The purpose of this study is to suggest the goal and potential contributors of public fund for content industry in digital media environment with regard to the new content fund which Korean government has tried to establish since 2013. The study focuses on value transfer toward the digital content distributors as stressed by the French government introducing Culture tax on smart device. As the concentration of added-value poses a problem hampering the co-evolvement of total ecosystem, the goal of new content fund should focus on financing and digitalization of content, which should be financially contributed by content service providers and smart device manufacturers.

The birth of a new mobile medium of communication In 2005, the DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting), was celebrated for the mobile and asynchronous personal medium. But now, the most film- & video-channels of this epoch-making medium of communication combine with the rebroadcasting of long play film for cinema oder TV series. The purpose of this study is thus to point out the disharmony between new mobile medium and the old, recycled contents and to propose as an alternative content the digital shortshort moving images.

This study was to explore the meanings and follow-up tasks for enactment of Act on Supply and Utilization Promotion of Assistive Technology Devices for People with Disabilities and Seniors(Assistive Technology Act) in Korea. I conducted analysis about contents and establishment process of the Act. The study found meaningful effects ; it provided the basis for supporting assistive technology devices based on the social model, it led to an Implementation of the national obligations such as UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, it provided terms related to assistive technology. It is suggested to conduct follow-up studies and to put the efforts to strengthen additional laws for backing up the effective policy for extended support of assistive technology devices and for security of budget, for establishing regional service centers, for phasing of professional qualification, for controlling quality, for establishing an information system, and for promoting industries.

전세계적으로 스마트폰, 스마트패드 등의 모바일기기의 사용은 빠르게 확산되고 있으며, 모바일 환경에서 제공되고 있는 웹 서비스 시장도 급변하고 있다. 특히, 모바일 환경에서는"Any time, Any where" 특성에 따라 사용자의 빠른 피드백이 가능하게 되었으며 이에 따라 서비스 운영 업체는 사용자의 빠른 피드백에 대한 신속한 대응이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 웹 서비스 시장의 변화는 기존의 서비스 개발과 운영 프로세스간의 단절적인 관점을 통합적인 관점으로 변화시키고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기 환경에서 제공하고 있는 웹 서비스에 대한 다양한 관점에서 잦은 개선 요청에 대한 피드백에 신속하고 정확하게 대응하기 위한 통합적인 프로세스를 제안한다. 제안된 프로세스는 ITIL 운영 모델 내에 개발/테스트 프로세스를 통합하고 있으며, CMMI-SVC 모델에 적용하여 이전보다 더 많은 프로세스영역에서 충족하고 있음을 보여주고 있다.

In the previous surveys conducted on the users of digital multimedia centers at major public libraries, their facilities, contents, staffs and operating system have been found to be the most significant factors for determining the user's satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to seek practical ways of improving digital information services at public libraries by surveying Hanbat Library Users' satisfaction on these four factors. The statistical analysis of the surveyed data has shown that the general satisfaction with the digital service was relatively good: 4.68 out of the maximum scale of 7, that their satisfaction with the facilities were increased but those with staffs and operating system were decreased, and that 69.7% of the users were not willing to learn how to use contents mainly because they do not trust the staffs' ability to teach. Therefore, it was confirmed that the continuous reeducation of staffs and the expansive recruiting of professionals are essential for improving digital information services.

지난 50여년간 사용해 왔던 아날로그TV가 디지털로 전환되면서, HDTV급 고화질과 CD급고음질의 TV 서비스를 안방에서 즐길 수 있게 되었다. 그러나, 사회가 매우 다양화됨에 따라 시청자의 활동성 및 생활 패턴도 과거와는 매우 달라졌으며, 휴대폰, PDA, 노트북 컴퓨터 등 휴대용 기기가 일반화됨에 따라 이동 중에도 선명한 화질의 TV를 즐기고자 하는 요구가 급속히 증대되고 있다.(중략)

홈 네트워크의 문제점인 IP 부족 문제와 부가 서비스(디지털 컨텐츠의 지능형 서비스, 서비스 번들 지원 등) 제공의 한계성을 극복하기 위해 Service Server for Residential Gateway(SSRG)를 제안한다. SSRG는 단독주택뿐만 아니라 대규모 아파트 단지 혹은 주택단지에 개별적으로 설치된 RG를 통합 관리하는 서버로서 홈 네트워크 및 내부 네트워크에 로컬 IP를 부여하고 RG와 SSRG를 NAT(Network Address Translator)를 통하여 제어함으로써 P의 문제를 해결함과 동시에 각 홈 네트워크와 RG의 기능을 확대하고 보다 많은 부가 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 제안된 SSRG는 가정 내에 보다 확장된 서비스와 기기 관리를 위한 통로 제공, RG 및 각종 기기들의 소프트웨어 업그레이드 및 기기 상태점검이 가능하고, 또한 사설 IP 상에서도 기기들을 외부에서 액세스 할 수 있고 각종 서버를 하나의 단지 혹은 논리적으로 구분되는 하나의 서브 넷에 두게 됨으로써 관리 및 향후 보수가 용이한 장점이 있다.

