Responding to the growing trend toward information society through digitalization of relating tools, a specialized information center is called for the change in its role. It must create the more value-added service for customers by menas of combination of various digital media with communication network, domestic and foreign. This study analyzes the theoretical framework and concrete examples of digital information services in special information center pursuing user-centered service. To make an efficient execution of user-centered information service, the effort is needed to develop and enlarge digital information services improving the level of service.

디지털 유산의 유형은 매우 다양하며 혼합성을 가진 정보의 특성상 민법의 상속 규정으로 해결될 수 없거나 기타 현행 개별법의 규정에서도 해결할 수 없는 경우도 있을 수 있다. 또한, 디지털 유산의 생성, 저장, 처리가 제3자인 정보통신서비스 제공자의 영역에서 이루어지며 현행 개인정보보호법제, 비밀준수관련법제 등 개별법상 정보통신서비스 제공자에 대한 법적 책임의 가능성이 있다는 점은 디지털 유산의 생산자(즉, 정보통신서비스 이용자)와 상속인에게 전통적인 상속법제를 적용하는데 실질적인 걸림돌로 작용하고 있다. 종래 국내에서 제안된 입법안들은 디지털 유산과 관련한 이러한 문제점을 인식하여 정보통신서비스 제공자에게 개별법상 책임의 가능성을 경감함으로써 디지털 유산의 법적 처리를 원활하게 하는 근거규정을 두고 있다. 그러나 디지털 유산의 범위, 디지털 유산 제공 대상자의 범위, 제공 대상자의 권한의 범위 등에 있어 많은 차이를 보였다. 이러한 점을 고려한다면 디지털 유산의 상속에 관한 타당하고 합리적인 해석론을 전제로 하되 추가적인 입법론적 논의가 필요하다. 입법론적 논의를 위해서는 디지털 유산에 대하여 실질적 지배영역을 가진 정보통신서비스 제공자에 대한 책임의 명확화와 더불어 디지털 유산을 둘러싼 관계인의 이해를 조화하는 방향성이 요구된다.

오디오, 비디오, 음성, 문자 등 모든 매체가 디지털화 되고 통신망의 고속화와 방송 서비스의 개인화 및 양방향화가 이루어짐에 따라 기존의 방송 서비스는 단방향에서 양방향으로 진화되고 있으며, 이를 위하여 디지털 통신 서비스와의 경계가 무너지고 두 가지 형태의 서비스가 융합되는 형태로 발전하고 있다. 멀티미디어 데이터 처리 기술, 디지털 정보통신 기술, 디지털 방송 기술 등과 관련된 분야에 대한 연구와 개발이 매우 활발하게 수행되고 있다. 그리고 국제 표준화 활동에서도 방송통신이 융합된 형태의 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기술표준들이 제정되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 고에서는 향후 정보통신 서비스의 핵심 서비스가 될 것으로 예상되는 디지털 방송 서비스 기술동향과 국제표준화 활동에서 추진되고 있는 관련 기술 표준화 동향을 살펴보았다.

자율운항선박, 스마트 해상물류 등 미래 해상환경의 패러다임 변화에 대응하여 항로표지 현장시설을 고도화하고 신해상교통인프라 지능화 및 정보서비스 개발을 위해 스마트 항로표지 및 연계기술 개발 사업을 수행하고 있다. 본 사업의 1단계 연구 성과로 스마트 항로표지 통합플랫폼과 항로표지 서비스 성능시험환경이 구축되는데, 본 연구에서는 스마트 항로표지 통합 플랫폼에 설치된 각종 센서에서 수집된 정보를 육상의 성능시험환경으로 연동 시험에 관한 시나리오를 설계하였다. 스마트 항로표지 통합 플랫폼 및 장착되는 센서에 사전에 설계된 해양자원명을 부여하고 항로표지 정보관리시스템의 등록하는 절차를 제시하였고, 실시간으로 수집되는 항로표지 정보를 연동하여 빅데이터 분석 플랫폼으로 저장하고, 저장한 정보를 항로표지 서비스로의 적용과 활용에 관한 시나리오 설계 결과를 검토하였다.

