This study analyzed the issues and its usefulness of drawing small-scale digital map by using the large-scale digital map which was producted with high-resolution digital aerial photograph which are commonly photographed in recent years. To this end, correlation analysis of the feature categories on the digital map was conducted, and this map was processed by inputting data, organizing, deleting, editing, and supervising feature categories according to the generalization process. As a result, 18 unnecessary feature codes were deleted, and the accuracy of 1/5,000 for the digital map was met. Although the size of the data and the number of feature categories increased, this was proven to be shown due to the excellent description of the digital aerial photograph. Accordingly, it was shown that drawing a small-scale digital map with the large-scale digital map by digital aerial photograph provided excellent description and high-quality information for digital map.

전자출판, 하이퍼미디어, 정보관리기술을 주요 기술요소로 한 디지털도서관이 출현하게 되어 정보의 접근과 전달의 문제는 해결하였으나, 동시에 해결해야 할 새로운 문제가 발생하였다. 그것은 디지털도서관의 대상데이터인 정보의 생산과 배포, 이용의 과정에서 발생하는 저작권의 문제인 것이다. 디지털도서관의 저작권문제는 비디지털자료를 디지털화하는 정보의 생산의 과정에서 발생하는 문제와, 디지털 데이터를 이용하는 과정에서 발생하는 문제로 나눌 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 LC의 전자저작권관리시스템을 위해 수행되고 있는 CORDS(Copyright Office Electronic Registration, Recordation ＆ Deposit System) 프로젝트를 토대로 후자의 문제를 해결하기 위한 전자저작권관리의 개념과 구성요소에 대해 논하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze inductively Critical Success Factors of Digital Textbook-Based Instruction based on qualitative research. To accomplish the purpose of the study, D elementary school in Incheon, one of digital textbook model schools, was selected as the school for observation. Three fifth graders and their teacher were interviewed and their six lessons were used for analyzing teaching and learning activities in digital textbook-based instruction. The results of the study, 'the use of systematic strategies based on multimedia features', 'information literacy-related questions and answers', 'specific guidance and help', 'the stability of the physical system and equipment', 'active collaborative learning and interaction', 'individual self-directed learning', 'consideration of emotional/physical changes', 'selection and concentration based upon available resources were identified as critical success factors of digital textbook-based instruction.

Teachers should be able to reorganize the curriculum according to the student level, reorganize textbooks freely, and distribute them to students. However, current paper-textbooks are difficult to modify or edit some contents and distribute them to students, also current digital textbooks are grouped into units, so the order or educational resources cannot be reconstructed. In addition, The digital textbooks are difficult to update external links or the latest resources, and to contain various multimedia materials or high-definition realistic content due to capacity limitations. Therefore, this study presented functions: teaching and learning and evaluation functions, resources search and sharing functions, learning records and analysis functions, screen showing and printing functions, so that teachers can provide customized learning by level to students using digital textbooks. Through the expert Delphi survey, detailed functions for each area were divided into teachers and students. We proposed expanding and developing digital textbooks to various subjects, and distributing various teaching and learning models using digital textbooks.

Recently, real-time cyber threats are constantly occurring for various reasons. Most companies have the characteristic of digitizing important internal information and storing it centrally, so it can be said that the impact is very high when an Computer Security Incident occurs. All electronic device information collected and analyzed in the process of responding to an Computer Security Incident has the characteristic of being subject to change at any time. Submission of related evidence is required in future investigations and courts. At this time, the basic principles of digital forensics, such as the principle of integrity and the principle of chain of custody, must be followed to ensure legitimacy and accuracy of the evidence. In this paper, we propose a digital forensic-based Computer Security Incident Inspection and Response procedure in the Windows 10 environment to secure the legitimacy and accuracy of digital evidence collected and analyzed when an intrusion occurs, prevent intrusion in advance, and quickly recognize it.

본 연구에서는 국외 설계사무실과 국내 설계사무실의 수행 프로젝트(표1)를 디지털 디자인 프로세스에서의 디지털 도구 활용 사례조사 결과를 일련의 설계 프로세스(기획(Pre-Design), 계획 설계(Schematic Design) 중간설계(Detail Design), 실시설계(Construction Design))를 11개의 설계 단위작업((1)자료수집, (2)도서화작업, (3)의사소통/프레젠테이션, (4)협력업체와의 협업, (5)디자인 실험, (6)디자인분석/유효성 검토, (7)빌딩시스템과 자재선정, (8)자재비교/견적, (9)디자인 발전, (10)RP를 이용한 모델 제작, (11)시공/제작)으로 분류하여(설계프로세스별로 디지털 디자인 툴의 활용 빈도를 조사 분석하는 것은 프로세스별로 중복된 설계 단위작업이 진행됨으로 연구결과의 의미가 잘못 해석될 수 있다.) 그 활용에 대한 유형을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 설계과정에서의 디지털 디자인 툴의 활용특성을 도출하여 실무설계의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적을 둔다.

강우-유출 모형을 수행하기 위해서는 지표면의 성질을 나타내는 보조 자료로서 식생피복자료, 토양분포, DEM 등이 주어지는데, 이러한 인자들이 흐름을 지배하게 되므로 중요하다. 그러므로 강우-유출 모형에서는 지표에서의 식생을 적절하게 나타내 줄 필요가 있는데, 최근의 원격 탐사 기술이 하나의 대안으로 제시되어 왔으며 식생 정보는 2차원 디지털 지도로 작성되어 수치모형에서는 이 디지털지도로부터 조도계수의 값을 전환하는 다단계 방법을 이용하여 오고 있다. 그러나 강우-유출 모형의 격자 간격이 식생 피복을 나타내기 위한 디지털 지도의 격자 간격과 항상 일치하는 것이 아니고 디지털 지도의 격자 간격이 일반적으로 더 세밀하므로 강우-유출 모형에서 디지털 지도를 이용하기 위해서는 적당한 방법의 스케일 확장 (up-scaling)이 필요하며, 이 연구에서는 질량 보존의 법칙을 사용하여 이론적 기반에 근거한 하나의 전략적인 방법이 제시된다. 이 연구의 목적은 강우-유출 모형의 수행 시 이질성을 보이는 지표면에서 식생과 관련된 매개변수를 통합/확장 처리하는 하나의 기법을 대기모형에서 이미 제시된 방법을 모사하여 제시함으로써 이질성을 보이는 지표면의 처리할 때 방향을 설정해 주고자함이다.

다매체, 다채널이라는 시대적 흐름 속에 영상콘텐츠의 수요가 크게 증가함에 따라 방송영상자료의 디지털화는 그 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 그러므로 기존 방송영상자료의 디지털 변환작업을 통해 물리적인 한계 및 보존상의 어려움을 해결하고 접근의 용이성을 높일 수 있도록 디지털 방송영상아카이브의 구축을 통한 지원체계가 마련되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내외 사례연구를 통해 분석한 내용과 국내 보존현황 및 요구조사의 결과를 반영하여 국내 실정에 맞는 디지털 방송영상아카이브의 구축모형을 제안하고자 한다.

The study aims to construct a system which can provide multimedia materials, specifically, digitalized video and audio materials on the internet. To accomplish this objective, it investigates technology on constructing a VOD/AOD system, current situations on video and audio data management in domestic and internatinal broadcasting institution and information centers. The study proposes a VOD/AOD system which can effectively manage and disseminate these materials on the internet.