최근 TV 디지털 방송에 대한 많은 관심이 집중되면서 국내의 디지털 텔레비전 방송(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting: DMB)과 유럽의 디지털 텔레비전 방송((Digital Video Broadcasting: DVB)에 대한 기술 개발이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 국내의 DMB는 지상파 DMB와 위성 DMB가 있고, 유럽의 DVB는 일반 방송국으로부터 가정용 또는 사무실용의 고정된 장치에서 수신을 하는 DVB-T와, 휴대 전화기나 휴대용 영상기기 등의 저전력, 이동성, 휴대성을 고려한 DVB-H가 있다. 또한 휴대폰이나 PDA와 같은 휴대 통신단말기의 기능복합화 요구에 따라, 국내에서는 휴대폰에 TV 방송기능과 인터넷을 이용할 수 있는 네트워크 서비스가 내장된 단말기가 속속 출시되어 치열한 경쟁구도에 접어들고 있다. 이러한 시장요구에 부응하기 위해 다양한 분야에서 기능 복합화를 실현하고자 하는 " Ubiquitous Convergence화"가 급속도로 진행되고 있다. 그러나 단일 시스템에서 2가지 이상의 기능(GSM/GPRS & DVB-H)이 Convergence화 되어있을 경우, 시스템 상호간 간섭영향으로 각 장치의 기능 저하가 발생하고 있다. 특히, 동일 주파수대역 사용에 의해 방생하는 간섭영향에 대한 적절한 대응이 요구되는 시점이다. 본 고에서는 무선 통신 분야 기술개발의 한 부분으로 부품의 초소형화 및 동일 주파수대역 사용에 의해 발생하는 간섭영향을 제거하는 내용에 대해서 기술한다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅은 네트워크, 스토리지, 서버, 응용프로그램 등과 같은 컴퓨팅 자원에 언제든지 편리하게 접근할 수 있는 새로운 컴퓨팅 모델이다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 기존의 컴퓨팅 환경과 다르게 다양한 단말 기기를 통해 접속할 수 있고, 사용자의 데이터를 로컬이 아닌 원격지에 저장하며, 작업 상태를 실시간으로 업데이트한다는 특징이 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용자의 데이터가 원격지에 존재하고, 서비스 제공자에 의해 관리되기 때문에 데이터 보안의 관점에서 위협 요소가 있을 수 있다. 또한 범죄와 관련된 데이터가 클라우드 시스템에 저장되어 있을 수 있다. 이를 조사하기 위해서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 적합한 디지털 포렌식 조사 절차와 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 포렌식 관점에서의 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 대해 설명한다. 또한 클라우드 포렌식 기술 동향과 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 발생하는 법적 이슈 동향을 살펴본다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 클라우드 컴퓨팅 포렌식 연구 방향에 대해서 제시한다.

유비쿼터스 개념의 방송 및 통신 사업은 방송-컴퓨터-사물-사람 연계의 실현이 우선되어야 한다. 여기에 방송의 디지털 미디어 기술과 정보장치가 가정의 TV이든, 이동시의 휴대폰이든, PC나 노트북이든, 혹은 개인과 관련된 모든 사물이 통합 네트?p으로 연결 될 때 비로소 그 가치를 발휘하게 된다. 최적화된 유비쿼터스 방송 교육 운용 시스템이란 이러한 각종 미디어와 전자 감응 장치를 장착시킨 물건들을 u-컴퓨팅하여 개인과 특정 집단이 원하는 때와 장소에서 원하는 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 전자 유기체를 가리킨다. 이러한 통합 학습 유기체란 개개인의 능력은 물론 성격이나 욕망까지 컴퓨팅할 수 있는 전자지능시스템과 개인의 내적욕망을 채워주는 다양한 콘텐츠, 그리고 주변기기나 장치 등, 모든 디지털 교육환경까지를 의미한다. 변화란 인간의 욕구에 따라 커스터마이징하는 것이다. 그러한 점에서 급변하는 세상의 변화에 다양한 가치를 추구하고자 하는 교육에 대한 인간의 욕망을 실현하기 위해 개인화된 통합 방송 디지털 미디어, 유비쿼터스 홈 네트워킹과 기술, 그에 따른 다양한 교육 콘텐츠의 통합 개발은 이제 절실한 과제가 되고 있다.
