정보통신부가 주최하고 한국소프트웨어진흥원과 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 공동으로 주관하는 디지털콘텐츠대상의 3/4분기 수상작에 대한 시상식이 지난달 10일 정보통신부 14층 회의실에서 열렸다. 이번 분기에는 디지털영상 분야에서 라온픽처스의 '쥬라기원시전'이 수상의 영예를 안았고, 교육용콘텐츠에서는 한국디지털미디어의 '페이퍼 판타지아'가, 그리고 무선콘텐츠 분야에서는 게임네오의 '베틀체인져'가 각각 대상을 수상했다. 하지만 온라인게임 분야와 기타 디지털콘텐츠 분야에서는 행사와 부합되는 작품이 없어 수상작이 나오지 않아 아쉬움을 남기기도 했다.

In the previous surveys conducted on the users of digital multimedia centers at major public libraries, their facilities, contents, staffs and operating system have been found to be the most significant factors for determining the user's satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to seek practical ways of improving digital information services at public libraries by surveying Hanbat Library Users' satisfaction on these four factors. The statistical analysis of the surveyed data has shown that the general satisfaction with the digital service was relatively good: 4.68 out of the maximum scale of 7, that their satisfaction with the facilities were increased but those with staffs and operating system were decreased, and that 69.7% of the users were not willing to learn how to use contents mainly because they do not trust the staffs' ability to teach. Therefore, it was confirmed that the continuous reeducation of staffs and the expansive recruiting of professionals are essential for improving digital information services.

최근 빅데이터 기술 개발로 방대한 데이터의 유의미한 분석 및 예측이 용이해졌다. 선박교통관제센터에서는 각종 센서와 다양한 정보를 기반으로 VHF 교신을 통해 선박교통관제를 수행한다. 관제사가 활용하는 레이더, AIS, Port-MIS. 센서 등의 데이터들이 디지털로 저장되고 있으며, 관제사의 VHF 교신내용은 디지털파일로 저장되어 선박교통관제센터의 서버 2개월간 보관된다. 본 논문에서는 관제 결과로 저장되고 있는 관제 로그 데이터를 활용하여 빅데이터를 구성하고 이를 기반으로 유의미한 정보를 생성할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다.

This study developed KISTI CLCM, a curation model suitable for the content life cycle, focusing on the KISTI Content Curation Center. For developing the KISTI Curation Model, the previously developed models DCC, DCC&U, UC3 and DCN models were reviewed and the advantages of the models connected to the mission and tasks of the digital curation center were derived. Interviews with staffs of the KISTI Content Curation Center identified the characteristics of the content and identified the level of achievement of the current task. In addition, this study proposed to enhance usability by developing KISTI content curation waves based on the UC3 model to discover user-centered services and add new values to digital resources.

This paper is proposed a construction directions of digital Korean study center for Korean cultural and historical materials. It was reviewed and analyzed for findings construction directions in domestic and abroad Web sites such as The Academy of Korean Studies, National History Compilation Committee, Seoul National University and Tufts University in the USA. The paper was recommended and guided new research directions for the construction of the digital Korean study center, and suggested some findings through comparative analysis for the center.

인터넷과 정보기술의 발전, 그리고 기업의 글로벌화 및 세계적인 경쟁심화는 기업환경뿐만 아니라 정보센터의 업무환경에 많은 변화를 요구하고 있다. 이러한 환경변화로 인하여 기업정보센터는 그 어느때 보다도 조직내에서 존재가치를 입증해야하는 어려움에 직면하게 되었다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 기업정보센터를 둘러싸고 있는 기업 및 정보환경의 변화를 살펴보고, 이러한 변화에 대처할 수 있는 기업정보센터의 역할을 사례분석과 함께 살펴보았다.

이미 디지털콘텐츠의 시대가 도래했다. 정보의 습득과 저장, 배포에 이르기까지 새로운 패러다임이 짜여지고 있다. 이는 검색엔진, 시스템관리 등 인터넷을 위한 정보관리에 있어 여러가지가 동시에 이뤄져야 한다. 종이의 시대는 점차 그 위력이 약해 질 것이며 디지털 시대로의 급선회하는 시점에서 짚고 가야할 것들을 챙겨보자

본 논문에서는 디지털증거 분석을 위해 확보한 증거파일 들로부터 범죄 정황에 해당하는 단어 및 어휘를 추출하여 해당 범죄를 인과관계 분석을 하기 위해 핵심 단서와 원인을 효과적으로 파악하기 위해 필요한 인과정보를 제안한다. 이 정보들은 개체명 인식 및 분류를 할 수 있도록 구성되어 범죄 관계인, 관계인간 관계, 범죄 수법과 범죄관련 정보를 추출하고 유형화하여, 향후 해당 범죄에 대한 인과 분석 기법을 활용한 범죄 예방 분석과 수사에 기여할 수 있도록 도움을 준다.