우리나라는 정부의 정보화 촉진정책에 힘입어 전국에 초고속정보통신 기간망이 구축되었고, 산업 및 공공영역에서의 정보인프라를 통한 정보화 확산은 가정으로 확산되어 가고 있는 추세이다. 이를 대표하는 정보화 서비스 중의 하나가 디지털 홈 서비스이다. 그러나 디지털 홈 서비스에 대한 선행연구들은 기술적인 연구에 치중하고 있는 반면, 소비자의 향후 디지털 홈 서비스 수응 등 전략적 관점에서의 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 디지털 홈 서비스 수용의도에 대한 선행요인들을 고찰하고 디지털 홈 서비스의 잠재 사용자 수용모델을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 이 수용모델의 적합성을 평가하기 위하여 실증분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 기대효과로는 디지털 홈 서비스 시장의 활성화를 위한 전략적 측면, 예컨대 효과적인 상품개발과 마케팅을 위한 적절한 전략을 세울 수 있는 기반을 마련해줄 것으로 기대된다.

This study aims to investigate the current state of digital reference services using electronic bulletin boards in Korean academic libraries and to suggest improvements. Through the examination of 205 academic library websites, 56 libraries were identified to use electronic bulletin for digital references. The digital reference service questions and responses from four libraries were further analyzed: the types of reference question, the structure and accuracy of answers, and digital reference completion time. The implications of this study for future research and practice lie in its provision of a systematic way to design practical guidelines for virtual reference services.

This paper describes recent developments and trends of digital reference services. A brief overview of selected research on issues surrounding digital reference service is provided. It also discusses how technological developments in libraries have led to the emergence of new service paradigms. This paper briefly reviews reference and information services provided by libraries, those from publishers, those provided by experts, and those where users need to conduct a search and find information through the web. The current trend shows that the cooperative model is increasingly popular. Some projects on collaborative digital reference services(CDRS) are introduced. Librarians will need to continue analyzing the need for cooperative work in the reference service in a digital environment.

최근 디지털 방송 시스템의 발전은 데이터 방송 서비스의 조기 실현을 가능케 하였다. 디지털 TV수신기의 미들웨어는 방송신호의 수신을 통해 송출되어 오는 서비스 정보를 획득하고 관리하며, 여러 서비스의 수행을 위해 서비스 정보 제공을 효과적으로 할 수 있는 구조를 가져야 한다. 이러한 구조를 위해, 본 논문에서는 서비스 정보를 시스템이나 어플리케이션이 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 서비스 정보 데이터베이스를 설계한다.

이 연구는 디지털 정보환경에서의 기업체 정보서비스 방법을 모색하는 것이다. 기업체 정보서비스의 이론과 실제를 알아보기 위하여 최근 국내에서 수행된 기업체 정보서비스에 관한 문헌을 조사 분석하고, 기업체에서 채택하고 있는 지식관리시스템을 고찰한다. 인터넷을 비롯한 정보테크놀러지의 이용이 많아지고 있는 정보환경에서 산업기술정보원, 산업지원기관들의 기업체에 대한 정보서비스 방식이 어떻게 변하고 있는지를 알아본다. 메일링리스트에 올라온 개별 기업체의 정보요구를 조사하고 기업체를 위한 정보서비스 방향을 제시한다.

Academic libraries are at a turning point. Historically academic libraries were the natural destination for students, faculty, and researchers seeking information. These users came to the library by default. Academic libraries served as the repository for published information as well as the intermediary for acquiring material from the outside world. In this study, suggested are directions of academic library websites construction and current techniques related library 2.0 that could be applied digital information system of academic libraries. And discussed the recent status, problems and future directions of scholarly information service through websites supporting lecture and research prefect activities for faculties in Korean university libraries.
