디지털뉴미디어포럼이 부산광역시, 유비쿼터스 누리사업단과 공동으로 주최하는‘유비쿼터스시대 디지털뉴미디어와 디지털콘텐츠’가 지난달 14일 부산 벡스코에서 열렸다. 이 날 컨퍼런스에선 서병문 한국문화콘텐츠진흥원 원장과 안종배 한세대 미디어영상학부 교수가 각각‘유비쿼터스시대 디지털콘텐츠의 변화와 활성화 정책’과 ‘유비쿼터스 미디어와 방송콘텐츠의 변화와 활성화 정책’을 주제로 기조강연하고 이시혁 티유미디어, 조한신 KTF 상무, 한창완 세종대 애니메이션학과 교수 등이 유비쿼터스시대 콘텐츠 정책 등에 대해 발표했다. 포럼은 컨퍼런스에서 제안된 발제와 토론 결과를 디지털뉴미디어포럼 소속 국회의원들의 정책 제언과 입법 활동에 반영할 계획이다.

국내외 전자, 정보통신, 소프트웨어, 콘텐츠 등의 기술을 한눈에 볼 수 있는 IT전시회‘SEK 2005’가 지난달 22일부터 25일까지 과학기술부, 정보통신부, 산업자원부 주최로 서울 코엑스에서 열렸다. 이번 행사는 SEK 역대 최대 규모를 이뤘을 뿐만 아니라 다양한 부대 행사가 펼쳐지면서 관람객들의 호응도 높아 성공적 행사라는 평가를 받았다

급속한 변화와 발전이 예상되는 2005년 한 해의 모바일 산업 전 분야를 조망하는‘제5회 코리아 모바일 그랜드 컨퍼런스’가 3월 10일부터 11일까지 이틀동안 강남역 과학기술회관 국제회의실에서 열렸다. K모바일이 주최한 이번 행사는 정보통신부의 2005년 모바일 관련 사업전략 설명과 SK텔레콤, KTF & LG텔레콤 등 이통3사의 무선데이터 관련 2005년 중점 추진 사업계획 및 방침이 발표됐고 아울러 한계론에 부딪히고 있는 모바일CP의 향후 생존 및 발전전략을 모색해 보는 자리가 마련됐다.

Beyond the digital world from the analog age, the contents are very easily copied under the illegal conditions and these are rapidly distributed by the information super highway. The increase of ilegal usage and conflict in digital content market would diminish motivation of creators for their work, furthermore break down digital content market on cyberspace. Watermarking technology support to the legal users by the protection technique based chi the digital content copyright protection method(DRM). Most of previous digital watermarking have embeded to the content. In this paper, we have researched the standardization of digital rights management and developed more efficient watermark embedding method.

The rapidly increasing use of the Internet and advancement of the communication network, the explosive growth of digital contents from personal home pages to professional information service the emerging file exchange service and the development of hacking techniques . these are some of the trends contributing to the spread of illegal reproduction and distribution of digital contents, thus threatening the exclusive copyrights of the creative works that should be legally protected Accordingly, there is urgent need for a digital copyright management system designed to provide centralized management while playing the role of bridge between the copyright owners and users for smooth trading of the rights to digital contents, reliable billing, security measures, and monitoring of illegal use. Therefore, in this study, I examined the requirements of laws and systems for the introduction of the centralized management system to support smooth distribution of digital contents, and also researched on the current status of domestic and international centralized management system for copyrights. Furthermore, 1 tried to provide basic materials for the standardization of digital contents copyright management information through the examination of the essential elements of the centralized digital contents management such as the system for unique identification the standardization for data elements, and the digital rights management (DHM) .

사용자가 원하는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 원하는 시간에 TV를 통해서 볼 수 있게 된다면, 즉, 보고 싶을때 보고 싶은 방송을 포함한 멀티미디어 콘덴츠를 원하는 시간에 볼 수 있게 된다면 사용자는 방송시간에 맞추어 TV를 보지 않아도 되고 원하는 콘텐츠를 검색하느라 시간을 보낼 필요도 없어질 것이다. 이러한 서비스는 바로 디지털 콘텐츠와 이를 가정에서 저장할 수 있는 장치의 발달이 바탕이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠에 대해서 이러한 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 메타데이터 색인 기법 및 사용자가 원하는 장면 및 비디오를 브라우징 할 수 있는 시스템의 구현에 대해서 기술한다.

과거부터 사람들은 달을 인지해왔으며, 인류는 지속적으로 달을 관찰하고 탐구를 멈추지 않았다. 지역문화와 민족문화가 다르기 때문에 달의 이미지에 관한 다른 이해를 바탕으로 미술, 건축, 종교 등에 반영되어 왔다. 영화기술의 발전과 더불어 다양한 영상콘텐츠에도 달이 등장해왔다. 하지만 달에 대한 상징성 연구가 미흡하여 영상콘텐츠에서의 달 이미지 활용에 어려움이 있어왔다. 때문에 본 연구를 통해 영상콘텐츠에서 표현된 달 이미지를 연구하여 달의 의미를 분석하고 표현 방법에 대한 전문성을 높이고자 한다. 연구방법은 첫째, 지역 및 문화별 달의 의미를 제시한다. 둘째, 달과 여성의 이미지 사이의 관계를 이론적 배경으로 제시한다. 셋째, 달의 여성상징적 의미에 관한 영상콘텐츠 작품 사례를 분석하였다. 연구결과 동서양 신화에 등장하는 달의 여성상징은 영상콘텐츠에서 등장인물의 이름과 디자인의 활용 등이 주를 이루었다. 본 연구를 통해 달에 대한 상징에 대한 동서양의 특징을 도출하고, 향후 영상콘텐츠 작품 창작에 활용되기를 기대한다.

Contents protection techniques, management techniques, circulation techniques etc. are becoming development by contents circulation company and developers but that there is no standard as problem advances soul between copyright managerial system by development competition and in reciprocity compatibility tell. ISO MPEG commission arrived that develop MPEG-21 framework to solve problem that do that is to copyright management's opacity province that non efficiency and standard of contents distribution structure that do that is by redundancy investment are not. Data structure in Framework interior is doing and propose copyright expression language of XML base of REL to establish copyright connection data standard and normalized based on no XML. But, a tool that can be easy as must understand whole framework and can have problem in to edit REL and create copyright document fast was required. In this paper, research about method that edit REL document and develop and spend a edit tool that tan be that expressing intuitionally.
