엔터프라이즈 환경에서 효율적인 EJB 컴포넌트 개발을 위하여 전표등록 패키지를 선정하여 설계시에 Factory Method 패턴과 Facade 패턴을 적용해보았다. 이 디자인 패턴의 적용에 EJB 기반 컴포넌트의 무상태 세션 빈과 상태유지 세션 빈 및 엔티티 빈을 사용하였다. 그 결과 설계시간과 재사용성 및 시스템의 안정성 측면에서 향상가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

As the technology advances and convergence progresses, companies are increasingly interested in the appropriability mechanism. Therefore in this study tried to understand the effectiveness of the appropriability mechanism of domestic IT companies. To this end, 7 appropriability mechanisms were finally derived and empirically analyzed from a review of previous studies and experts. As a result of the analysis, the importance of lead time advantage, patent, secrecy, complementary sales and service, design registered, complementary manufacturing, and learning curve effect was shown in the order of SW companies. HW companies, the importance of patent, secrecy, lead time advantage, design registered, complementary sales and service, learning curve effect, and complementary manufacturing were shown in the order of importance. Also patent, secrecy, and lead time advantage was selected as important factors. The results of in this study are expected to be used as useful guidelines on establishing an appropriability mechanism strategy in companies.

The study is to suggest the example of convergence capstone design operation in department of early childhood education at a college and intellectual property rights application and registration. Based on key experiences such as practical training, students derived ideas for solving problems across the field related to young child, and overlaps with existing intellectual property rights ideas were verified. Linkage with industry and engineering experts was established for mentoring, after going through a refinement process, it contains the process by which five teams among the winning works of the school competition achieved the result of patent application and registration. Through this, we revitalize convergence capstone design education that goes beyond a creative and practical competency-centered curriculum and is linked to the performance of securing intellectual property rights.

Although registration of dogs is mandatory according to the revision of the Animal Protection Act, the registration rate is low due to the inconvenience of the current registration method. In this paper, a performance improvement study was conducted on the dog face recognition technology, which is being reviewed as a new registration method. Through deep learning learning, an embedding vector for facial recognition of a dog was created and a method for identifying each dog individual was experimented. We built a dog image dataset for deep learning learning and experimented with InceptionNet and ResNet-50 as backbone networks. It was learned by the triplet loss method, and the experiments were divided into face verification and face recognition. In the ResNet-50-based model, it was possible to obtain the best facial verification performance of 93.46%, and in the face recognition test, the highest performance of 91.44% was obtained in rank-5, respectively. The experimental methods and results presented in this paper can be used in various fields, such as checking whether a dog is registered or not, and checking an object at a dog access facility.

Recently, growing up in social and economic development, the lifestyle of Koreans brought many changes in the form of leisure activity and influenced a lot in leisure. In particular, the establishment of the five-day work week increased the leisure time and became popular with family activities. Accordingly, the base of the leisure population expanding, people have an interest in the new way of leisure and the desire is increasing. Camping culture that increasingly take place in the tent camping now is changing into a cultural center to enjoy the camping SUV vehicle. The desire of consumers for the design of the unique exterior and interior caravan increasingly appearing as a major requirement. In this study, we propose a caravan design development strategies to meet the needs of such customers. First analyzes the hypothesis set and to identify the Overview of the caravan, and optimization of use and the problem of the user. Proceed with the design map analysis through classification of the caravan design registered in the KIPO, and proceed to the market research and patented technology to identify and to proceed with the caravan design development strategies for the various products.

The fire fighting and safety research development program supported by Ministry of Public Safety and Security is composed of fire prevention and alert technology research, special disaster response technology research, and rescue and disaster-field response safety technology research. The principal accomplishment indices of this research program are (1) patent submitting or registration; (2) field test, ensuring performance criteria for commercialization, development of prototype, registration of software, royalty of technology-transfer; (3) the task to be carried out in a published research paper, and number of applied policies; and (4) the study period of task performance of employment and incubated high-technology manpower. Therefore, this study analyzed the performance result of a patent, research paper, and software registration of the fire-fighting and safety R&D program supported by Ministry of Public Safety and Security from 2012 to 2014.

Nowadays, we make an attempt for media conversion from old to new media, carrying out to information society. These changes to new media are considered as new threat to printing media. New means such as CAD(Computer Aided Publishing), on-line novel and webzine can be regarded as new media and we are confronted with need of new changes in the field of printing media because of the trend of the present. It suggests that the origin of commodity competitiveness depends on the ability of cultural Contents using design. Cultural commodity is considered as strategy concepts in the more specific and realistic aspect than in the aspect of industrialization. This study introduce the case of Cellpark Co.,Ltd. which has successfully developed commodity design of World-cup cultural contents as a creating tools of innovative value connecting existed design method based on printing media with new method. This study gave the case which created Blue Ocean market through new expression method of design, products protection of contents design by patent registration, and licensing which many design firms often overlook.

The IHO developed the S-100 standard for Digital Hydrographic Data in order to assist the proper and efficient use of hydrographic data and information for the safety of navigation and the protection of marine environment. The former model, S-57, was considered outdated to be utilized as the basis for the next-generation Electronic Chart(ENC) product specification. The key feature of the S-100 standard is the use of Registry and its components, Registers. This online-based Registry provides a universal standard that can be implemented in the actual performance of the navigation system with convenience. In the current situation, the only registry is owned by the IHO and it is available to domain experts. However, since S-100 is an international standard operated by an international organization, the process of the changes and updates of the data requires time before immediate implementation when demanded. Therefore, regarding the safety of navigation of the domestic users and mariners, a separate domestic registry is necessary to develop a domestic Information Registry. This study specifically aims to build a Registry based on IHO published S-99 through designing an adequate website dedicated for its purpose to provide collection of definitions and hydrographic data.
