변화에 따라 시스템 인터페이스를 재설계하고 내부 처리 알고리즘을 수정해야 하는 등 많은 수정이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 DDDS 알고리즘을 적용하여 식별 코드를 해석하기 위한 시스템을 구성하고 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하였다.

Digital contents is used already in near place with us. Contents of MPEG-4 standard is used to process multimedia data in field of communication, computer, broadcasting mobile etc. However, absence of copyright management and protection system and interoperability problem of right system between each corporation happened. Because MPEG establish IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection) system standard in agreement with MPEG-4 system standard, proposed cooperation method to manage and protect copyright. Accordingly, in this paper, put in copyright of authorized contents management and protection extension system implementation adding MPEG-4 IPMP system like plug-in into existing MPEG-4 authorizing tool. Therefore, author edits IPMP information to protect contents or object, and process the information in system and authorize MPEG-4 digital contents that have management and protection sign according to IPMP standard. This system designed and implemented to divided into IPMP information save processor, IPMP information creation processor, media IPPM processor, XMT-A to MP4 converter IPMP extension.
